He didn't smile ONCE the entire time he was working on the window. He also took out the broken window FIRST and then went and assembled the replacement which took him over THIRTY MINUTES with a huge gaping hole in my room for all the mosquitos and flies to come in! He should have had the new window READY TO GO--BEFORE---he took the damaged one out! That is a no-brainer! He told me to "have a nice day" WITHOUT a smile as he left and gave me a dirty look! Talk about ungenuine! I suppose he didn't like my "Nevertrumper" bumper stickers on my car and the fact I was watching MSNBC talking about tRump trying to squelch the investigation into his good buddy and pedophile Epstein! As I was checking Yelp for options, Glass Doctor came up and I saw Terry E's great review so I went with it! I was able to schedule my appointment right over the phone with Glass Doctor. I submitted everything through my insurance and then someone came to my house at the beginning of the stated time window. It did take an hour to replace, which I wasn't expecting, so be sure to ask if you have a time commitment. Once he was done, the guy working on my car told me to wait about 15 minutes to drive. It ended up being over half an hour before I drove it, and I noticed some weird rattling from the windshield that kind of freaked me out. However it went away quickly and so far so good! No leaks! *knock on wood* I would definitely use them again in the future or recommend them to anyone needing a crack repair or windshield replacement.

As a result, I've had to go back through insurance to have the work re-evaluated and will be getting the repairs redone elsewhere. I am very disappointed in the quality of work delivered. If you care about your vehicle, or especially if you're a car enthusiast, I would strongly recommend staying clear of this shop and seeking out a more professional and detail-oriented repair facility.
