Our car was then broken into over the weekend while at the shop. The people cut the chord on our baby camera wired into the car. Even though camera was wired to car and the chord is clearly cut the body shop doesnt want to take any responsibility. States it was our fault. Car was also left completely dirty on the inside. But we are so fortunate they have offered to have us bring the car back to get it vacuumed out. Terrible service all around

I had heard about this place on the radio and thought to give it a try as I had never had to use a body shop before. Now I will be using this one all the time. I am a single mom to two kids and really couldn't go without a car. I was going to keep driving my car due to not having rental coverage on my vehicle. However they were very nice at getting me a rental at a reasonable price that I could actually afford and for paying part of my deductible. Now their repairs look amazing I never knew it had been hit and they said it would take two weeks and somehow they got it back to me in 9 days instead. I am so thankful they are a wonderful place to work with and the people are amazing its not some big company the owners are the ones right their working in the office I love it!!!!

I'm an Uber-driver, and I got into a fender-bender in February (I actually had a rider in my car!…read more Everyone was ok). I did have some front end bodywork that needed to be done. At first, I didn't think it was too bad, but then I failed the Uber inspection (and I couldn't work ) and then I noticed some other things wrong, like the headlights were off and out of line, and the air conditioning didn't work, something that I didn't realize was wrong because it was cold outside. So we got three quotes from different places, one of them was Bob's collision. The two others were cheaper, it's true, but Bob's was the most detailed. They thought of everything. They thought of lightbulbs, they thought about how far back the radiator got pushed, they thought about the air conditioner, and they thought about all the sensors. They didn't just think about how the front of the car would look. We chose Bob's collision because we knew they would do the best job, and they did. They worked with our insurance company, and there was absolutely no stress. When we got back the car, it was like it was brand new. We are so happy with how it turned out. We would go there again for any kind of body work that needed to be done. Thanks Bob's collision!

Jim, the person that does estimates at Burton Heights Auto Body will promise to do things and then…read morenot follow through. I had an insurance claim that needed attention. Jim gave me an estimate a few months ago for additional minor repairs along with a complete paint job. When it came time to do the work, Jim then increased the price dramatically. He then promised to raise the vehicle on a lift when it was in the shop to give me a more accurate estimate. That new estimate never happened as Jim said parts were not available. I checked online as soon as I returned home and found several sources for parts. I also asked for an alignment while my vehicle was in the shop. Jim told me that someone crawled underneath the car and said it did not need an alignment. That is not how you check alignment. Really, If the vehicle pulls to the left or right then it is alignment related. The vehicle was never raised on a hoist nor put on an alignment rack. I let Burton Heights Auto Body repair my vehicle and was not satisfied with the service, nor the deceit and unkept promises. I have referred many people to this establishment in the past making the company many thousands of dollars. That does not include the thousands that I have spent. Yet, when I had to go through the process all Jim cared about was the insurance check and not making the customer happy by meeting the requirements and promises that he made to me. Deceit is not good business... NO MORE REFFERALS!
