They didn't have the parts, said they would call when parts are in.Two weeks later I called and the parts were in (thanks for the call), I made a fourth stop/appointment. They put some new parts on the bottom but never addressed all the damage and noise. They never finished the work. All of which is described in the report and paid for by me and my, Insurance company. They then said "it's probably a tie rod and they'll have to take it somewhere else to determine if the damage and noise was due to the accident".... Yes, it was, on the report and PAID to Sonny's to fix! I have used Sonny's for 30+ years, the latest ownership ain't no Sonny. The travel and time spent so far on this PAID for job is now more than I've spent on the deductable. I do not recommend, nor trust this shop. I will repair it out of my own pocket rather than get them a opportunity to not fix the agreed upon paid for work. As of now five 72 mile trips to have my car not fixed. Cheaper to deal with it locally, by a trustworthy business. caveat emptor

Do not give this dealership any of your credit information unless you want excessive inquiries on…read moreyour credit report. Also, be sure to get a CarFax on your own! I was given a few different stories about this. First, that CarFax was now charging dealerships $100 per car, second, that the car was a Chrysler executive car, so it wasn't available, third, they had switched to a different program, and fourth (after they saw the CarFax) that they only supply one if the customer requests one. The dealer was very evasive about supplying me one and when I paid the money and got it myself, I found information that the car had numerous repairs in its short 9,000 mile life. The sales manager was rude, telling me I must have entered the wrong VIN number. When I supplied the CarFax to him (after he said he would buy it from me) he told me that anyone in the car industry would have considered that a clean title. Sure, there were no accidents, but when a car with 9,000 miles needs new tires at 5,000 miles, a new windshield, new thermostat and new lug bolts all before it hits 10k miles, something is going on. When they were confronted about the excessive hard inquiries on my credit, I was told that I didn't understand indirect lending, although I had multiple lenders that I work with (at a bank!), as well as 2 other car dealerships tell me that their practices were completely incorrect. Stay away!!!

Once I got home and looked at the tires (snow tires) I found that they were checkered with dry rot and one tire had a large gash. I spoke with Alisha on October 3rd to share my findings. The manager was unwilling to speak to me in person. Very bad business ethics. Also, drove 4 hrs to give AT my business and then 4 hrs back to address the issue. Extremely disappointing!! Would not recommend. Will not return. Will buy new set elsewhere.

On the phone he was friendly, patient in explaining the options, and fit me into his schedule quickly. He met me on time, and had the car done an hour before the promised time. The results were outstanding: the car looked like new, and he laid down a nice coat of wax to protect the car from MI winter salt-and-slush roads. Throughout the process Andrew was friendly and professional. I'll use Northern again when I'm in TVC in May.

The dealer gave me a credit to exchange the tires (if under 500 miles on them), and buy what I like .
