For the most part motorcycle parts dealers all have good service for online or phone ordering. The products and prices are similar. Rider's Discount is no different, except their prices are much better and the service I experienced is excellent. I just picked up an R6 and found Riders Discount on an R6 forum. I dealt with TJ who over the phone was able to answer all of my questions, and give me advice and feedback on parts selection. Over the phone he took my order, and with most parts in stock he got them shipped to me quickly. I just got the box by Fedex and everything is there just as ordered. I have been trying to return a racing suit and the window is only 14 days and there recording keeps saying I am next but no one ever comes. They should have changed there recording and now I have wasted so much time trying to contact them. As it is I will be returning a $300 racing suit and having to pay $65 to ship it back as their measurements did not add up to what I bought. This is the worst customer service ever. read more

Outstanding customer service! Their initial service was fantastic, the price on the product I purchased was very competitive, all professional commitments were met, and all service expectations were exceeded. After the sale, a bad situation arose, one of which they DID NOT cause. After the situation arose, I called to mostly just gather data, but the representative did not allow it to be left at that. After she told me what they were going to do for me, I was so shocked at the response, that I literally had to have her repeat herself, because it was handled so well (i.e., with full interest of the customer's satisfaction in mind), that it sounded too good to be true. I suppose my shock to outstanding service is an indicator of the level of service I'm used to. A+, five stars, absolutely fantastic customer service. I orders a joe rocket jacket from this company and it came by fed-ex. The driver just pick at my front door and never noticed the 2 men on a crotch rocket was following him, not even a minute after he pulled off, they got the package and took off pass the fed-ex! Obviously the drivers are not aware of who is following them because they want to hurry and deliver as many packages as they can. But my neighbors saw what happened and called the police and then they called me when I was at my doctors appointment that they stole my package. I called riders discount to let them know what happened and they said it's not their problem because the package was delivered and that is the same thing FedEx said to me. So I spoke with riders discount and told him you know what happened and ask what they can do for me am I was willing to buy a second check for at least half the price. She spoke with her boss and the boss said no the best they can do was take $30 off of the jacket price so I reordered it was not the right size. But as soon as it happened I called PayPal and disputed the charge because I never received the package. So riders discount says they can't send me the right size jacket and tell I close the dispute with PayPal and I told him I will close it when I get the right size and she told me she couldn't do that so I did send the jacket back have the card credited the amount for the fall jacket and I'm I get my money back from PayPal. If they would've just sold me the second jacket for half off I would've been happy with it but they didn't want to do that so I spent money on this $40 just to send the jacket back so the lesson learned do not order from them OK it was my fault that they don't require signature upon delivery of their packages but I will never order from them and tell all my motorcycle friends,family, and neighbors, and we have a lot around here that ride motorcycles. I will also mention to them not to order from riders discount, because they don't believe in making the customer whole I'm not a person to lie about not getting a package my gosh I have a police report what more do they need?
