Great ratings and reviews. 55 minute drive from my home. Was worth every minute of it! Ryan got me in first thing. He educated me on my transmission. Showed me examples of components that made up my transmission and allowed me to ask a ton of questions. Shop was spotless and organized as was the waiting room. Arrived shortly before 8:00 and was back home in Kalamazoo by 10:00. Haven't experienced this type of service in a decade. I highly recommend Ryan and this location. I'm a car guy and I would not go anywhere else for transmission service. Will tell my friends and will come back. Work completed: transmission pan change out, new fluid, gasket and filter.

Our car was then broken into over the weekend while at the shop. The people cut the chord on our baby camera wired into the car. Even though camera was wired to car and the chord is clearly cut the body shop doesnt want to take any responsibility. States it was our fault. Car was also left completely dirty on the inside. But we are so fortunate they have offered to have us bring the car back to get it vacuumed out. Terrible service all around

The pricing is extremely reasonable, the service is high quality and timely, and the results are amazing. Everyone is extremely patient and helpful, and will take the time to explain things to you and walk you through your options. I think it's fantastic that they do free consultations, and this is not a place that will try to upsell you on anything. They actually told my dad how to replace his starter last summer so he wouldn't have to bring it in to them and spend more money than necessary! I've spoken to Nate quite a few times when I call about my car or receive a call about my car and he is awesome.
