Unfortunately, the behavior of the salesman showing me around this lot is the sole reason I chose not to move forward with purchasing the car I was interested in. As a young woman shopping for a car on my own, I was met with condescending remarks such as, "Why didn't your boyfriend come help you find a car?" This comment was not only dismissive but presumptuous--how would he know if I even had a boyfriend? It was clear he doubted my ability to make decisions independently, which made me feel undervalued. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated and disrespected as a potential customer. Thankfully, I went to another dealership where I was treated with respect and purchased a car completely on my own. This experience stands out to me because it shows how much a salesperson's attitude can influence a decision. I hope this feedback helps this company better train their employees on professionalism and customer service. Everyone deserves to feel respected and empowered during such an important purchase.

They are unique in that they stated up front that they really don't negotiate because they price their cars lower than most places and start at a fair price. I agree with their statement; we priced around and found the equivalent vehicle at CarMax, Todd Wenzell Chevrolet, and an actual Dodge dealership were all priced higher. And there is no telling if the other places would even gave a little during negotiations. Bottom line is that we started with a fair price and kind service, and left happy. Really easy and pleasant experience! Will certainly use them again for our next vehicle.

Now I have to sell it for a fraction of the price or spend thousands on a new paint job. I thought maybe I was just unlucky but after asking around I found multiple others who had similar experiences. Their cars seemed perfect, but within 3 months major issues occurred, costing thousands of dollars. Seems like Comodo is know for fixing them up just good enough to sell and then they completely fall apart. I would recommend shopping elsewhere if you're looking for a reliable vehicle.

Since buying the car, I have already had to bring it in for repairs four times, all for the exact same issue. My car needed a Subaru specific O2 sensor, but the dealership installed an aftermarket part that kept failing. If they sell Subarus, they should know how to repair them properly the first time. Each time I was forced to drive two hours there and two hours back, which is exhausting and completely unreasonable for a car I just purchased. One of the latest fixes only took 20 minutes and easily could have been handled locally, but instead I wasted an entire day driving back and forth yet again. Between all of these trips I have put about 1,200 unnecessary miles on my car, spent over $250 in gas, and now need another oil change and new oil filter because of it. Michael, the salesman, was great to work with and very kind, but that does not make up for the fact that this car has had repeated issues and the way they have been handled has been extremely disappointing. I expected reliability and accountability when buying from a dealership, not constant repairs, added expenses, and wasted time. I would not recommend this dealership.

I budgeted myself for around $5k, and found a vehicle that was 5,500, it wasn't too far out of my range, and I called to express my interest in it. But for some reason, that vehicle wasn't available, and was immediately upsold a different vehicle, that was around 7k. I really didn't want to spend that much, I have too many other financial obligations, but it was only about 2,000 over my budget, and figured it might take a couple of months more, so I'd have to put everything else on hold. When it came time to sign the papers, I noticed that same $7,000 was now $9,000. When I asked about the reason I was told it was a 'service contract'... a fancy name for a 'warrantee'. I don't need a 'warrantee' of $2000 for a used high-mileage 'as is' vehicle that has a Blue Book value of around $5,500. When I said that I really couldn't afford that, I was told 'well, it's just another $2000', and apparently THAT was the end of the conversation. No one asked me if I wanted a 'service contract', and I damned sure can't afford it. If the vehicle has more that $2000 worth of repairs, then I'll just go get another used vehicle. Even when I indicated that I didn't want it, it was still applied, as if someone who is working their way out of being homeless, has an extra 2000 to just hand out, because something 'thinks' they deserve it. My original goal was no more than $5000, turns out, I'm now expected to pay DOUBLE that amount. A scam is a scam. I probably should have refused the deal completely when it was clear that I was being scammed. I'll never do business with this company again.

My car mechanically was in excellent condition and only had 24,700 miles on it however, it had been hit twice in my apartment parking lot and needed bodywork done. I stopped by Keller Ford the day before my appointment at CarMax because I thought I needed a Lein letter. While I was there I asked them to appraise my car. The manager offered me approximately$2000 LESS than my payout on my loan and suggested that I pay my deductible to get it fixed and then he would give me $1000 more than my payout. He spoke as though the 3 to 4000$ to fix it would come out of his pocket! The office was empty other than the manager and 2 other employees. The next day I went to CarMax and boy were they busy!!!! My customer specialist was amazing and kept apologizing for taking so much time. Very positive experience. The end result, selling my car at CarMax, paid off my loan to Ford Credit and I had a check for $4889. in hand when I left. If your going to buy and sell cars, be like CarMax!
