Our car was then broken into over the weekend while at the shop. The people cut the chord on our baby camera wired into the car. Even though camera was wired to car and the chord is clearly cut the body shop doesnt want to take any responsibility. States it was our fault. Car was also left completely dirty on the inside. After three "expert" techs and 90 days I got back a car that wouldn't start, locked in gear so it couldn't be rolled around, dead battery and a front tire with a hole so big I can put my fist in it (see picture). WTH happened? They said they could never start it so apparently worked on it in the driveway but despite never getting the car running their "estimate/diagnosis" was it probably needs a transmission module but they didn't have the software to reset or determine if it was bad... THE CHARGES: $600+. I left a car that ran and got back a car that didn't plus had a tire which looked like it was shot with a cannon and a dead battery. I can't recommend them for ANY auto repairs on any thing. Disappointed and $600 poorer.

Great ratings and reviews. 55 minute drive from my home. Was worth every minute of it! Ryan got me in first thing. He educated me on my transmission. Showed me examples of components that made up my transmission and allowed me to ask a ton of questions. Shop was spotless and organized as was the waiting room. Arrived shortly before 8:00 and was back home in Kalamazoo by 10:00. Haven't experienced this type of service in a decade. I highly recommend Ryan and this location.
