So they replaced that then they charged me $1,100 after they told me it was only going to be 750. And then when I confronted them about the huge difference in price the owner threatened me threatened to keep my vehicle and overcharge me for storage fees for every single day if I didn't just pay and leave . So I had my vehicle brought to a real mechanic and sure enough these assholes put the wrong serpentine belt on and put it on there so tight that it had to be totally disassembled to get it off . And so then putting that wrong serpentine belt on would have caused so many future problems for my vehicle . This was the second time they've done this to me . So the first time I brought it in for the same issue . So anyways they replace the fuel pump I pay that time it was $1,200 I don't have the receipt anymore otherwise I'd post that too but this has been about a year now . And I just didn't think about leaving any kind of review because I was pretty upset . You know so anyways I gave them $1,200 I leave I get two blocks away in my power steering doesn't work anymore so I turn right around go right back and dude comes out trying to act like he's looking for what the problem is then he offers to put it back on the lift to show me something and then gives me this line where he says oh I could just shed a tear for you too talking to me and my boyfriend . Once this place is original owners passed away the place went down the hill fast I will never bring my vehicle here ever again the only time I ever did in the beginning was for the $13 oil changes . And I cannot find their business that's open right now otherwise I'd be blasting this all over their website . But these people are shady as hell and will try to fight you if you disagree with them because that's what the owner Dave did to me . You're all pieces of s*** Dave and your son.

I was once told by a dealer's service department where I bought the car that my car needed brakes and it was unsafe to drive home. This didn't sit well given the car's mileage so I took the car to Spaanstra Bros. They showed me that my brakes were well within the safe operating level. Ten thousand miles later, I had the brakes done and they were still good although getting close to needing replacement. Of the repairs and service I've had done here over the years, they may not be the least expensive, but I feel I'm receiving value as a result of their competence and honesty. Highly recommended.

Spaanstra Brothers is nothing flashy, but they're easy to work with and fair with the quote. I hope I don't need car repairs anytime soon, but if I do, I'll take my car there. Don't expect to just drive up and get service, they're a small shop and if they're busy, they'll tell you. (That's okay by me, it means they they're busy because they're good! Also, I've had that bad experience where a place takes your car and takes way longer than they say they would, this place will be honest up front.) Prior to going to Ronda, for years I have/had been taking my car to a different shop (national…read morechain you're all familiar with). It felt like with each year the prices at this national chain I used to go were not just becoming higher, but more dishonest. The work was getting sloppier, timetables got drawn out, the communication sloppy, and the know-how was slipping. Fast forward to present day and I needed some MAJOR work done on my car. The kind of work that is 1/2 a down payment for some folks. I just didn't trust that national chain to work on my car anymore and the quote they gave me was ridiculous. So I shopped around and came across awesome reviews for Ronda on Breton. Let me tell you... the reviews, as good as they are, don't do this place justice. 1. Very fair pricing. Honest brokers! 2. AMAZING work. My car has not driven this well in about 4 years. 3. Expeditious. Despite having to order a part on the spot, they were still able to get the work done in a tight timeframe and same day. 4. Very communicative. Was in contact with them twice during the day and given updates (my thanks to Jacob). I'll be taking my car here from now on. My only gripe is that I waited this long to take it to Ronda to begin with. Excellent place. Trust them. They will take care of you.
