Piece of shit company... For starters, I purchased a 2009 Jeep Liberty Sport, for $11,000... It…read morehad 140k on the motor... Tires were worn, skyslider (sunroof on the entire top of the Jeep) and some check engine lights... First off, the Jeep was only worth about $6000 used, with LESS MILES... Secondly, my repairs lasted for almost two months time total... And the service team is contracted, and HORRIBLE! I had a repair done on my exhaust... And they took off all the piping, and PUT IT IN THE BACK OF ME JEEP!!! Nasty, dirty, gunked up piping, on top of $3000 of Andersen Window displays... I had 2 double hung and two casement Windows... The Windows weigh about 20-40lbs a piece... The exhaust weight about 70lbs easy... Total disrespect and disregard for a customers property!!! After they repaired stuff, they left a really bad ball joint on, and the window module on the drivers side (window and lock controls) were still non functional after the first repair... Then the heat quits working... So they attempted repairs, and failed again... Not even 5 minutes after coming to RPM, and retrieving my "ready to go" Jeep, the heater quits AGAIN... The guy who repaired my stuff comes out, and I say "It ain't fixed... The heat is blowing cold.." and then he replies "I've done this for over 15 years, and you're telling me how to do my fucking job!?!?" I then replied "I don't give a shit about your tenure... I give a shit about my vehicle I bought from Y'all, to be in tip top shape... YOU DIDN'T FUCKING FIX SHIT!!! After that, the guy tried to start bucking up to me... His boss stopped him, and told him to go back in the garage... No apologies... Nothing... I then decided to go to Rapids Auto, in Eaton Rapids... This is the ONLY garage I trust in Michigan... He then looked at my ball joints, heater, etc. Come to find out... The vehicle was SUBMERGED IN WATER!!! Wow!!! Holy shit!!! (Pictures are located in this post) That was a hit to the chest... I paid $11000 for this vehicle that has FLOOD DAMAGE... Wow... I was SCAMMED!!! After I brought all the issues back to RPM, they said that they can "only repair vehicles on site", at no expense... Now keep in mind, this is only the repairs that needed attention PRIOR to purchase... So if something goes wrong down the road, they'll repair it at a 20% (or less) discount... So it's not worth it at all... The employees are incapable... And they decided to throw on another set of tires (as requested), and they were DRY ROTTED PIECES OF SHIT!!! I literally had a nasty blowout on I94 towards Kzoo... Almost lost COMPLETE CONTROL of my vehicle... They then insisted that they didn't know the tires were dry rotted... BULLSHIT!!! With all these complaints piling up (and I'm sure I left stuff out), they decide to call me up and ask about "what kind of tires do you want on your Jeep??" I then replied "The same ones that were on it obviously". Like how stupid can you get? You can't just brush away the fact that I almost DIED, by the cause of your negligence at repairs... So, they throw on some Starfire tires... Starfire tires are the cheapest of the cheap... Like seriously... Within two months, one tire went flat... I was so pissed, and wondering why... Come to find out, they didn't put the tire on right... WOW! Here I'm driving over 300 miles a day, in a vehicle that is supposed to be reliable... And now this shit... Again... This time I was stranded in Manistee... I found an AWESOME mechanic there, who helped me put a used tire on, and I only paid $20... Job and tire included... Which was a BLESSING... After 8 months of using the vehicle, I still had my window module non functioning, (I literally had to open the back window, tilt my seat back Compton style just to order my food at the drive thru... That was a real gas... THEN THE TRANSMISSION BLOWS... This company buys Cars at auctions... They have their own junkyard, and use OLD PARTS to repair your vehicle... STAY AWAY!!! TAKE THIS AS A WARNING!!!

Took my brothers Tahoe in for a service and when we went to pick it back up over 2,000$ of audio…read moreequipment was stolen from it. Now here we are mid covid crisis and a tow truck is picking my vehicle up but I was never informed I was due on a payment. Fuck rpm south side
