I moved to Virginia in 2004. Well I came to town for hunting season and to visit family. Started my truck and a gauge was showing I had a problem. My oil pressure was maxed out. I didn't want to drive it because it could damage the motor, so I had it towed to The Back Room. Upon arrival they noticed I had Virginia tags. They immediately got to work on my truck. They called me within two hours after it arrived on the tow truck. He advised that he had already diagnosed the problem and went ahead and made the repairs. The service they provided was outstanding and I have never had a repair shop so attentive to a vehicle as they were mine today. The truck arrived around 11-1130 am and at 150 I got the call it was done! Now the price was a concern because I was traveling and it was money to be taken away from vacation money. When he quoted me the bill I was floored. The price was more than fair and honestly I had expected to pay a lot more. My truck is running great and I am extremely happy with the service I received.
