Staff is awesome! All are a pleasure to deal with!! Dallas and Corey were very cool. Friendly and patient!! I did notice in the back room, there was no place for employees to sit and relax when on break or lunch. Also no shelves or coat racks or storage lockers so employees have to leave their expensive riding gear out for other employees to rifle through when nobody is looking! No shelves to put their nice helmets. Maybe your employees ride to work since they are obvious enthusiasts and just might ride in. How cheap you are and gross with greed. Spend $100 and I bet they would install shelving in their own time. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. Maybe your shrinkage rates will drop? What a concept. If you weren't the only motorcycle store around I would no longer spend my money there. Oh and your frequent buyer membership that you only allow discounts on your brands that you pay a fraction of the wholesale costs for is also gross! I don't want your made up crap that is designed for high profit gain. Greed Gear or fuck wipes motorcycle dear would be a better name. Sick shit what you corporations are doing to the people that provide your revenue for your multiple homes, Italian sports cars and 6 figure salaries. My experience shopping with this company was disappointing and fell well short of the level of service they advertise. One of the primary reasons I visited the store was because the company promotes personalized helmet fitting and knowledgeable assistance from experienced staff. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. When I came in to purchase a new helmet, I was largely left to figure things out on my own. I had to initiate most of the conversation, ask numerous questions about different helmet options, and even specifically ask whether someone could properly fit me for a helmet. Rather than providing guidance or a fitting assessment, I was simply told to try on whichever helmets I liked. Inventory availability has also been a recurring issue. On multiple visits, a significant portion of the products I was interested in were either unavailable or only stocked in very large sizes. As an average sized rider, I found that many of the items I wanted were not available in sizes that would reasonably fit me, forcing me to shop elsewhere or order online. To make matters worse, the online purchasing experience is not much better. The return policy is restrictive and customer interactions regarding online purchases have left me feeling as though I had done something wrong by ordering through their website. Rather than receiving helpful customer service, the experience felt unnecessarily uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that inventory challenges can occur, but customer service and product knowledge should remain consistent regardless of stock levels. Based on my experiences, the level of assistance and support I received did not align with the standards this company advertises. Leadership, you have to work harder and train ALL staff on the POS system while ensuring you go out of your way for the customers that keep you in business. read more

They are having their grand opening today. Opened just last month. Come and check it out. It's 20% off top brands or so. If you buy something in the store, free screen print t-shirt and free pulled pork sandwich and potato salad, no non-pork options though. Staff inside are all welcoming and warm. They have a DJ playing some fun and entertaining music. Thunder is blaring in the background, what an appropriate song for the sounds of bikes playing in your head while walking through the store. They will take song requests too. Sign up for free giveaways, drawings are every hour. They even have a trailer to simulate popping a wheelie too. It's a fun spot for hanging out today or whenever. The store is sizable. They have everything you could want for your crotch rocket, chopper or whatever. I would recommend this shop to advanced and beginner rides for pretty much any bike related equipment/ product. My experience with customer service has been excellent. I come in and right away they offer help and directions to products. The people working there are knowledgeable within the products sold and care about making things right. I bought a pair of gloves from there and I was unfortunately not putting them on in-correctly, shortly after they ripped. I came in, explain my situation and they quickly explained what I did wrong and issued me another set free of charge. Good service, fair prices. read more

Best service I have ever had!!! Came in knowing a outline of what I wanted and not knowing anything about what brands were good, left feeling like I had confidence in everything I bought. I felt so respected while being helped. Being an 18 year old girl and going into a place like this I am normally looked down on. This place was not like that at all. I stopped by for their Grand Opening event and had a blast! Aside from the festivities, the store itself was set up very well and they had a wide selection of parts. The helmet wall is pretty awesome and showcases a lot of high end brands. The staff was very friendly as well. What I like best about the store is that it caters to ALL bikers - cruiser, sport, adventure, off-road, etc. I gave four instead of five stars because the store needs to be bigger, but they make the space work. read more

Surprised they opened one here in Michigan. This store is usually found in major cities/states like California, Chicago, New York, Florida, Texas, etc. Anyway this store got plenty of deals and they are stocked well with gears and parts. Their employees are pretty helpful and knowledgeable about motorcycles. This is definitely my go-to place when it comes to motorcycle stuff.
