On his receipt it only mentions electrical parts nothing about tools. He yelled "take the godamn thing back" and threw the wrench and receipt at his employee. All over $11.60. When I got there, the pump did not match mine at all. Not even close. The counter man spent some time on his computer cross referencing what little information I could give him. He then went in the back and came back with a very dusty box which contained the exact pump I needed. Everything I needed was in the one box. Cannot tell you how thrilled I was and how extraordinary it is to get that level of service AND to have the part on hand when you need it.
