I drove out of town because of the price per hour and felt I would get a good job done on my bike. they went beyond what I expected and at the last minute took care of my clutch problem, then they asked if I could use any help loading the bike onto my trailer! (and just a side note; just try talking with any mechanic in a lot of bike shops, you end up talking with some guy who will hopefully relay what you wanted done, its nice to be able to take to the mechanic who will be working on your bike. and yes I will be back and will recommend this business to my bike friends. this is how it should be! He went well above what I ever expected and made sure things were right. I had Jay do a lot of maintenance that I had been putting off for quite some time. He did a valve adjustment on my bike's V-4, took care of some leaking carbs, did some front end work to resolve some pesky wobble issues, replaced tires & more. They accommodated my service repair on short notice yet again and are honest and respectful people. Twice now I have called them up to balance and mount new tires on my Yamaha tour bike and they treated me like I was their number one customer. I greatly appreciate the hospitality and service because of my hectic work schedule (12 hour days) and they don't force you to purchase tires from them as other dealers often do. Although I'm sure they would appreciate the added sales. They're also open on Mondays which isn't the case for other shops. I brought my BMW motorcycle to Rapid Cycle Works because it was having some brake issues. Kyle, the…read moreowner, told me he would look at it within three or four days. It took him 17 days before he got it on the bench despite several phone calls asking the status. And then when he realized the job was more complicated than he had originally anticipated, rather than order the correct parts, he used old brake lines that he had lying around the shop. None of the brake lines fit correctly, nor were they the proper lengths (too long). So, it was impossible to route them correctly. One of the lines is red (originally black) So the improper routing is really obvious. They routed the front brake lines off the calipers in the opposite direction (180 degrees) from how they were originally routed. And then looped them around the fender. It just looks really unprofessional.

So this is an odd review but I had my bicycle repaired here. I know it's not what the owner usually…read moredoes but wow what a great guy. I needed my frame welded and parts cut. He saved me several hundred dollars and had it ready when he said he would. Will go back for anything!

Full Armor moved heaven and earth to get things fixed, they were told that there were no parts available. When I replaced the Generac with a DuroMax Generator, I took it to Full Armor to get it put together, and properly up and running.
