They accommodated my service repair on short notice yet again and are honest and respectful people. Twice now I have called them up to balance and mount new tires on my Yamaha tour bike and they treated me like I was their number one customer. I greatly appreciate the hospitality and service because of my hectic work schedule (12 hour days) and they don't force you to purchase tires from them as other dealers often do. Although I'm sure they would appreciate the added sales. They're also open on Mondays which isn't the case for other shops. I drove out of town because of the price per hour and felt I would get a good job done on my bike. they went beyond what I expected and at the last minute took care of my clutch problem, then they asked if I could use any help loading the bike onto my trailer! (and just a side note; just try talking with any mechanic in a lot of bike shops, you end up talking with some guy who will hopefully relay what you wanted done, its nice to be able to take to the mechanic who will be working on your bike. and yes I will be back and will recommend this business to my bike friends. this is how it should be! Jay's garage did great work on my 2003 Yamaha V-Max last fall. I had been referred to him from…read moresome friends at AutoZone as a very competent mechanic at reasonable rates. He went well above what I ever expected and made sure things were right. I had Jay do a lot of maintenance that I had been putting off for quite some time. He did a valve adjustment on my bike's V-4, took care of some leaking carbs, did some front end work to resolve some pesky wobble issues, replaced tires & more. All I can say is my experience with Jay was great. I haven't checked out his new location yet, but I soon will as I need him to look over a 2010 FJR1300 I recently picked up. Brian W.

Won't go to the dealership because of their attitudes. Both men who work at Jay's are honest, fair, and friendly. The motorcycle is a European import. Made it hard to find a place that could work on the bike besides the dealer. Doubt I'll go anywhere else. Glad I found this place.
