This place use to be a great place but the new management is a joke I needed an emergency tire changed so I pulled the tire brought it in and bought a new tire from them that was over $250 plus mount and blance they had a few tires that had been dropped off but no one was waiting on having a tire changed but myself they refused to change my tire right away since I was waiting for it I have been waiting for over 3 hours just to have a tire replaced. I have spent 10s of thousands of dallors at this business back when I was running my own shop and this is how they treat a loyal customer of 20 year do not go here you are better off going to Amazon, ebay or even the dealership. read more

Stopped by this place on a whim. Fascinating place, and we'll definitely come back. The best way to describe it is a combination of "Bikers R Us," and "Hunters & Campers R Us." And you can also buy cowboy boots and hats and Carhartt gear because ... why the hell not?? They have a lot of cool motorcycles on display. Some have price tags, some don't. They have a massive selection of biker gear, jackets, helmets, etc. etc. Ever wonder where you can buy a black leather biker vest in a 4XL? Wonder no further, by friend. Stopped to shop for gear and smothered by salespeople, now I remember why I quit shopping there years ago. Ancient gear, inventory hasn't changed in years, nothing new. I was in need of Moto pants for my son. Upon checking out as we are in AMa they say they offer an AMA membership discount. When I was asked if I had a card I explained to them that my son has a card that I don't but he is a minor. She pulled my name up in the system saw my name in the system as well as my sons. But insisted that I need a card. After she had already looked and said that I could be using somebody else's membership. I explained to the lady I can show her my ID with all my information with match my minor son's information. The lady actually at the register was all down to do everything as long as I had my ID. But it was the adjacent lady that told her she couldn't. I explain to the lady that all the info matched. Just because I didn't have the card. I could just as easily come in with anybody's AMA card whether it be Ryan villopoto Cooper Webb or anybody and say that they're my child and show the card and have no matching identity to these people whatsoever and they would give me the discount. I would highly recommend not shopping there as they would rather inconvenience you, then compare two identifications where they could see that the addresses phone numbers everything matched that I was affiliated with that person read more

This is a store with a ton of stuff. I've come here for motorcycle stuff, to check out gear and the like. Their selection is pretty massive, but as Jason stated they do cater to the cruiser crowd and there are cows and cows and cows of black leather gear. They do have some sportbike-oriented stuff, but their helmet section left me a bit disappointed, as that is what I recently visited for - it is extremely disorganized. They carry HJC, some Arai, Scorpion, Bell (which was cool - not many places carry them), ICON, Gmax, and a few I'm forgetting. Big selection of leather saddlebags, a few tankbags, etc. Aside from moto stuff, there are mountains and mountains of general outdoorsy/camping gear. Very friendly staff. read more

Thoroughly disappointed in this business. I was a first time shopper there. My experience in the store was fine. I purchased a helmet because my son needed one the very next day to go up north with his new quad I couldn't take him with me to the store to try on helmets. They made it clear in the store that if I purchased the helmet I wouldn't be able to take it back. We were pretty certain we knew the size it would have to be. I also figured if it didn't fit my older son it would fit my younger son. So I bought the helmet and goggles. Low and behold the helmet did not fit. Neither of my kids can even put it on their head. I figured I could at the very least exchange it for a bigger size so it would fit and we could actually use it. We spent $120 on it plus the cost of goggles. When I called the lady that answered the phone was nice and transfer me to the manager. The manager was horrible on the phone. I was just asking a simple question whether or not I could at least exchange it. I figured they would rather do that then Lose a customer. In the very near future we will need to be buying a few helmets and all of my family will need gear. I will never walk in that store again. I am 40 years old and I have never been Treated the way the manager treated me on the phone. I also would like to add I have never left a review either. She said they cant exchange the helmet because of covid. Seems like they would work with their customers a little bit so they don't loose them. Also, if she wanted to stand her ground and say no she should have at least been nice while saying it. read more

Went in today 9/10/18 around 330pm looking for a pair of motorcycle boots! Wandered around the boot selection had 2 sales people in the area then poof they were both gone! I was there for 30 minutes! Drove from Perry specifically to go there! I then called the store from the parking lot and told them I didn't get any help and that I wouldn't be back! From my last purchase at this store on January. I won't ever go back. I'll give one star because they have a few American made boots. I went there looking for a pair of boots for work. I told the helpful bit busy older gentleman what I did and that I wanted something made in the USA. He conveyed how things are now but have me a few to choose from. I purchased a nice pair of Danner's that worked very well to keep my feet warm and protected in the winter. The problem came in the end of March. The boots were about 3 months old and the the sole was coming apart at the toe end of the boot. So bad you could smell the glue. Took them back and the manager on duty only deflected all of my concerns. He said the store manager wasn't back for a few more days but was likely to do nothing. He did go get the Danner book to see what they covered and told me they most likely would do nothing. Not saying I wanted a new pair of boots but didn't expect this treatment. Called Danner direct. They took care of me. Yay Danner. Booooo Rocky's. Will tell all I know to shop somewhere else locally. read more
