This place was pretty friendly on the weekend. ( a woman barista) she was alone at the store but friendly, smily and happy mood. Inside of the store is very clean. There were only 3 tables but comfort couch was set up. I was there before they're closing up I'm not sure if you can find a place during the day time. I'm def coming back. It might be hard to find out at this location. it's across from the Whole Foods store on Bedford ave. Lots of almond croissants were left. it's very rare to see them.

5 stars for service. I came in late on a Saturday hoping for a quick pick me up before the gym. The one barista was swamped with impatient coffee fiends nervously tapping their feet demanding their perfect order. I slunk off to the side and patiently awaited my turn to offer the barista a small touch of kindness (HINT--it usually goes a long way especially with people who serve one food if one believes in energy or even just basic human decency) and receive my jolt of caffeine for the evening. I ordered an iced oat milk latte with an extra shot. It is doing the job quite well as I'm on a roll with this review and am bout to zoom in focus on my workout. The ambiance is cute with the trees and shrubbery in front and a very natural interior that is easy on the eyes. Long story short, I will likely be back on convenience alone.

My friend is a park slope resident. She has been raving about Hungry Ghost. When I was in Williamsburg, I passed one. I ordered a small cup of coffee. You know when you are having good coffee? It tastes better without cream or sugar. The barista poured very little cream. However, I didn't mind it. For $3, it was the best coffee that I had in awhile.

Meh, I was looking forward to trying this place, but not soo impressed. Service was so-so. Hot lattes were good, my iced however was boring, asked for vanilla - she didn't put it in. Good latte art.

The aroma and flavor of this coffee are simply delightful. I would love to learn more about the coffee blend they use and the type of milk that gives it that unique creamy texture. It's remarkable how, even without adding sugar, every sip remains a flavorful and satisfying experience. There is only one barista and she is super fast. The place is small and pretty busy.

Nice and cozy coffee shop around my neighborhood. Honestly nothing extraordinary about it, the wait time is little bit longer I will say. The coffee is okay compared to other places around here. conveniently located couple blocks from the Bedford train station on the L line. And across from Whole Foods

The matcha latte I ordered was great and the cafe itself however the baristas were having a convo amongst themselves and were on their phones so they weren't really paying attention to the customers.

8 oz. ? Capp vs a standard cup latte (10/12oz)= rip off

Only went here bc a friend dragged me. The coffee isn't bad. I'm just tired of being inundated with the overpriced coffee shops. 5.25 for a Capp that amounts to just an oversized espresso with milk??? No thank you. Too many of these bougie spots in Williamsburg now. The cups are shrinking and the prices keep growing. Not to mention charging .75 cents extra for oat milk??? The price of oat is the same as the price of whole milk. If you do the math, it takes 5 or 6 coffees with oat milk to cover the cost of a half gallon of milk which will make at least 12-15 drinks. What a ripoff.

I was wondering what kind of place when I passed by so many times. It is a cute coffee shop with delicious coffee and good quality. I love the building and how they decorated a cafe. Service is nice and quick.

Good coffee, kind baristas, a super cute exterior, and a few comfy tables to sit at inside.

Decent looking coffee shop with friendly workers and good music. The menu is a little boring. They have a small amount of seating.

Their oatmilk cappucino is one of the best I've had. It's so creamy and delicious and has a great strong coffee flavor.

There's the main seating area and then two offshoot lounges, which aren't quite as cozy but offer different levels of quiet and ambience. The guy working the counter has a lot of energy and clearly loves being there. The PB banana smoothie was yummy, very thick so could use a spoon. Mushroom toast was a bit pricey but you did get a lot of food for your money, the focaccia was crunchier than expected but all around a nice cafe bite. I just appreciate how this is such a gathering spot where you can watch bk life play out while working, it had a different energy from a lot of places in the area.

You've really went downhill. Everything is dreadfully smaller for the same price. You used to have a giant fluffy egg square on your breakfast sandwich and now I've gotten one lumpy small egg drenched in so much overly spicy sauce - that used to be more soft and palatable, I can't even taste anything else, to compensate for the lack of sandwich for over $12. Insane. The fries were the highlight of my meal and that's really saying a lot. $6.50 for one of the smallest iced coffees I've ever received... I think you're staying open on highway robbery alone. Or that the gentrifiers just don't give a damn. Honestly, I could've gotten something better at the Bodega for less than $35 after the Uber fees. I feel bad leaving this honestly, but... how you go from such a wonderfully established place to some dreadful experience is just sad. Do better, become yourself again, because unfortunately I won't be ordering anymore.

I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.
