I've only been twice so far, but already know I don't ever want to take my business elsewhere. The first time I got a luminary overlay set with gel polish and the second time I got a fill in with gel polish as well. They didn't chip or lift for FIVE WEEKS. Hayley did the cutest designs, was very meticulous, and is all about the customer experience. The whole salon is, really... did I mention they offer complimentary mimosas?! I cannot stress enough how satisfied with the work they do and their customer service. They're in the process of onboarding some amazing new nail techs as well. The lady finished painting my toes and told me to wait in the chair since the guy was finishing my dip set. He finished like 10mins later and I checked my toes if they were dry, nope still wet. I checked again 5mins later still wet. I kept checking every 5mins. After like 30mins of waiting I told someone b/c this couldn't be why is the polish not drying. They got someone else to fix it. Okay fine, but why are you charging me an extra $10 to remove my current set? Another $5 for length, and the length isn't even long! $5 for almond shape, another $6 to trim my cuticles another $5 if you want a French manicure... the most basic manicure there is. Want to cut your nails down? That will be another $5. It's getting ridiculous and time for me to find a new nail salon.

I stopped by the shop to ask if they were able to do a specific nail design which included different patterns and 3D art. I provided a picture this design and was told they would be able to replicate the look at a cost of $85. Initially, I left the shop to check pricing at a couple of other nail shops but I was told they would not be able to replicate the design. I went back to elite nails where we were given great service until my daughter said she felt the nail art was not up to par. Mind you, I was getting a pedicure while the male nail tech was doing my daughter's nails. Once I finished I walked over to look at her nails. I told the male nail tech the nails were a bit long and wide. He told me the nails had to be that way in order to complete the design. I don't do nails, so I thought the design would come together as he got closer to finishing. My daughter whispered to me asking if I thought the design looked like the example provided. I didn't think it looked the same so I told my daughter to tell the male nail tech what she thought should be fixed. Apparently, he was not able to make adjustments because he began grinding the design off. This is when the female nail tech came over to stand beside the male nail tech. I told both of them I realized they were closed and asked if we could come back to finish the redo the next day. It was at this moment when the female nail tech looked at my daughter and yelled, "why did you wait til the last minute to tell him you didn't like the nails." I was shocked!! My initiate reaction was to tell her, "Do not yell at my daughter. She's 13 years old and was apprehensive in telling a grown man she didn't like the nails." The female nail tech looked directly at my daughter again and yelled, "well this is your 13 years old lesson to say you don't like the nails." I was literally sitting right next to my daughter as this nasty, vile woman speaks to my daughter in such a terrible manner!! I told the nasty woman, "You don't speak to my child that way. If you have something to say you say it to me!!! I'm her mother and she is a CHILD!!" That woman's behavior was deplorable!!! I have worked in customer service since I had my first job at 15 years old. I take customer service very seriously. I would NEVER treat a customer that way, especially a CHILD!! I wouldn't allow my daughter to speak to a service person in such a vile manner, and I expect the same respect from a grown woman. It's obvious that woman lacks customer service skills and self control. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, MAAM!!
