Here to review them catering my wedding in March of 2023. I HIGHLY recommend Hug hes for your wedding needs. The price was extremely affordable especially because each dish came with bread, butter, salad, mashed potatoes, fruit, and a slice of cake and your entree. This means we didn't need to spend a lot on cocktail food because we knew the guests would be eating well shortly after. We had SO MANY comments on both the chicken cordon bleu and the pot roast but just as many comments on the potatoes and bread/butter. Planning with them was seamless as well. They basically did everything with the venue and I didn't have to be involved in much at all for it to turn out so perfect (which I love). They also provided to go boxes for the leftovers and helped pack it all up. The only sad part was that since we didn't pay for anyone to serve the buffet food, people weren't sure how big a serving size was so we ended up having a lot of leftovers. I was fine with it though because the food was so good I could eat it over and over and over again but just a comment for others! They also provided a vegan option for a few of our guests and they also raved about their dishes too. One other item that was amazing was that they offer a free wedding tasting without committing. They let you taste a ton of their offerings for free and then decide if you want them. A lot of catering companies don't offer that and you just go with word of mouth. After trying everything we did and then hearing how amazing the pot roast was, it was an EASY decision to pick them! Working with Sherry and her team was amazing and made my wedding fabulous! Highly recommend them for any of your event needs!

Thank you Hug-Hes Cafe for yet another quality dining experience. My mother has been making counterfeit versions of your pasta salad since I was weening off of breast feeding. I have been to the Centerville and Ogden and Ogden locations recently, both deliver quality meals at an affordable price.

It was sweet with pineapple and then chipotle on the crunchy tortillas used as chips. They definitely use high quality ingredients but both the melon and Caesar salads were just alright. The Chef's Tasting consists of several preset amuse-bouches, with your choice of main and dessert. The thing that Hearth seems to be known for is their unique combinations of ingredients, tastes and textures, all leveraging their signature olive oils (which are available for purchase). It was fun trying all of the combos, most of which were delicious! I did get the short rib for my entree and unfortunately it was dry. The roasted vegetables were aplenty and tasty so I was glad to have had a substantial meal despite not eating much of the short rib. I mentioned it to the server and she shared that they had switched vendors recently and that it was different than their typical short rib. Hoping they switch back! The meal ended with dessert, and the honey/almond/white chocolate/blueberry sorbet I selected was decadent and yummy. All in all, I enjoyed my experience. The service was fantastic and we were treated to complimentary baked goodies to take home. My friend shared that their tasting menu changes seasonally and that all of the various dishes have been unique and delicious. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Ogden!

Parked for free streetside nearby and walked over, got on the waitlist and was texted to return after just 15 mins. My salad was massive, with charred grilled chicken and a delicious buffalo sauce. The appetizers were amazing as well, you HAVE to try their fried pickles!! It was super hot outside so the beers were extra refreshing, I really loved their IPA but their stout fell flat for me. I can be picky! Their Porter also shone, delicious and unique! Service was friendly and super fast. I asked for some modifications on my salad and they did not mind a bit. Grabbed a pint glass on the way out. Would love to come back here and watch a game from the back patio, which is shaded and has misters (and a kid area!).

I could easily eat the bisque alone. We ago got the garlic cheese curds, and the Mac n cheese which was phenomenal! Last time we came, the weekly appetizer was spinach artichoke dip, that was so good, I got a second serving as "dessert" (another day). Their regular menu is great, but I also love the rotation, to add a little more variety. It was very busy, and we mentioned we were trying to make a show later, and they took care of us, and we made it on time.

My girlfriend got a buffalo chicken sandwich that really had no flavor and was mostly breading and super messy. I got a shepherds pie but as well the potatoes had little to no flavor.. I think this place has a lot of potential. Maybe it was just a bad night. But I think better service and curating a better palate for the menu can be done. Especially for being one of the few better bar and food places in Ogden.

Tonight was prom for a few districts, so by the time we arrived it was overrun, but we sailed right through. The croissants they give you while waiting for your meal are delightful and almost like a dessert. A little heavy handed with the salt on the onion rings, but good flavor and enjoyably messy. Portions can tend to run large. Be prepared for leftovers! My dining companion got spasagna, a hybrid spaghetti/lasagna dish which she enjoyed. I had a combo ribs with chicken strips. The chicken strips had a hot honey sauce which had just a little kick. Ribs are of the fall-off-the-bone variety, rather than competition, but great flavor and nice traditional sauce. Everything was good, though we barely made a dent, and packed the rest to take home. Comfortable and friendly environment. Our server was helpful but didn't hover or rush. Enjoyable evening.

My wife got the lemon chicken, it was really good too. My kids lived the fish tank in the front area. We also thought the ceiling fans were cool. Service was pretty good, she was nice enough but forgot my son's drink, we had to ask the lady that brought the food out for it because it never showed up and we hadn't seen our server in a while.
