    Utah bowl

Got the Utah Bowl on DoorDash and it was amazing! It arrived fresh, flavorful, and completely gluten-free. The ingredients tasted super clean and everything was perfectly seasoned. I could honestly eat this every day -- highly recommend!

score! Passing through from Jackson Hole Heading to SLC Airport, we were Looking for a healthy, GF option and WOW! we are from GA and don't have a place like this (wish we did!) It's like a healthy Chipotle you don't walk the line they prepare it for you! The service was SUPER FRIENDLY and the first welcome gave us recommendations (which I personally totally LOVE ) and even offered us samples! We order The Utah bowl, the tacos and a salad with lemon beets and chicken! My salad was delicious and I just loved the beets walnuts and the chicken was cooked perfectly! Serving size was just right and very filling! The tacos were bursting with flavor, loved the spice! The Utah bowl was gone (my son ordered it) and let's just say he loved it! It was a spectacular delivery to the table, the all walked out with our three items and placed them down all at the same time- what a Grand Slam!!!! I've eaten at some amazing Places this trip and that really stood out! And then they even bought us a cookie saying how friendly we were! Awesome food, super healthy and amazing service - what a score!!!!! Hope they come to GA!

Vessel is always a fantastic dinner choice. No matter who you're bringing, they can find something they like on this menu! Tons of fresh food and great mix of healthy and less-healthy options. Once I found the poke bowl, I was set- the poke + sauce, fresh avocado, slightly spicy Thai carrots, and couscous is a perfect combo (especially after a hot day of outdoor activities!) My husband loves the mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and pot roast. I've also enjoyed the roasted Brussels sprouts, sweet potato hash, hummus and pita strips. Both of my parents have also enjoyed eating here. It's quick, has indoor and outdoor seating options, and portions are big. Tip: they don't have an ice machine, but will bring you ice if you ask.

Hash Hash...so so tasty and delicious!

Absolutely delicious...even after getting it delivered from Doordash and kind of cold. The food is phenomenal!! I am loving every single bite. I got the Hash Hash and pita sticks with hummus. I can't wait to try all the other dishes.

Was really glad to see Vessel open up in Farmington Station, we had tried it before at the Park City location and were hoping for a closer location. It is so nice to have healthier options than burgers and fries for fast food. Don't get me wrong I like a good burger but it's nice to have healthier options. We tried the Hash Hash, which has pulled beef over hashed potatoes and horseradish sauce. The horseradish sauce is mild and adds a really nice flavor with little to no heat. Some pickled onions on top were fun and added a different flavor to the ensemble. I was kind of wanting more of the sauce, which you can order, and the pickled onions. My wife had the Chicken and Grains and said it was really good too. Tried a side of Mac and Cheese because everything can't be healthy and it was good.

Easily the best veggie pizza I have ever had. My husband tried the German special of the night and absolutely loved it (I won't try to spell the name because I'll completely slaughter it, but it was incredible!). ‍ The Service: It was our first time here, and our waitress, Moni, made it unforgettable. She was vibrant, helpful, and genuinely enthusiastic about welcoming first-timers. Pro-Tip on Timing: We arrived around 5:00 PM, which was perfect. Seating in the lower restaurant is limited, and by the time we left, there was a long line out the door waiting to get in. Get here early! We left completely full and excited to return. We will definitely be back!

It was packed with flavor! If you like pretzels, make sure to order the pretzel and dips. I liked the cheese base dip while my husband slightly liked the mustard one more. Both paired very well with the pretzel. I ordered the Caipirinha from the drink menu and I loved it. If you have a hankering for lime, then this drink is for you. The dessert....oh my gosh! We ordered the Apfelstrudel and would get it again next time. Everything was on point from the texture to the flavor! One appetizer, two drinks, two entrees, and one dessert was a little over $100 pre-tip. It's a little pricey for us, but we don't go out to eat often. I'm really hoping one of these days I can try their brunch!

Tonight was prom for a few districts, so by the time we arrived it was overrun, but we sailed right through. The croissants they give you while waiting for your meal are delightful and almost like a dessert. A little heavy handed with the salt on the onion rings, but good flavor and enjoyably messy. Portions can tend to run large. Be prepared for leftovers! My dining companion got spasagna, a hybrid spaghetti/lasagna dish which she enjoyed. I had a combo ribs with chicken strips. The chicken strips had a hot honey sauce which had just a little kick. Ribs are of the fall-off-the-bone variety, rather than competition, but great flavor and nice traditional sauce. Everything was good, though we barely made a dent, and packed the rest to take home. Comfortable and friendly environment. Our server was helpful but didn't hover or rush. Enjoyable evening.

I will never decline a plate of those! The employees have always been so friendly and attentive! They don't treat us like another table, they make conversation with us and they act more like friends which I LOVE, and they definitely earn more than 20% tips in that instance. Super cute location, my whole family loves it, and I cannot WAIT to go back! I read a previous review where someone had mentioned a girls night, and I think that'll be my next outing!

I usually have to sit there while everyone else enjoys appetizers and dessert, but here I got the full experience, which honestly felt like a luxury. The setup is casual. You order at the counter and then wait for your food, but it still feels organized and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall customer service was great, which made the experience even better. For appetizers, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs and the Spinach Artichoke Dip. Both were really good. I had never tried deviled eggs with smoked salmon before, but it worked surprisingly well. The salmon didn't overpower the egg and added a really nice flavor. The artichoke dip was also a standout and something I'd definitely order again. For my entrée, I had the Huckleberry Pork Tenderloin, and it was my favorite part of the meal. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the huckleberry sauce, but it completely won me over. It's that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet, and I genuinely wished I could take a bottle home. I chose the Parmesan mashed potatoes with gravy and the green beans with bacon and onion as my sides. The mashed potatoes were good, though the gravy leaned a little too savory for my taste. The green beans, however, were excellent. The bacon added great texture and flavor. My husband ordered the Cold-Smoked Sous Vide Tri-Tip with green beans and sweet potato mash. I'm usually not a sweet potato person, but these were shockingly good. I'll probably get those next time. We were already full, but they had gluten-free dessert options, which I couldn't pass up. We took home the Huckleberry Chocolate Mousse and the Huckleberry Supreme Pie, and both were incredible. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. We definitely overdid it... but I regret nothing. Being able to enjoy appetizers, a full meal, and dessert without worrying about gluten was such a treat. I'd absolutely recommend this place, especially if you're gluten free and tired of feeling limited when you go out to eat.
