I was pleasantly surprised by how fresh my food tasted. The chicken was well cooked, although SLIGHTLY dry. The flavors of everything on my plate were incredible ! The broccoli with cashews had an incredible vinaigrette on top that gave me so much flavor ! I do wish the broccoli was cut better, it was a bit difficult to eat with how long and tough the stems were. Mashed potatoes were SO GOOD ! I could have an entire bowl of those. First things first. If you are ordering takeout or delivery, be prepared for missing items or your order to not be correct. Sadly I was warned and didn't heed the advice. I ordered the Custom Protein Plate to include Al Pastor Shredded Chicken, Fresno Cauliflower, and Cilantro Lime Slaw. I also requested a side of their pita bread and hummus along with just a side of pita strips. Lastly was the Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce and Israeli Pico. After waiting nearly an hour for my food to be ready to pick-up I was absolutely starving and stupidly didn't check the bag (which was sealed/stapled in a sturdy brown paper bag). Was very disappointed to see that I did not receive the pita bread and hummus side. I did receive just the plain pita strips that I also had ordered, and thank GOD I requested the Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce and Israeli Pico otherwise I would have had no spice or dipping for the bread and my meal. The Habanero Ginger Hot Sauce is spicy (but not too much so). It has the perfect kick that will definitely have me returning. The Israeli Pico was also fantastic and extremely fresh and flavorful. Both sides/sauces were so good that I honestly want to try them all eventually. The Al Pastor Shredded Chicken wasn't anything spectacular. It honestly tasted pretty much like any shredded chicken that you would receive at a Mexican restaurant. The Fresno Cauliflower was absolutely fantastic! Definitely could've used a larger portion size than what was included. The Cilantro Lime Slaw was also flavorful and very healthy/light on the abdomen. Only thing I will say is that it definitely didn't taste as good on day two so you might want to keep that in mind if you like to have leftovers such as myself. The pita strips were a bit disappointing. Almost rock hard and not very fresh though I will say they were all gone in the same evening as the seasoning is good and they aren't very large to begin with. Definitely do plan on returning but not quite sure when. I work a lot of long hours so I depend on takeout for most of my meals and I'm indifferent about a restaurant that couldn't get my order correct the FIRST time visiting (especially since I had already been warned; obviously it's a problem at this location). The mashed potatoes were good and the brussel sprout salad was ok, mainly because of the dried cranberries in it. I sampled several other sides before ordering and none were to my liking. I ordered the salmon dish and fell in love with the ginger scallion spaghetti squash. Today, I saw they have 3-for-$14 sides (on Uber Eats) and decided to order only sides. The attached pics are after I consolidated like with like, but here's the rundown: * Sweet Potato Hash - 9/10. Truly delicious--way better than sugary sweet potatoes. * Citrus Feta Beets - 8/10. Fresh. My least favorite, but I'd still eat an entire bowl because they're that good. * Miso Sesame Couscous - 10/10. Surprisingly flavorful! I was caught off guard that it's a cold dish, but it works. Rich sesame flavor, and the quinoa pops like sesame seeds. Very satisfying. * Ginger Scallion Spaghetti Squash (x2) - 100/10. Squash being the tastiest thing on the menu was not on my 2025 bingo card, but wow. This is a dish I'll likely order dozens of times. * Roasted Brussels Sprouts (x2) - 10/10. Roasted to perfection. Seasoned to perfection. Pairs beautifully with every other veggie on the menu. * Mashed Potatoes - 9.5/10. I'm not someone who usually loves the texture of mashed potatoes, but these are so good! Very small lumps, and the flavor of sour cream really comes through. Pro tip: Scoop your mashed potatoes with their fried pita bread. You can thank me later. * Med Spread Hummus - 8/10 on its own. Hummus is usually a 6/10 for me, but this is clearly made fresh and tastes better than store-bought. * Fried Pita Bread - 11/10. Crispy on the outside, chewy in the middle. It's so good. Don't user for catering. I placed a catering order for a graduation celebration. An error was made by the catering employees who delivered the order. They forgot to bring eating utensils and supplies. Instead of taking care of the mistake and getting utensils for my party quickly, the catering manager (Jamie) stated it was my problem to fix. As my guests were arriving, I had to make last minute arrangements to go to the store to get utensils, napkins, etc. When I contacted Jamie a couple days later to express my disappointment and frustration, all I got was "I did what the policy allows me to do, and I can't do anything else." No apology, no acknowledgment that there were other options that could have been done. No acknowledgment that it was their mistake, and they should have been responsible for fixing it. A small, lousy credit refunding me for the price I paid for the supplies plus a few dollars more is not responsible customer service. I wasn't asking for a refund, all I wanted was an acknowledgment that this was very poorly handled. Their attitude and lack of responsibility put a real damper on a celebration I spent a lot of money and time to plan. I have been a customer for years, but no more. read more

Was really glad to see Vessel open up in Farmington Station, we had tried it before at the Park City location and were hoping for a closer location. It is so nice to have healthier options than burgers and fries for fast food. Don't get me wrong I like a good burger but it's nice to have healthier options. We tried the Hash Hash, which has pulled beef over hashed potatoes and horseradish sauce. The horseradish sauce is mild and adds a really nice flavor with little to no heat.
