He told me there was no point in confronting them as they'll just tell him they can't wear the mask for medical reasons. However it was obvious he had no intention of asking them. He then wanted to offer me - a mask wearer - curbside pick up and online purchases. THIS SHOULD BE OFFERED TO THE NON MASK WEARERS as they ask them to leave the store. You can read it here in the government guidelines I found easily online. What is point is having a sign if the company refuses to at least try to enforce it? Have they not trained their employees in the danger they are putting their customers AND employees in? Have they not given them sufficient information to offer curbside pick up to those who refuse or can't comply?? I will never shop at this store again. Incredibly disappointed.

It's also the sister location to the Harley-Davidson dealership located in Frederick, MD. It's much smaller than the Frederick location. We bought a few H-D t-shirts, poker chips, and dealer pins. For such a small shop, they have a nice representative selection of bikes. I drooled over their 2012 Heritage Softail Classic in Candy Orange/Beer Bottle colors, and their 2012 SuperGlide special edition. The staff here is friendly and outgoing. I'm sure the store had been open hours prior to my arrival 2pm. When I pulled up the owner came outside and placed 5 cones on the side walk that with signage that said Harley Davison parking only. Wow, 2021 and you don't think a black female can shop here! Not once did they ask if they can assist , a customer in the store heard my conversation and said what are you looking for? Then proceed to say, no they don't have a good selection here. I'm still in awe that you wait until after 2 pm to place those signs outside upon my arrival. No way I would patronage such ignorance. If I could give a half star I would. God bless them! I wish I would have taken a video of the event I'm sure there would be disbelief. Just like the movie American skin!
