They did the long arm suspension work on my LJ in 2020 and significantly improved its handling. In 2021 I had a different shop install new axle assemblies because the waiting list was out 6 weeks and I did not want to wait. The job was not done well, the thing wandered all over the road and was barely controllable above 40. I took it to Chaos for an opinion, AK, the owner identified several errors in the work done by the other shop. It took a few weeks to get the work corrected but once it was done my LJ was driving like a dream again. My attempt to save a couple of weeks wait time ended up costing 9 weeks. I would have been better off going with Chaos in the first place. I highly recommend them.

My inquiry was returned almost immediately with a very fair and attractive quote, and they were more than accommodating in scheduling a mutually agreeable appointment time. While the location of the shop is somewhat off the beaten path of 355 proper in an area that time has seemed to have forgotten- I arrived at the agreed upon time, was greeted in a most welcoming manner and Iron Mike's took it from there. I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. When I arrived, I was more than surprised to learn that because the job went a little quicker than anticipated, my bill was well under the quote and was incredibly fair !!!! It is so nice to see a business that appreciates YOUR business, coupled with taking pride in their work and more importantly doing a great job. It is also abundantly clear Iron Mikes knows their way around a car or a truck- and are very honest mechanics which is a rarity in this area.
