Each time took only a few minutes and they took me immediately. My older car has some minor issues that other mechanics have gotten hung up on (which has led to me being really nervous to go to inspections at all) but these guys didn't give me any issues. Besides, the shop has a great vibe and has a bunch of funny posters to cheer you up. If the older car has any issues that need work (I'm certain it will) I'd be happy to take it here. Only thing to be aware of is that they ask for cash for under 25$.

Calling in with a question or…read moregoing through the process of getting a repair done, it's like having an old friend call to give you advice and what the best course of action is. I've never been rushed off the phone or been met with frustration when asking questions. I had my AC quit on me at the beginning of the summer. I actually took the car to another shop in Hagerstown, MD first, who told me it was the rear evaporator core and gave me a very expensive quote to fix it. I called Country Roads and they beat the quote, by quite a lot! When I dropped the car off with Country Roads to do the repair, they couldn't see the dye that the other shop said they could see "clear as day". Rather than just doing the repair, Danny went above and beyond to confirm that the rear evaporator was actually the issue. They could have just as easily taken my money and sent me on my way so I definitely appreciated them being so thorough! The icing on the cake is the fact that they deliver my car to me when it's done!!! I live very close, and am a mother of 4 who has no way to come get the car when my husband is working so that is very convenient! Highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

Job that would have kept my car in a shop all day, they did in 3hrs. and for about 1/3 of the price the dealer would have charged me. Just the way they talk(anyone who works there), you understand immediately that they know what they are doing. Oil change, air filters, all belts and pulleys plus a light bulb in left headlight. Amazing is also that they had all parts in stock. Btw Sharret Automotive told me they can't do the belts and pulleys because the car is too complicated. Do not let the looks of their building mislead you, these guys are masterminds. Highly recommend this place. Going back there next week for some more maintenance.

I recently purchased a 2008 VW Jetta off of Travieso. He gave wrong information in the ad stating…read moreit has a check engine light but does not affect the way it drives. Once I got there I popped the hood and immediately seen the MAF sensor was unplugged so I said something and he proceeded to pull the connector from behind the motor and plug it in which once he did it immediately died. So I immediately decided to scan it and found 6 different trouble codes which Travieso said "has check engine light but doesn't effect the way it drives" was misinformation. After I confronted him with the codes he was willing to negotiate and eventually we agreed from 3000-2000. Once I got it home I found that it was leaking oil majorly and burning it. But remember it "doesn't effect the way it drives" thankfully I'm knowledgeable when it comes to these systems and found the source of the issues pretty quickly and repaired it for around 200 so still a win. But overall I would not recommend this place because I felt he was trying to be very deceiving and seemed upset when I tried negotiating for the issues. If you go here please request to scan the car with either his scan tool or better yet take it to Napa or O'Reillys, please be careful when buying here! Anyways I fixed it cheap and now it works well.
