I then thought maybe the auto store would have something. The employee knowing this was something we had to do in a timely manner gave me some small pliers of theirs and said to just use them and bring them back when done, He did not try to sell me something that I would have only used once even though I was fully prepared to do so but was so kind with his offer. We bought a Toro 21-inch recycler lawn mower directly from the Toro online store. We thought we had made a great choice because there were many positive reviews of this mower, However, when it was delivered, we tested it. We were upset because it was quite difficult to cut the grass when going uphill. The Toro online store said we cannot return the product once we have added fuel (gas and oil) to it. That's when I called The Hitch Man, and Adam said I should bring the mower to his store in Taneytown, MD, and that he would do his best to help. Once I went over to the store, Adam and his team helped me take the heavy mower out of my minivan, they added their own gas, and adjusted the mower so that it could propel easily up hill. I am grateful for Adam and his team. I recommend this store 100%.

Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders.
