I take it back tell them it's the wiring about 2 to 3 feet back behind the front bumper they told me they had to call someone and get someone to go in remotely and set it up charge me $171 to do so and it didn't do anything ( should have did that when they installed it) but like I said before it was wiring I told them multiple times what I wanted done and they chose not to do anything and charge me an absurd amount anyway so did it myself and it was 1000% wiring like I fucking said check engine light went off after running the vehicle a couple cycles just because people get work done Don't mean they don't know what they're talking about. Listen to your customers next time. Really ridiculous. Terrible service.

Never heard from them so called Thursday morning to see what was up. "Oh we're short handed, but will e-mail you an estimate this afternoon." Again, never heard from them. Drove in Friday morning to ask for my estimate. "Oh we're short handed, but will e-mail you the estimate this afternoon." NEVER HEARD FROM THEM. It is now Monday evening -- five and a half days after they looked at my vehicle -- and they still haven't provided an estimate. Every other body shop I visited was responsive and courteous. Bucky's has been neither. The vibe I get from them is total apathy -- they couldn't care less if I take my business elsewhere. If this is how they treat their customers I wouldn't trust them to change a flat tire.
