First off, I was having tough time finding one in the color I wanted, and if I did find one, majority of the Maryland Toyota dealers were acting like it was still 2021-2022. So much attitude and little to no willingness to sell the vehicle. Well, after looking for a Corolla Cross for a couple of weeks in MD and VA, I widened my search to 100 miles from my zip code and came across CMA's Toyota, and I am glad I did. From the start till the finish, the experience was one of the best, if not THE best, experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I was initially in touch with one of the managers, Ashley Olson, who was pretty quick in responding to my inquiry, and had absolutely zero issues sending me an Out-The-Door price over email, most of the dealerships in MD flat-out declined to provide me one. After her initial responses, I was connected to their sales person Travis, or T.J., for further communication and I will like to mention that Travis was an exceptional Sales person. He was more than willing to work with me, without any type of attitude or delay. He was extremely prompt and quick with his email responses, and wasted no time. When I arrived at the dealership, he was already ready with my car, cleaned and topped off with gas, up at the entrance. Once we started the process, I told my brother, who was my ride there that we should pitch our tents because, based on my previous car buying experiences, we will be there for a while to get the process completed, and I was dead wrong. Keith, CMA's finance manager, took barely 15 minutes to get everything signed and get my temp tags ready. Not only that, he was absolutely zero-pressure guy. He did not try to upsell me any add-ons or extras. We went over the list of any optional items, but he did not try to over sell any of them to me, which is a MAJOR plus for me. All in all, from the time we got at the lot, till the time we drove away in the new vehicle, it took us an hour and a half (rounded up), which included a short test drive of the vehicle, and looking around at another vehicle as well, which must be the quickest vehicle purchase I ever did in my 20 years of vehicle buying. It could be because I paid by personal check, but even in the past when I paid in personal check, it still took longer than an hour and a half. I could not be happier with my experience, and quite frankly, with the recent madness of extreme price hikes of vehicles and shortage of inventory, I was not looking forward to my vehicle purchase, but I am glad that CMA's Toyota staff made it as painless as possible, for which, I cannot thank you enough! *** This review is going to be a multi-platform review, meaning, I will be posting it on other review sites as well ***

That's a lot to tackle in one visit, and I want to recognize Greg and the team for making the entire experience outstanding from start to finish. This isn't the first time I've brought one of my cars to Opequon Motors over the years. I have never once had an issue with the service, the labor, or the quality of the work. They consistently do a top notch job, and that kind of track record speaks for itself. It's a great team of mechanics under great management. I would also like to make note of the pricing. Greg gave me a fully itemized quote broken down line by line, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and why. No vague estimates, no surprise charges, just complete transparency. And when I picked the car up, the final bill came in within $50 of what he originally quoted. That kind of accuracy is rare and says a lot about the integrity of how they do business here. The customer service was exceptional. The mechanic discovered a battery issue I had no idea even existed. Through exceptional attention to detail the battery problem was found. I had that battery replaced there last year, so it was covered under warranty and they just replaced it without hesitation. That kind of honesty and integrity is exactly what you hope for but rarely get. I left feeling like I was treated fairly every step of the way. I'll be back without hesitation, and I'd recommend Greg and the entire team at Opequon Motors to anyone.

They've always been SUPER friendly. I usually schedule my appointments with Dana and she's always upbeat and polite. When I pick up my vehicle they do a great job going over any questions I may have. I had NO IDEA as I had been taking my Jeep Renegade there since I bought it so from the very first oil change back in July 2016! I just took it to The Grease Monkey in Hagerstown for the ONLY oil change I've had performed that wasn't at this Dealership! I was appalled when they showed me the filters as they were the ORIGINAL FACTORY INSTALLED ones!!! I was also very embarrassed when the technician asked me if I EVER had my vehicle serviced.... well of course I thought I was and doing it properly by taking it to a Jeep Dealership....silly me!!! I have 77,000 miles on it..., so not once during ANY of my NUMEROUS oil changes they performed did they check or change the filters! I'm not really shocked I've heard how little they pay and appreciate their service team!! NEVER AGAIN!!! And FYI: To the Service Manager don't bother contacting me this is your 2nd disappointment to me nothing you say or offer will win my business back, I'm just sorry I gave you my trust and loyalty for 3 years .... I didn't know because I trusted that the Dealership was doing the right thing .... Lord knows you charged enough for MIDAS Service not this complete lack luster service I received!

You would think this father and son owned business would be more respectable…read more One would also think that a father would set a better example for his son. The way he conducts his business is dishonest and sleazy. We bought a car a little over a month ago here. The owner promises to you that most of whatever could be wrong with your car after you have it inspected he will take care of within 30 days. At my inspection the inspector told me that he noticed a clicking noise that he suggested I go to get checked out again by the dealership since I was under warranty. I took it back and the owner said unless he could personally hear the noise he wasn't going to look at it. When we went for a test drive he even accused me of making up the noise! It was all written up with the inspection. It honestly was like going back to a whole different place the way his demeanor changed. Obviously then showing his true colors. He "extended" that particular noise problem to a 60 day warranty but I had quickly figured out he never actually intended to fix anything. All talk- no real help. Then today- found out my transmission will need replaced. This place obviously sells lemons. Luckily, I am fortunate enough to be able to fix the problem in my vehicle- but for those who are looking for a reliable car that you're not gonna have to dump more money into do not shop at this place. I wish I would've read some of the reviews beforehand. I would never recommend this place to anyone in Martinsburg or in all of West Virginia. Find yourself a more honest dealership. This ain't it- don't waste your time! If I could go back and pick a different place I would in a heartbeat.
