First off, I was having tough time finding one in the color I wanted, and if I did find one, majority of the Maryland Toyota dealers were acting like it was still 2021-2022. So much attitude and little to no willingness to sell the vehicle. Well, after looking for a Corolla Cross for a couple of weeks in MD and VA, I widened my search to 100 miles from my zip code and came across CMA's Toyota, and I am glad I did. From the start till the finish, the experience was one of the best, if not THE best, experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I was initially in touch with one of the managers, Ashley Olson, who was pretty quick in responding to my inquiry, and had absolutely zero issues sending me an Out-The-Door price over email, most of the dealerships in MD flat-out declined to provide me one. After her initial responses, I was connected to their sales person Travis, or T.J., for further communication and I will like to mention that Travis was an exceptional Sales person. He was more than willing to work with me, without any type of attitude or delay. He was extremely prompt and quick with his email responses, and wasted no time. When I arrived at the dealership, he was already ready with my car, cleaned and topped off with gas, up at the entrance. Once we started the process, I told my brother, who was my ride there that we should pitch our tents because, based on my previous car buying experiences, we will be there for a while to get the process completed, and I was dead wrong. Keith, CMA's finance manager, took barely 15 minutes to get everything signed and get my temp tags ready. Not only that, he was absolutely zero-pressure guy. He did not try to upsell me any add-ons or extras. We went over the list of any optional items, but he did not try to over sell any of them to me, which is a MAJOR plus for me. All in all, from the time we got at the lot, till the time we drove away in the new vehicle, it took us an hour and a half (rounded up), which included a short test drive of the vehicle, and looking around at another vehicle as well, which must be the quickest vehicle purchase I ever did in my 20 years of vehicle buying. It could be because I paid by personal check, but even in the past when I paid in personal check, it still took longer than an hour and a half. I could not be happier with my experience, and quite frankly, with the recent madness of extreme price hikes of vehicles and shortage of inventory, I was not looking forward to my vehicle purchase, but I am glad that CMA's Toyota staff made it as painless as possible, for which, I cannot thank you enough! *** This review is going to be a multi-platform review, meaning, I will be posting it on other review sites as well ***

That's a lot to tackle in one visit, and I want to recognize Greg and the team for making the entire experience outstanding from start to finish. This isn't the first time I've brought one of my cars to Opequon Motors over the years. I have never once had an issue with the service, the labor, or the quality of the work. They consistently do a top notch job, and that kind of track record speaks for itself. It's a great team of mechanics under great management. I would also like to make note of the pricing. Greg gave me a fully itemized quote broken down line by line, so I knew exactly what I was paying for and why. No vague estimates, no surprise charges, just complete transparency. And when I picked the car up, the final bill came in within $50 of what he originally quoted. That kind of accuracy is rare and says a lot about the integrity of how they do business here. The customer service was exceptional. The mechanic discovered a battery issue I had no idea even existed. Through exceptional attention to detail the battery problem was found. I had that battery replaced there last year, so it was covered under warranty and they just replaced it without hesitation. That kind of honesty and integrity is exactly what you hope for but rarely get. I left feeling like I was treated fairly every step of the way. I'll be back without hesitation, and I'd recommend Greg and the entire team at Opequon Motors to anyone.

Hello everyone, I bought a certified preowned 2020 silverado with warranties from CMA in 2023 and…read moreeverything seemed good until I sideswiped a cow and insurance went to fix it and found prior damage to the frame (see pictures below). Since the insurance and mechanic deemed it prior damage, insurance wouldn't cover it. So I spoke to CMA thinking they would take care of me but I was wrong. The best they could do was trade it in at its current value after I get the cow damage gets fixed, keeping the frame damage. To me and my family that is far from fair as I paid top dollar for an unsafe vehicle that shouldn't have been sold in the first place. Now I am going through consumer protection to try to get a fair deal. I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!!

I hit it head on as their was no time to react. The car was totaled but I survived without a scratch. See pics. I now trust Toyota more than ever for its survivability as I am a survivor. The exterior looks horrible but the interior was mint besides all the airbags deploying. I was not burned or bruised from the air bags deploying and felt little if any of the impact. Insurance is great as the vehicle was replaced and thanks to Toyota, I still walk this earth. The new 2020 RAV4 Hybrid XSE I wanted, gray, was hard to find and the right dealer was almost as hard to find. My local trusted dealer who I have bought Toyota's from since 2007 went rouge. See my comments Malloy Toyota, Winchester, VA. Since I could no longer trust them I went to Apple Valley Toyota in Martinsburg, WV. MY experience there was 180 degrees from my experience at Malloy. Apple Valley is a different culture of professional and honest sales force. They accepted my almost impossible challenge and found my hard to find vehicle within 7 days. My car buying journey again became enjoyable and not a horror show. I give special thanks to Nathan Dodson. He is a good honest man who see things through. The rest of the Apple Valley team also gained my trust as they showed true integrity. Thanks also goes out to the Apple Valley Sales and Finance managers who it was my pleasure to meet as they took good care of me. As I travel 6 hours a day, everyday I know that I will continue to drive a reliable and safe car. When looking for a dealer go to Apple Valley as they have a plethora of brands and makes for the car enthusiast. It's your money so spend it wisely and spend it on a company you can trust to make you a great deal. Apple Valley Toyota in Martinsburg, WV is that dealer and my new trusted place to purchase cars.

The OnStar was never activated, nor was the XM radio. I had to take care of both of these items myself. We were also promised a clean and fueled car. Neither happened. We had to drive the sales associate to the gas station and she put $20 worth of gas in our vehicle with took us to just over half a tank. The purchase experience could have been better, but its why Opequon is getting at least 2 starts. Service: I heard from several people about the poor service department and the terrible attitude of Morgan Robinson who deals with the customers. I decided to disregard this an set up an appt to get my car fixed. Morgan immediately gave my wife attitude and disregarded things she would say. She should no way deal with customers face to face. The service techs also said they wouldn't service the vehicle it there were no codes to run. I'm sure the vehicle won't code a seat that doesn't work properly with the lane assist. They said nothing was wrong and sent us on our way. Needless to say, the seat doesn't operate as it did when we purchased the car and needless to say... we won't go back to Opequon Motors for service.

After my last couple experiences I can say I will be looking for a new garage for my car and will never buy a car from them again. So I took my car in about 2 weeks ago at this point. I needed a new rear differential and timing chains. They had the car for over a week, but luckily this time they gave me a courtesy car. I pick the car up yesterday and pay the $2150 bill so all should be good. Leave the dealership fine, but once I get back to my house the battery is completely dead. Jump it and it will not hold a charge, hmmmm, it was fine when it went in. Get the car to Opequon and they confirm the battery is dead and tell me it will be $215 dollars, but they will see if they can split that cost. Excuse me??? I must have heard that wrong, I have to pay for something that you screwed up? No more of my business will be going to this place.
