I bought a car at RPM PREOWNED AUTO SALES and it has been a nightmare from day one. I bought the extended warranty within a week the engine light come on and the car was shuttering. I took the car to RPM and they replaced the spark plugs and coil packs and said they didn't see anything wrong with the car. At that point, it has been four months and the car is getting worse. To make a long story short I ended up getting a hold of the Attorney General because I couldn't get anywhere with them and they refuse to service my car. So I ended up taking my car to Falling Waters used auto. From the get-go they were very nice. They told me they would do anything they can to help me. Dennis spent hours trying to figure out what was wrong with the car. He was determined to figure it out. He finally figured out that it was a wiring issue. He took care of that and the car runs absolutely perfect now. The prices are very reasonable and they go above and beyond to help you. I would recommend this business to anyone for a used car or automotive repair. Trustworthy busines!! read more

I purchased a Ford Taurus from FWUC and I received outstanding customer service. I live in Maryland and took my car home and had a mechanic check it and was told it is a very good solid car. I would recommend FWUC to anyone needing a used vehicle. Dennis and April were so accomodating to me needs. Rob, my salesman, went over and above to make sure I was able to drive my car home on the date I requested-- just outstanding service. I ENCOURAGE YOU TO STOP BY TODAY AND EXPERIENCE THIS LOCALLY FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. read more

I was in for service on my MAZDA, NOT Volkswagon. 2023 CX-5…read more Brandon Martin was my service writer and, as always, he was pleasant and told me exactly how long it would be. I always enjoy working with Brandon - High quality service all the time! I do wish the management would draw a hard line between the Volks/Mazda on their brouchures, etc. They are totally different companys and should be treated as such.

I wish I could give a different review because I went into Sheehy Volkswagen of Hagerstown…read moreexpecting to be treated fairly and have my vehicle situation handled professionally. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling completely disregarded as a customer. My 2023 Volkswagen Tiguan ended up being in their shop for approximately six months because of ongoing engine/oil-related issues. The vehicle was already a major inconvenience, but the way the situation was communicated and handled made it even worse. One of my biggest concerns was how I was treated as a woman. There were multiple times when I felt I was being spoken to as though I was incapable of understanding what was happening with my own vehicle or that my concerns were not legitimate. I am not a mechanic, but I am fully capable of understanding basic information about my vehicle, asking questions, noticing when something is wrong, and expecting straightforward answers. The interactions often felt dismissive and condescending, and it happened enough that my husband eventually had to step in and tell them the way I was being spoken to was not okay. I cannot claim to know anyone's intentions, but my experience was that I was treated differently and made to feel unintelligent simply because I was the woman dealing with the vehicle. That should never be necessary. Another major issue was the oil leak. On two separate occasions, I was told the vehicle had been repaired. Yet after being told it was fixed, there was still oil on the ground underneath it, and the vehicle was losing a quart of oil in less than three days. Being told twice that the problem was repaired while still seeing oil underneath the vehicle made it extremely difficult to trust what I was being told. The situation became even more confusing when Volkswagen Customer Care specifically told me not to return the loaner and to continue keeping it while everything was being handled. The dealership later requested the loaner back, leaving me caught between conflicting instructions. I spent hours trying to get answers, including more than six hours on hold with Volkswagen Customer Care. I should not have had to spend that much time chasing information about a situation that should have been handled through clear communication. I understand that mechanical problems happen and that a dealership does not control every part of a manufacturer's warranty or buyback process. My issue is how the situation was communicated and handled. After months of my vehicle being there, I was constantly having to call, wait, send messages, and advocate for myself just to get basic answers. This affected my transportation, finances, lease, and ability to make decisions about my next vehicle. I am leaving this review because I hope management takes situations like this seriously. Customers deserve consistent communication, clear answers, and to be treated with respect, regardless of gender. After everything I experienced, I ultimately took my business elsewhere and went with a different dealership. I can honestly say I have been much happier there. The difference in communication, professionalism, and how I am treated as a customer has been night and day. I wish I had gone somewhere else from the beginning.
