Original paperwork referenced "shaking at highway speed" but indicated that the issue was with tire balancing. We use the truck as a second vehicle so we didn't drive it often during the first month of ownership and accepted their written explanation when we noticed the short rumble going past 70mph. I started driving it longer distances recently and the problem has worsened to not only the shaking at higher speeds but also slipping going uphill and shaking at lower speeds. We took it to our regular mechanic who diagnosed at a minimum the tourqe converter (about $1800) to who knows how much. We tried to reach out to our salesman who had just started but he has already moved on, perhaps too much integrity after he starts getting call backs? Our recent call with Ryan ended with an offer to repair it as quickly as possible, at full dealer rates of course, but we were on our own aside from that generous offer. We'll be making only the 3rd payment on the way to pick it up from the honest shop we will be using to fix it. Don't even think about buying at any of their dealerships. They were friendly and helpful with a good internet presence but they will sell anything to turn a dollar and won't stand behind it. BUYER BEWARE.

He monetizes off of the unfortunate situations of others and sells them vehicles that are salvage title that would not have even passed Maryland Inspection. Like other patrons have previously left in their reviews. He has hired his own personal Maryland Inspector who works there once a week and passes all the illegal cars. My 2006 Toyota Corolla was sold to me around July 2024 with the check engine light on, left and right front apron bent (frame), left front bumper hanging from previous accident, extreme pull to right when drove. I have replaced front tires 8 times, brakes, alternator, and battery 5 times due to electrical miswiring. Exhaust that comes up through holes in floor which is a carbon-monoxide issue to the point it is nauseating. They make no attempt to remedy the situation since notified within 24 hours of purchase not only to Bruce but to Owen who sold the vehicle. I spoke with Bruce Jett directly the morning after(9:00am) purchase of 8:30pm, and was told he did the legal minimal requirement required by law, he would not provide different vehicle, nor return my money. He stated don't bother with a lemon law approach because not a new vehicle. I have been told by a body shop that this salvage vehicle is not safe to drive nor should have been sold with bent frame. Another mechanic shops states that this vehicle should not have even passed inspection and is not legal in Maryland. I also notified Jeanne (finance manager) verbally and by email of the situation. However, even now when I reach out to Jeanne, their financial company representative ,which is located on site. In fact he has three separate businesses listed , yet in one building. The Mountain Motors portion who supposedly sells the cars, Royal Trust the finance Company and his Auto shop with yet another name. that is located at the dealership that Bruce also owns. I tried to trade in on another vehicle yet would not provide pay off amount. I have also reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Please do not trust these people with no parts of an experience that you should be happy and enjoyable. Save yourself from going through what myself and so many other people have/are going through with this dealership. Their Google Reviews and their rating here and on BBB all show this is a repeat thing that is happening to many customers and they need to be stopped.

If there was a wait, it wasn't that long of a wait. The location is in a quiet and safe area and offers different services that normal bank branches do: withdrawals, deposits, money orders, ATMs for convenience, etc. I like Navy Federal, and I have been a banking customer for a very long time. I have been to bigger branches, and it's pretty much the same. The only thing I think I'm really disappointed by with Navy Federal is that they don't offer services for getting foreign currency. It would be so convenient if they offered this service because I travel a fair amount. I do understand it may just not be in their best interest based on current demographics of their clients, but I don't know for sure. anyways, pretty solid branch that offer a pretty solid service.
