Then, charge a fair price and tell the customer you hope to see them in the future. Perrell's is all that! As a bonus, they go the extra step/s to ensure your car or truck is treated as though their family rides in it. I first took my truck to them in 2005. The job was done correctly and I was impressed with the demeanor of the mechanic and his assistant/wife. Whether it was on the phone (and they always answer the phone) or face-to-face, I felt befriended and welcome. Good job! Mechanics in and around Martinsburg come and go. There are even a couple that have been here 20+ years that just don't understand that people only want to be treated fairly. In closing, I hope Perrell's is around as long as I am.
