As a Type 1 diabetic who needs to carefully control my carb intake and know exactly how many carbs are in food so that I can take the appropriate amount of insulin, eating outside of my home often feels like a huge game of risk. So when I encounter a place that has keto items on the menu and lists the amount of net carbs so that I know how much insulin to take, I am actually overwhelmed with gratitude. When there's an item like this on a menu for anyone on a keto diet, of which there's so many of us for many different reasons, I feel like the people making that decision are showing a kindness and respect to the diversity of their customers' needs. Some of the local breakfast places get too crowded with long rating lines but here you can be seated in a covered shaded area outside or Next door at the restaurant that they're attached to. Some of my favorites are their omelettes and scrambles, and although I can probably make those myself at home, they somehow make them taste better than any place else.
