This place is breakfast burrito HEAVEN! It had been on my list to try for a while and it did NOT disappoint. It's located in a quiet strip mall close to the 101 Freeway. Plenty of parking. The owner, Rob was very helpful for us first-timers and suggested some popular favorites. I got The A-Charger (steak burrito- $19.50) and my husband got The Roman Surprise (Italian sausage burrito-$17.50). We knew we wanted to try the tots so we went for the Truffle Tots. There are tables to sit outside. When we got our order, I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of food! They even brought us some chips and a few salsas to try- all of them super fresh. The tots were amazing and Rob told us they make them with fresh truffles and no seed oils. The burritos were also really good. The A-Charger was definitely our favorite and is a solid- steak burrito option. Both burritos were packed with good ingredients and flavor. We really enjoyed them both! I also really appreciated that Rob came to us after the meal asking our thoughts. Really nice when a business owner takes the time to do that. I have been a breakfast burrito fan as long as I can remember - whenever I am out at a restaurant for breakfast or brunch and they offer a breakfast burrito, I stop reading the menu. When I heard a breakfast burrito joint was opening up near my house, I squealed like a little girl. Not only are the burritos here insanely good, but the owner, Rob is just an amazing human being. I have been here 14 or 15 times since they opened in October and it never disappoints. I've tried everything on the menu except for the vegan one and it's hard to pick a favorite. We headed to Whizin Market Square next door to shop around while we waited, and no text ever came. We understood they were busy as he did say out loud it was a busy morning. The hype is well-deserved and real, folks. This place is legit. Not exaggerating when I say this is the best breakfast burrito we've ever had. As a SoCal girl who knows her burritos, I consider myself an expert. And trust me when I say these bad boys are THE BEST. We had the Surise and the Piggyback Delight and both were out of this world. Perfectly warm, crisp tortilla wrapped around all of the goodness it can hold. All the ingredients are top-quality, fresh and flavorful. Salsas were next level and added an extra layer of flavor that isn't necessary, but so damn good. Another important factor, and this is a big one for me, is the quality/balance of tortilla vs. filling. Too little and it's meh. Too much filling/low quality tortilla and it's blow out city. These tortillas were high quality and filled the perfect amount and I was able to eat my entire burrito (sorry not sorry) and there was no spillage or breakage. None. A miracle in and of itself. My kids shared the kid's breakfast burrito which is so simple in ingredients but holy hell it was the most delicious thing in the world. Just eggs, tots, bacon and cheese. A purist breakfast burrito that has been absolutely perfected. We also enjoyed a maple cinnamon roll as an appetizer and we were fighting over who got the last bite if that tells you anything. You can tell the staff and owners care about this place and genuinely want to offer a great product/experience for guests. We will most definitely return and recommend Frankie's 100%. This place popped up on my Instagram feed as the best breakfast burritos in the Conejo Valley and I do enjoy a good breakfast burrito so had to give it a shot. Went in on a very rainy day after the gym, small place with outdoor seating only but the seating was under a roof and did have heaters so dining al fresco on a downpour wasn't too painful. No indoor seating but a friendly staff, the menu did include various breakfast burritos as well as other items. Wanted to try different breakfast versions so went for a standard version as well as a chorizo version. As we waited outside our burritos were brought out to us with our drink not long after. My only comment was the chorizo burrito was very greasy and dripped everywhere. This was disappointing especially since I have had many chorizo con huevos burritos in my time. It did have some unique flavors and other than being extremely greasy it wasn't too bad. The other burrito was good and flavorful. A bit pricey for both so it was an expensive adventure. My rating reflects that extremely greasy burrito but if they can work on that in the kitchen it could bump up the stars. Maybe a 2nd visit? TBD read more

Just...nobody. Takes my eyes a second to adjust and I see two bags of orders to go. Still nobody. I wait beat. Nobody. Check the bags. Nobody. I had planned to order horchatas on arrival because melted ice sucks if they sit, but literally nobody. I can hear people talking. The bell chimed. I stood there feeling...weird. Should I just grab the bag and leave? Short of shouting out "HELLO!!" what's to do but grab my order and go? Nobody yelled thanks. Nothing. Burritos were good? Not great. The flavor of the sauce and chorizzo was great. The eggs inside the buritto tasted great but did appear a bit unappatizing because they were heavily scrambled and a bit mushy. Oddly enough, the tots were the real star for me. They rocked, and had a strong truffle taste with a perfect crisp. It did sting a bit to pay 30 dollars for the burrito and tots. Was offered two different in-house made salsas and they were both amazing. Could not decide which one I'd liked more with the burrito and chips. The burrito came out piping hot, the flavors were seriously on point, and the tots + bacon combo was next level. Portion size was perfect -- filling but not ridiculous. Wait time was super quick too -- only about seven minutes. We sat outside, which was great, and Rob, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.
