Overall, for a bill that's over $300 with a 20% tip, for a party of 3, we usually are stuffed and have food to go. The creamed spinach was amazing, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. What truly made this experience stand out was the customer service. David and, I believe, Lance were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience. While dining, I noticed several guests stopping to thank them, give them hugs, and say goodbye personally. That says a lot about how well they treat their customers. If management sees this, please know these two are incredible assets to your team and deserve recognition. We didn't order from the bar since we brought our own champagne, but the bartender was also very friendly. Overall, the staff was outstanding, the atmosphere was beautiful, and we enjoyed ourselves so much that we plan to come back and stay at the hotel in the future.
