The Hotel Jackson valet smashed our vehicle, then tried to conceal the matter.

Update: owner responded below and says it's "unreasonable" to be made whole after they damaged us. Literally never stay at this property. TDLR: this property charges $700-$1000 a night. It's worth $200 a night. 1) there is a multi-year commercial building being constructed right next door. Loud pounding will kill the vibe as you try to nap or otherwise enjoy yourself. 2) our room was very meh. Certainly not luxury. And if Hotel Jackson thinks their hotel is luxury, they need to get outside of Wyoming more often. 3) no parking whatsoever, so they force you to valet...then... 4) valet kept bringing us the wrong car. Aka, they lost our car. That made us late. It happened twice. 5) valet crashed our car into the hotel's parking garage causing thousands of dollars on damage, then tried to conceal the matter. It's still not resolved. Management lacks any and all integrity. I'll likely have to take legal action against the owners. 6) the restaurant serves very mediocre food at high prices. Food that uses jarred garlic and looks like it was a frozen tv dinner once. 7) our hotel room door was found unsecured. Twice. Likely from staff conducting turn down. But very a jarring to come back seeing your room just wide open. This is the absolutely worst property in Jackson. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I cannot, cannot, cannot say enough great things about this hotel and this staff. My new husband and I just celebrated our honeymoon here at the end of January and we had spent a lot of time debating where to go and trying to be responsible as we are still in the age of Corona. Our original wedding and honeymoon plans for axed and in a way, it was for the best as we would never have found this gem. We booked a standard room here and booked some excursions through the hotel's very courteous and diligent concierge. The staff was kind, professional, and masked up, the room was gorgeous with a gas fireplace, and the room service fast and great! We are literally on the same block as Cowboy Coffee which is absolutely amazing. Just 1 block from the square and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. It was easy to carry back takeout from nearby and shop. Pro tip, call ahead to rent out a 30 min slot for the hot tub. You can drink up there so long as there is no glass. We are already planning on coming back, as it made a non ideal situation practically magical

15/10. BEST HOTEL. The staff. The room. The food. Everything was honestly so amazing. The hot tub was the best part about the whole hotel. They ask that you reserve a time slot so you can be alone. Such a good idea! Thank you to the hotel Jackson staff. You guys were awesome!!!

I am an avid traveler and have stayed many places- this has by far been one of my favorite hotels to date! From the amazing + friendly staff, the cleanliness, the aesthetics and decor- it has truly been one of the amazing experiences of Jackson, Wyoming! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel. And the restaurant downstairs is amazing too!

We came to Fig for happy hour, and enjoyed the fire and watching snow fall out the window. Hummus and pita bread is a must.

Isaiah greeted us at the valet, welcomed us, took our keys and luggage, and told us to go check in and he would take care of everything and meet us at our room. What a great first impression! The lady who checked us in then personally walked us to our room, showed us its features, and told us about the coffee bar, spa, outdoor seating areas, and everything the hotel had to offer. That level of personal service continued throughout our stay. Every employee was friendly, welcoming, and constantly asking if there was anything they could do for us. Our room and beds were great, and we loved the coffee bar just outside our room. The outdoor areas were beautiful, especially the peaceful mountain-view area near the stream and the larger rooftop deck with the fireplace and fire pit. The location is fantastic--only about a block from Jackson's Town Square, so we could walk almost everywhere. Beautiful hotel, great location, comfortable rooms, but what really sets the Rusty Parrot apart is the people and the service. First class all the way around. We will definitely stay here again!

We cannot thank your team enough for their exceptional level of service and are only sad that it's over! Next time we are in town we will absolutely be stopping by to pay everyone a visit.

Turns out the rooftop hotel bar ("The Cloudveil") is only opened during the peak summer months, and I came late May 2026 and was informed that unfortunately they weren't opened yet. The hotel isn't very tall but none of the buildings around Jackson square are, so I'm sure from the rooftop bar you'd get a gorgeous view over the square! That said - the hotel lobby is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby bathrooms are immaculate. If you eat at the attached restaurant on the ground level (adjacent to the lobby), it's a wonderful experience. Overall, I don't know how the rooms are in this hotel, but all the other features (restaurant, location, theoretical rooftop bar that wasn't open yet) are all excellent. I'd come back just to eat at the bistro alone, so it's certainly a place I'd consider staying .

This is the place to stay!…read more I am so glad we took the recommendation, it did not disappoint. This location is central to walking all of downtown Jackson Hole while being just off the main square so it stays quiet. The breakfast is actually pretty great with lots of offerings and we filled up before setting off on our daily adventures. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They are still experiencing some hiccups, the elevators kept going down, but at least one stayed functional at a time. We would absolutely stay here again and suggest you do too!

And if you go out the front door, you'll be immediately in downtown Jackson and close to the performing arts center. Plus right across the street is a brewery that has daily happy hour. As for the hotel comfort: this hotel is clearly a redo from an old hotel. Marriott has put their stamp on it and standardized to the SpringHill style and expectations. The room provided a couch with a pull out bed, workspace, fridge, microwave and a comfortable bed. Plus our room provided a great view of the ski slopes although no balcony. It looks like some rooms have balconies. The hotel also provides a heated pool and spa. Next to a pool area, there is a small exercise room. Lastly the hotel provides a suitable breakfast every morning: which consist of fruit, rotating breakfast items, cereal and more. As an ambassador member of Marriott, we were provided a welcome gift. Unfortunately they did not provide us a room upgrade.

It was really nice. We would stay there again. We stayed in the new building, which I think they call Broadway. Breakfast is not included. They charge $20/per person which I first through was high until I got used to the town. Jackson is very expensive. Other than getting a breakfast burrito to go from D.O.G. (which is awesome, by the way) you will find $20 to be on par, or cheaper, than any other breakfast you can get in town. Plus, this one is cooked to order and served in the relaxed atmosphere of the Inn. If you need breakfast included there is one other hotel in town in the same price range that offers a buffet, but having stayed at Huff House, Since breakfast may be a sticking point for some, it shouldn't be. Here's why; there are a lot of food options in town. We stayed at Huff House for 4 nights. Had breakfast there once. It was superb. No complaints, but it was also nice to try some of the other places right next door (Cafe Genevieve, Persophone, and D.O.G.). I think you will like the variety PLUS you have a fridge and microwave in your room so you may just have leftovers from last night's dinner you'll want to heat up instead. Options! I wouldn't stay anywhere else. It's great.

Staying at the Alpine House is similar to staying in a personal log cabin with all the amenities which include a fireplace and balcony in most rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean, the water was hot and the wifi was fast. In addition, the property has a small fitness facility available with a few free weights and ready cooked hot breakfast every morning. A small perk is that there is water, coffee, tea, cider, etc. 24/7 in the lobby. There is also a small workspace with a couch and fireplace for those needing a break from their roommates. The staff are very friendly, helpful and are ready to offer help when needed. Check in and check out are very quick and efficient. They are well trained and have a good knowledge of the area, offering suggestions to eateries and other local attractions. One of the best features to this property is their proximity to the town. Only three short blocks, one can be in the town square by foot in minutes. Staying in Jackson Hole during one of the coldest months (February) can prove challenging while navigating through the snow/ice covered roads and having a proper hot shower. However, The Alpine House shielded us from these issues with the short stroll to town and the consistent hot water flow from the showers.
