Absolutely amazing location; quick drive from the Jackson Hole Airport, walking distance to numerous shops and restaurants in downtown Jackson Hole, quick drive up to Jackson Hole Ski Resort (less than 25 minutes), easy drive into Grand Tetons as well as Yellowstone. The staff are very nice, it is extremely clean, with nice modern-Western mountain decor. There is underground parking for hotel guests as well as a parking structure right across the street but that structure is owned by another entity but it is free. There is also on-site laundry but I believe it takes coins. If (more like when) we come back to Jackson Hole, we would absolutely stay here again.

Very usable room layout, great complimentary breakfast, rooms are on the high end of your traditional extended stay hotels. Location is very convenient and parking in the garage across the street is free!

[1071] 12/2019 We usually stay in a Marriott brand hotel so we decided to check out this one in Jackson Hole WY. This hotel is in walking distance to the center of town, tons of restaurants, stores and Snow King Mountain. Our room was nice and spacious with a seating area. The bathroom was huge and the beds were comfy. Our room was facing the pool which was rarely used (we came in winter). It's heated. They also have a hot tub which we did not use. The hotel has a gym and a small snack store. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a free breakfast buffet which we used each day. Tons of seating and lounging area available. All day hot chocolate and coffee was available. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus (make sure you sign up) to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You can also take a public bus for $3PP each way. There is free parking across the street or pay to park downstairs ($16 I think). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

If money was no object... sure, I'd stay at other places, but Springhill is on par with the top hotels in Jackson Hole. It's new and has a great room layout. Mix that with its stellar location, service, free breakfast (including hot items) and you have a reliable, relaxing home in one of the most beautiful cities in America. Location in Jackson is key. This property is a couple blocks off the main square. I have stayed at the very best properties here and SpringHill rates right up there at half the price. True, you're not going to find a restaurant on property, but you don't need it... everything is close by. They have free breakfast, pool, hot tub and excellent staff. Sure, I'd like to stay at the Cloud veil (which is stellar) but, why waste your money. This property will not do you wrong.

We drove 19 hours straight from Arizona to Jackson Hole, WY in our electric car. We miss calculated how tired we would be when we got there. We decided to go into the hotel lobby and check it out and see if there was a possibility for early check in. The lady working the front desk named Leslie was so helpful and understanding. She invited us to eat breakfast while waiting for a room to open up. We really weren't expecting to check in so early. After getting some coffee and breakfast Leslie found us and let us check in early. The staff was so friendly and nice even the ladies serving breakfast. The hotel is clean, crisp and modern looking. It's conveniently located in downtown Jackson Hole. We were walking distance to a cute brewery and lots of fun shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel and location. We had such a good experience there I can't wait to go back during ski season.

We got in really late and found parking in garage across the street. This city is cute and I wish I wasn't sick so I could walk around and see it better. This is my first time at a SpringHill so I didn't know what to expect. It's decor is kinda inbetween a Tru and an Embassy. The style of furniture and set up. The bathroom was super unique. I've never had a hotel bathroom sit long-wise with the door in the middle so you enter into sink vanity and have shower to left and toilet to right. Never have I seen a walk a closet that I recall. The desk area was interesting too....you can close the frosted sliding glass doors or you can open them to the beds. I absolutely loved the couch/pull out bed!!! Id love to have it for an Airbnb! Anyway, we enjoyed our sleep! Id probably check out another hotel just to have a different experience, but id recommend this hotel and would def stay again!

We stayed in the Harlequin room which the owner told us that Cosmopolitan magazine declared in 2005 that the view from the balcony was the most romantic in the nation. I'd have to agree. We sat out there every night with a glass of wine. The trees rustled slightly in the soft wind, birds chirped happily and the soothing sound of the creek makes for a very enchanting place. After being in a highly chlorinated hot tub I wanted to rinse off and hydrate my skin with some lotion. None to be found in the men's locker room. I asked one of the massage therapist who happened to be walking by and she said "we don't put lotion in the locker rooms". My response- "you don't provide lotion in a spa locker room"? Her response "nope". She was very rude, snappy and short in her responses. The inside temp of the spa was 88 degrees. We felt like we were suffocating in very hot air. Unfortunately we ended up leaving before our appointments. We did not get a welcoming friendly vibe. Lack of interests in the customer needs. No thank you! I will take my time and money to another spa. In response to Amber- you are correct. We did receive a tour of your spa which was much appreciated and also expected. Your spa men's locker room also lacked correctly sized spa slides. All were size extra small. But after a very brief short tour there was no one left in sight to assist. Checking in was easy, we were dropped off by our ride share right in front of the lobby doors. We were greeted right away and were given a full rundown, with maps, which I really appreciate. We walked to our cabin and although I didn't request a "creekside" cabin, the one they gave us still had views of the nature walk and creek. This was quite amazing when we woke up early one day for a tour (which we also booked through the hotel) and there was a family of otters in the water. Swoon!!! The room was lovely, decorated in a rustic, Western way. It was very clean and smelled nice. The bed was super comfortable. We like the size of the bathroom and the nice flow of hot water. I will agree that there was a little wear and tear with some wallpaper but I see that all the time, even at "fancier" places than this one. We had an issue with our toilet but it was fixed within an hour. I will say the biggest complaint I would have is the three windows on the wall across from the bed. I thought it wouldn't be a problem for us since we were visiting in the off season but wow does the sun beam down on you through those three little windows. We didn't eat here except for the free breakfasts because, again, off season. I loved the little buffet they had! There were rotating specialty items and an omelet station on weekdays. The food was good for a free breakfast buffet. The people working were also so kind and friendly. We utilized the hot tub and the sauna two of our three nights. We thought it was lovely and had a great time. I will definitely stay here again when back in Jackson.
