The Hotel Jackson valet smashed our vehicle, then tried to conceal the matter.

Update: owner responded below and says it's "unreasonable" to be made whole after they damaged us. Literally never stay at this property. TDLR: this property charges $700-$1000 a night. It's worth $200 a night. 1) there is a multi-year commercial building being constructed right next door. Loud pounding will kill the vibe as you try to nap or otherwise enjoy yourself. 2) our room was very meh. Certainly not luxury. And if Hotel Jackson thinks their hotel is luxury, they need to get outside of Wyoming more often. 3) no parking whatsoever, so they force you to valet...then... 4) valet kept bringing us the wrong car. Aka, they lost our car. That made us late. It happened twice. 5) valet crashed our car into the hotel's parking garage causing thousands of dollars on damage, then tried to conceal the matter. It's still not resolved. Management lacks any and all integrity. I'll likely have to take legal action against the owners. 6) the restaurant serves very mediocre food at high prices. Food that uses jarred garlic and looks like it was a frozen tv dinner once. 7) our hotel room door was found unsecured. Twice. Likely from staff conducting turn down. But very a jarring to come back seeing your room just wide open. This is the absolutely worst property in Jackson. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I cannot, cannot, cannot say enough great things about this hotel and this staff. My new husband and I just celebrated our honeymoon here at the end of January and we had spent a lot of time debating where to go and trying to be responsible as we are still in the age of Corona. Our original wedding and honeymoon plans for axed and in a way, it was for the best as we would never have found this gem. We booked a standard room here and booked some excursions through the hotel's very courteous and diligent concierge. The staff was kind, professional, and masked up, the room was gorgeous with a gas fireplace, and the room service fast and great! We are literally on the same block as Cowboy Coffee which is absolutely amazing. Just 1 block from the square and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. It was easy to carry back takeout from nearby and shop. Pro tip, call ahead to rent out a 30 min slot for the hot tub. You can drink up there so long as there is no glass. We are already planning on coming back, as it made a non ideal situation practically magical

15/10. BEST HOTEL. The staff. The room. The food. Everything was honestly so amazing. The hot tub was the best part about the whole hotel. They ask that you reserve a time slot so you can be alone. Such a good idea! Thank you to the hotel Jackson staff. You guys were awesome!!!

I am an avid traveler and have stayed many places- this has by far been one of my favorite hotels to date! From the amazing + friendly staff, the cleanliness, the aesthetics and decor- it has truly been one of the amazing experiences of Jackson, Wyoming! I highly, HIGHLY recommend this hotel. And the restaurant downstairs is amazing too!

You know that sunny day friend who is fantastic to have around... right up until something goes wrong and then they have no idea how to handle it? Our stay felt like that. There are so many good things about this place. The hotel is gorgeous and the people that work there are so kind. Despite the slightly overpriced menu, we also really enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The chef really took pride in his work and it showed. The best thing about this hotel is probably the world class housekeeping and turndown service. Never seen such cleanliness, care, and attention for making sure the room was perfect when we got back from out outings. Our problem with our stay was that our temperature controls were broken - no matter what we did, we couldn't get the heat to stop blowing full blast. Even if we turned it off it didn't stay off. We aren't really complainers so we didn't say anything the first night to see if we could suffer though. After not sleeping much, the next day someone called to check on us because they said our room was reading 44 degrees (which would be insane) and we then told them that it must be broken because we're actually overheating and can't seem to fix it. They said they would look into it. We came back that night and nothing had been done. I called down and relayed the issue and front desk person essentially said that they would let the manager know but maintenance probably couldn't fix it tonight. I said I guess I could try an open a window (it was -20 degrees outside) and he just said ok, have a good night! I tried to sleep but with the window open the heat just pumped harder and it was unbearable - also for the price per night - it was infuriating that this was their standard of service and felt like it was okay to leave us in this situation with no offered solution. I went downstairs to try and talk to someone face to face and only then was like like uh, I guess I could give you the empty room across the hall to sleep in. Yes please ?! At midnight we made the swap, and when we left exhausted the next day, they asked us about our stay. We reiterated the issue and they just said, yea the manager knows. Yeeshhh... Clearly trained to be kind but not great or empathetic with the customer service. That's why when you search reviews, you'll either see 5 stars (it really is mostly great) or 1 stars (people that had an issue and could get not get any acceptable help). My advice - check the thermostat when you arrive ... try to turn it off... if after 5 minutes if it kicks back on without you turning it on, ask to switch your room because it will be hard to get help after the fact.

The lobby is beautiful and inviting!

Great hotel but double check your statement when checking out. Or don't use the concierge to handle bookings.

We stayed in the Harlequin room which the owner told us that Cosmopolitan magazine declared in 2005 that the view from the balcony was the most romantic in the nation. I'd have to agree. We sat out there every night with a glass of wine. The trees rustled slightly in the soft wind, birds chirped happily and the soothing sound of the creek makes for a very enchanting place. Add the incredible view and you don't want to leave. The room was very large, nicely decorated with every amenitie we could ever think of. The owners are remodeling the rooms, so it could be even nicer when you book. The outside of the Inn is so charming and inviting. The room provided a couch with a pull out bed, workspace, fridge, microwave and a comfortable bed. Plus our room provided a great view of the ski slopes although no balcony. It was much affordable compared to other Marriott brands in the area but does not compromise on cleanliness and comfort. Location of the hotel was everything. It was about a 15-minute ride from the airport and Grand Teton National Park. It's also right in downtown and walkable from all the shops, restaurants, bars, and Jackson Square. Appreciated that they offered complimentary breakfast, which was not bad at all. It had a variety of hot and cold food, and I was all about their oranges. I kept stocking up on them because they were so sweet and made for the perfect no cost snacks when my husband and I were out and about. There's water (hot & cold) and coffee available all day. Their onsite gym was actually one of the nicest and biggest I've seen for a SpringHill Suites. We plan to come back to Jackson during the Spring or Summer and will look forward to staying at this hotel again.

It was really nice. We would stay there again. We stayed in the new building, which I think they call Broadway. Breakfast is not included. They charge $20/per person which I first through was high until I got used to the town. Jackson is very expensive. Other than getting a breakfast burrito to go from D.O.G. (which is awesome, by the way) you will find $20 to be on par, or cheaper, than any other breakfast you can get in town. Plus, this one is cooked to order and served in the relaxed atmosphere of the Inn. If you need breakfast included there is one other hotel in town in the same price range that offers a buffet, but having stayed at Huff House, Since breakfast may be a sticking point for some, it shouldn't be. Here's why; there are a lot of food options in town. We stayed at Huff House for 4 nights. Had breakfast there once. It was superb. No complaints, but it was also nice to try some of the other places right next door (Cafe Genevieve, Persophone, and D.O.G.). I think you will like the variety PLUS you have a fridge and microwave in your room so you may just have leftovers from last night's dinner you'll want to heat up instead. Options! A small perk is that there is water, coffee, tea, cider, etc. 24/7 in the lobby. There is also a small workspace with a couch and fireplace for those needing a break from their roommates. The staff are very friendly, helpful and are ready to offer help when needed. Check in and check out are very quick and efficient. Staying in Jackson Hole during one of the coldest months (February) can prove challenging while navigating through the snow/ice covered roads and having a proper hot shower.
