Hot n Juicy will always be my favorite seafood boil. No head shrimp+ potato+corn Green mussels Live clams Cajun fries All in hot n juicy mild I've tried all the Las Vegas locations, this one is not as busy. The food tastes the same as the original location. There are literally no negative things to say about hot n juicy. Shrimp is always my go to. The green mussels were better than the clams. Service was excellent, checked on our drinks multiple times. Brought a lot of gloves because we kept switching them out for new ones. We went at the beginning of happy house so it was not busy. read more

Please read Order 1LB of shrimp, received the bag with sausage in it. I don't eat sausage ( due to religious beliefs ) , the server said she will have it REMADE . I said thank you. She takes it back, shortly after comes out with a "New" bag. I want to give benefit of the doubt that they didn't pick it out , I eat partial of the bag ( the two potatoes I ordered to be exact ) and notice that there was left over unpicked sausage. Regardless religious beliefs , or food allergies. If you mess up an order , offer for it to be remade and take it back to hand fix it... That's terrible service .Pure laziness , and taking advantage of your customers trust . The cook needs to be written up , and possibly the server. I can't blame the server , but as the server i'm also sure you were aware they wasn't enough time to remake that bag . I'll give benefit of the doubt the server didn't know , but it was a red flag on how quick this new bag came out . This company has lost my trust with my food, any complaints you give them , in my opinion you can't trust them with your food if pull shady tactics like this. On top of that they still charged us the 18% service fee , we abruptly left after bringing it to their attention. Terrible service , and trust in the food industry. Use to be my favorite seafood place to go to.... Hot N Juicy , how can you make this right ? Went on 08/13/2026 Lissa was the manager at the time. read more

While celebrating Juneteenth, a lot of the lines for various vendors were so long that we decided to try our luck for a table of 4 here and got lucky, as we waited only 10mins before being seated. It was busy, so busy you could tell the staff was trying to do their best, but for us and quite a few tables, we were left feeling disappointed. As far as the food... unfortunately it was NOT as expected. It took longer than expected to hit our tables, and when it did, it was dry and not well seasoned. We had a variety of seafood bags with various spice levels and added items, but it was not good. Dry and bland were our claims & Dungeness crabs and the sausage were definitely overcooked. Getting refills was easy, as that's all that could be done, but getting all the condiments and other needed things was a challenge when our food came. I was glad that our server approached me at the end and apologized for the experience. Recognizing that we didn't get 'their best' was greatly appreciated. read more

The positive! The Mangorita was really good!! The food was OK, we ordered a Lobster Tail, Snow Crab Legs, Shrimp and Sausage!! Everything was just OK. Seafood is frozen but they do let you know up front.. sausage was hard rubbery. Service was good. read more

I dont know why I wanted hot crawfish when I couldnt even deal with the heat but I definitely wanted to get crawfish while I was here. My friends and I grabbed dinner here and for HH. HH portion were perfect because it came in half order and you really cant beat the price. I ordered a pound of crawfish and half a pound of shrimp with a corn, a potato, and a boiled egg in their house sauce with medium spice. I was pretty stuff for the amount I got, which was surprising. The sauce was great and the seafood were tasty. I could have gotten it a bit spicier but I'm glad I didnt because we ended up at a bar after eating. Service was great. Our server was super nice and attentive. It also seems like he was the only one running tables while we were dining. Will def be back when I'm in town. read more

The service definitely did not hit the spot. It took 20 mins for our server to bring us a glass of water, and the margarita that was ordered took even longer to receive with it being overly sweet. And the seafood does come out one by one depending on how busy it seems like. Waited about an 1 and 45 mins dining in with the lack of service. 5/10 read more

So we'll start with this is Arizona not what I expected been to a hot N juicy in California that is way better than this so we'll start with. We walked in places pretty empty. And it took maybe 30 minutes for them to walk over to our table to see if we were ready to order, the girl claimed that she could not find her little tablet to take our order. Should've grabbed someone else's. Next drinks for the price that you're paying it should've had liquor in it . we all ordered something that was a little sweet cocktail that was completely watered down so we ended up with corona's, don't buy the drinks.. next. The way you order your bag is not something I'm accustomed to, but anyway they give you a lot of crawfish not that much shrimp and crabs are extra. Of course you have to pay extra to have the head taken off the shrimp and the sausages that they use. I'm not sure what that was. maybe a chicken beef pork blend but it definitely wasn't andouille and It wasn't all beef. It was definitely disgusting. Also, I ordered crab on the side since it doesn't come in their bag.. that was crazy. These people brought out everything and then 10 minutes later brought out our crap so we took what was laughing through our crap in the bag just unorganized.. we asked for the Cajun spice I believe and we want it on the spicy level so I can honestly say we had tomato paste with a bang to it because what you see in these two bags we took the majority of that home and it was just not what we're used to when you're getting seafood boil. Like I told my daughter there's the say hot and juicy crawfish. Maybe they stick with the crawfish side that's why you have to pay for the crabs and everything else but yeah, just the whole from the time we walked in to the drinks to how they delivered our food this establishment is an organized their cook needs a few lessons. Maybe send them back to New Orleans and get a few lessons on how to cook a real seafood boil. I hate putting a company completely bad. But there was absolutely nothing nice about this.. I even left the girl a note on my receipt telling her I wished I could've left you a higher tip, but my experience here was nothing worth tipping. I did although leave her a tip. I just did not leave her that 18% tip because it wasn't worth it. read more

I had ordered just a cup of sauce since I decided to stay in and cook my own crab legs. I completed my order online so I could be in and out but that was definitely not the case! Hot N Juicy Crawfish has some of the best seafood you can get your hands on. First, they have so many spice levels to choose from that you will not be disappointed. They have a seasoning named "The Hot N Juicy Special," a house favorite. It was full of flavor, and wasn't super spicy since I got 2 mild as my spice level. One great thing that I love is that they have a broad selection of spice levels. You can get 2 Baby, 2 Medium, 2 Spicy, 2 Extra Spicy, or even 2 Mild, like I got. Hot N Juicy has a spicy level for the whole family, whether you have baby taste buds or taste buds that can take the heat, they've got it. Hot N Juicy has a variety of seafood options to choose from. They've got some of the best crawfish that you can eat. People come from all around the world to eat the crawfish. I drove 5 hours to Vegas to try the crawfish at Hot N Juicy and was not disappointed. They also have crab, which is so amazing. Usually, when I have crab, it always tastes overcooked or still dirty, but that was not the case here. They steamed it to perfection, and it didn't taste like it wasn't cleaned right. They also have shrimp, lobster, mussels, catfish, clams, oysters, and much more. The ingredients they put into the sauces will take your taste buds somewhere they have never been before. The sauce is filled with all different types of flavors. They can even make one specifically to what you want. If you love excellent seafood, then Hot N Juicy is the place for you. read more

Food here was delicious!! We shared the Drool between two of us with another pound of clams. It was just enough, we ended up not eating the whole basket of calamari. We got the mild hot and juicy sauce, and we could definitely feel the heat by the end of the meal. My sinuses were cleaning up. Next time I'll get the baby spice. Those lemons came in handy to dilute the spice level. The only downside is the shrimp are pre-frozen so they were a little mushy but you're ordering seafood in the middle of the desert. It's to be expected. Our server Maddie was awesome, she was great explaining the menu to us first-time guests. So friendly and made sure our drinks were always filled. Would definitely come back! read more

This has been on my list to try, finally made it over. Usually if I'm in that general area I'll go to other nearby places but today I was focused and on a mission to eat hot & spicy seafood :) We opted to share the "get your feet wet" combo. 1 lb crawfish, 1 lb shrimp, a dozen andouille sausage, 2 corn on the cob, 2 potatoes. Pros: - no wait, it was not busy. - clean interior. - friendly staff. - the hot & juicy sauce was tasty. Medium heat. - food came out fast. - had a good amount of leftovers (I plan to make a spicy, cream based seafood pasta with the extra). Cons: - everything was fine but it was just that. Not great, not bad. - I did not particularly like the crawfish. My partner said he's had much better. - beer was flat and stale. read more

I attempted to dine here with family visiting from out of town, but it was a no go. I don't know if they were short staffed this day or what, but when we walked in there was no hostess to greet us and we had to wait a good while before anyone acknowledged us and sat us at a table. Sitting at the table was a long wait as well, so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. read more

Me and my family went in tonight to have a nice meal and everything was great besides the service. Alexa, the server had an attitude for most of the service. The food was great but hopefully the management here will have a talk with Alexa to make sure no one else has the same experience as us. read more

The first time we came here was about 2 1/2 years ago and it was really good. We came here last year for my step daughter's birthday and the owners had completely checked out. Left the entire restraint with 3 employees and it not only took 1 1/2 hrs to get our food after we ordered it, but it was cold and some of the crab was still frozen. We didn't bother the poor kids who were clearly left to flounder by complaining or sending back our food at the time. We have not been back since, due to the poor management and lack of support for their employees we witnessed last year. It's a shame because the first experience was so good. Not sure if it was a change in ownership or management but it went downhill. I really do hope they have straightened things out because I'd love to go back at some point. read more

If you buy sauces from this place make sure you check it before leaving, this is our second time experiencing this type of scandalous behavior. I am not driving 20 minutes to have them correct their "mistake". It's not even worth that much and they feel the need to be stingy. 9 containers, same inflated price, but different amount of sauces. The service sucks that's why we decided to stop dining in. Now we'll just stop supporting them altogether. P.S No need to send your marketing manager to my inbox, I'm not taking my review down. read more

MADDIEEE!!!!!! Best server ever! Thanks for your honesty and recommendations! Ps. Never give up on anything you do! You have purpose!! FOOD: AMAAZING!! I had the crab clusters because they were out of the whole Dungeness crab and a side of corn. Sauce was baby Spice with garlic butter. STILL SPICY the 1/2 lb was barely any so I had to add another half. I definitely recommend the whole. My man had the wet your feet i think? With crawfish, shrimp and sausage! He also added two eggs and had soicyyyy.. we both were chugging our waters . LOL Our tables were clean and for only having two servers on they cleaned and turned the table nicely! I also noticed one server helping PARTYS while another was helping with seating and to gos (while still greeting the door interchangeably!)! Great team work. !! The location is perfect for lunch or dinner especially with the movie theater and other close by stores ( making it a great date spot too!!) I forgot to mention: They don't devein shrimp, i stopped ordering it. Maybe they do if you ask? I am not sure. Also we ordered the calamari and did not enjoy it due to its lack of crispyness . read more

So we stopped in Super Bowl weekend while walking around Mill avenue. Just by chance we say the sign and the word crawfish pulled me in.... Wasn't real busy on a Friday night at 9pm so it worked out pretty nicely. I ordered The Drool and the wife ordered a pound of clams. We both got the hot & juicy sauce, mild spice. The drool came with an order of Cajun calamari that were delicious. ( a little spicy) My boil came with a pound of crawfish ( previously frozen), pound of shrimp with heads on, half pound of crab legs, ton of sausage, 2 half ears of corn , and two small potatoes. The seasoning and taste were delicious. Lots of food in the bag. The heat on the mild was more like ordering hot seasoning somewhere else. But I was oaky with it. I would recommend going down a heat level or two to be on the safe side. Staff was very nice and food came out very quickly. I would recommend trying this place out. I will definitely be back next time we're in the area. read more

I came to hot n juicy because it was my grandson's girlfriend's birthday, I ordered a boil with shrimp -no heads the bad part about the shrimp is it is not deveined. Pretty good, we got the Get Your Feet Wet in medium spice that comes with sausage, potatoes, corn, crawfish, shrimp. We ordered rice because it tastes good with the garlic spicy sauce. Seafood was not mushy like some other seafood boil places I've been to. It was a good amount between three people with small appetites. I'd recommend mild spice for people who can't handle spice. I like spice but the medium spice builds up. Price is not bad at all but I'd imagine it would add up if you got something more expensive like crab/lobster or if you have a bigger appetite. Service was also good and very fast. read more

I really took the time to try this place right before heading back home since Alyssa & Charles from YouTube have been raving about hot n juicy... No regrets, I'm a huge crawfish fan and I've been to literally every local spot back home and none of them compare to here. Service was good, everyone here was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Food was spectacular, from the pricing to the sauce to the freshness of the meat... I'd prob skip the fresh oysters and the sausages tho. IMO We had the second combo I forget what it's called but I think it says something about drooling LOL more than enough to fill up my friend and I and trust me, we can eat. Anywho, I would highly recommend this place. Happy feasting friends :) read more

This is the best seafood I've ever tasted. Traveling to Tempe and found this place. And let me tell you this is a must visit restaurant. But be careful with the spicy level. Because their spicy is spicy. Calamari was wonderful fries and sweet potato were fried perfectly. Dip it in the sauce. makes me drooling just to think of it. The shrimps were fresh. Our server came and greeted us took our drink order and let us figure out what we wanted. It comes with calamari, sausage, corn, potatoes, crab, crawfish, shrimp, all for around $70, and it's enough to send 3-4 people into a food coma. With it averaging about $20ish a person, it's a fantastic deal compared to other seafood boil spots. I've had friends get their po' boys and they are a big portion as well for $13. I have been coming to this location and order pretty much the same thing all the time. Today will be my last day eating at this location for the simple reason new management enforced policy that requires an id. This was not displayed or disclosed to patrons. It came as a shock because I did not carry my purse or wallet but just had my debit card to pay for my lunch meal. I am not sure when this changed and when asked did not get an answer but that we always ask for an ID. Is this for every patron? I wonder if all the tables that having lunch paid with a card and had to show ID. I don't appreciate her trying to appease the situation after I looked her in the eye and face and stated this is new, I've never been asked for an ID before. She proceeded to say We Always Ask For ID. This was a Blueface lie because I have NEVER been asked this in the many times I have an table for 1 to sit in and dine for over 3 years. What would happen if I did not have my work id that had my picture and complete name? She was hell in bent to get an ID when I told her I did not have my license. She then proceeded to hold my debit card as if she was trying to keep it. This was unacceptable behavior and I do not appreciate being held like I'm a thief. She in turn got loud where other patrons turned to look which seemed intentional. I am a professional so I was speaking in a low tone, it was if she suspected me to get ignorant with her. My bad for not carrying my ID, but this was unnecessary and clearly a power trip with whomever she was which was not my direct waitress. Who/what/why did she ask to take my payment after I asked for the receipt. For this, only paid the balance due, sorry to the waitress for not tipping. However, the lady actions, abruptness was unacceptable and irritated me. In this climate, I recommend she get coaching on customer service which is my line of work, she has changed my experience of dining at this location. read more

I have been a loyal customer for many years now, more recently at this location since it is closer to me now. I prefer Hot N Juicy over it's competitors for it's flavor and quality. I will say that my last visit, my typical order of a pound of shrimp with lemon pepper wasn't exactly the quality I expect. We each got a pretty good amount of shrimp but little to no sauce in our order. We asked our server, Justin, if it was possible to order more sauce and after seeing that we actually did not have that much seasoning/sauce, he offered to comp us for the extra, which we greatly appreciate. After our meal was great, just wish it would have been from the beginning as usual. read more
