Been here a few times since I used to visit Phoenix for work multiple times a month. My family and I decided to dine here because we wanted Hot & Juicy. I've been to a handful of the their restaurants in Cali and Vegas and unfortunately, this location is not as good as the Vegas locations that I frequently visit. Service was ok. He was nice. My daughter tried to order a margarita but was told they ran out of tequila the night before. Next, I wanted a glass of Cabernet and was told they didn't have any but they did have Merlot. Food: Crab Legs- Hot & Juicy Sauce add corn, sausage and egg. Garlic Noodles And my family order combo seafood boil and appetizers. The crab legs were yummy. I always enjoy the sauce. I love when the legs have a lot of meat and you can break it without splitting it in half. But this was not the case. Sigh... not sure if the legs were overcooked. Nevertheless, the sauce saved it. My first time trying the garlic noodles. I've never seen it on the menu so it must be new. Overall, I'd still visit all Hot & Juicy Restaurants. The sauce is what sets them apart. read more

Terrible, will add you to the waitlist and cancel your reservation, I waited for them to text me about my reservation being ready after I added myself to the waitlist and told it would be 30 minutes never received a text saying my table was ready went to check my place in line and said my reservation was cancelled. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, BRI the manager doesn't know how to manage a restaurant let alone have customer service!! We watched a deaf family keep getting ignored since we had put our reservation from the beginning until we came back an hour later them still waiting for someone to attend them. I've been calling every week, waiting until they have fresh crawfish for their boil. Last Wednesday. I was told that they are cooking fresh now, so my neighbor and I went for lunch today. The menu just said Market Price for fresh, so I asked for the price. I was told that they are still using frozen, and would not be using fresh until the frozen was all used up. We left, but then decided as long as we were there we should eat. (They are 30 minutes from home.) The crawfish were the worst I have ever eaten. Tiny, many didn't even have claws. And a bunch of broken claws and shells in the bag. I'm sure that was part of the weight I paid for. So, I'm done with this restaurant. Visiting from out of town and we don't have a Hot N Juicy where I live. The last time I visited one of these places was in Vegas over 10 years ago. It only took a few mins for us to be seated, a party of 4. The bucket they brought us was dirty and have leftover juices and sauce on it and the wall at the table we were seated at had juices and sauce on it. So it was already not so great when we first got there. The service here wasn't that great. Our server didn't seem very friendly or attentive, and it took a while for him to take our order and get things we asked for. The food itself was okay overall, but the garlic noodles were way too salty. We ended up having to take them off the bill. My brother ordered etoufee and we were later told they didn't have it more than 15 mins after we placed the order. My drink was also made incorrectly. I ordered a spicy margarita and it was missing the tajin and was not spicy at all. My in-law ordered one of their boils and asked for it to be made spicy, but it was not spicy at all. Nothing really seemed to be going right, which was weird because they only had 3 other tables while we were there, but for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail on our orders and better customer service. read more

This review is for our waitress we had named Mayra. She got our order and someone else brought it out but my husband sat without his food for almost 45 mins. We had to pull another server to tell them he never got his food because she was MIA and never checked on us after taking our order. She came back after those 45 mins to say they were out of Po'boys. He then ordered some shrimp and she went MIA again and we had to call her across the restaurant to get some lemons. It's no wonder this location is always empty now. I hadn't been here in a while and I ordered their corn. Fritters they used to have no more they are frozen. I don't know what that was, and my crab boil bag I ordered a potato and corn. Both appeared to be old and stale I took one bite of each and I was done. Also, after I left, I was still hungry so much for a pound of crab barely any meat in it. We came to Hot N Juicy Crawfish after the 49ers @ Cardinals game on Sunday December 17th. We put our name down on the waitlist, quoted about an hour, then they text you when your table is ready. We got sat inside which we were happy about as it was dark by then and getting cold outdoors. Once we got sat, we were greeted pretty quickly, then got our orders taken. Food came not too long, but they forgot to give us silverware which I thought was strange you had to request it ultimately. I've never had such a rude server in my life. Last week, 08/25/24 I went in with some friends and there weren't many people in the restaurant. Our server, Mikey or Mike kept making snarky comments when we would ask for something else. He seemed irritated and not wanting to be our waiter, like we were inconveniencing him. He looked stress so I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, it wasn't until he brought out the bill and handed me the tab and laughed/giggled. It was weird, like what is funny? I didn't have a welcoming, or fun experience at all like I've had at other seafood boil restaurants. The crab was well over cooked, it was very rubbery and didn't come out the shells easily. I was a regular until today. I spoke to Gm Bri and didn't receive any significant concern when I would think I'm a valued customer for spending $60 to $90 on a weekly basis when they have blue crab. By the way, blue crab are hard to find in az but Lams market has them uncooked for $7/lb. I think that is double the price for the convenience. Nonetheless, I got about 5 waterlogged crabs and she wanted me to bring the food back to the restaurant to get a refund or replacement. This is my first time having such a significant issue because water logging happens but 5 is $30 lost. But I am more disappointed for the disregard. When the food finally came out it was definitely fresh so points for that. But something was off with the flavor. I'm going to assume it was the Cajun seasoning. Nope not a fan. Partner and I came and got waitlisted for 1 hour & 20 minutes around 8:30 pm. By the time was up we came to the front desk and they said 10 more minutes, then those 10 minutes became 40 and 50... We understand that sometimes they can't control services & cooking but we would have preferred that they told us that they couldn't sit us anymore or that it was most likely that we wouldn't get a spot anymore by the time we'd get sat.
