Reasonable price and great service. My air conditioning unit pooped out on me. The unit was running but the fan in the AC unit wasn't working. I called a bunch of places... some couldn't see me until late today or tomorrow, and my home was just too hot. I randomly picked Horton's even though he had a few reviews. I am happy that I did. A few years back I bought a system from them for my rental condo at a very fair price. Last month after just having knee surgery, my system at home went down during a heatwave and they were able to come out the next day. We needed a new air conditioner and furnace and Bobby Horton came to our rescue. We have known the Horton's for a very long time from league baseball at Golden Hills Little League and always trusted Bobby to fix heating and air and duct work issues over the years. When warm air was blowing we called Bobby to investigate and he basically told us the compressor was gone and we needed a new air conditioner as well as a new furnace that we had for 20 years. Bobby and his sons as well as his crew explained what was needed to be done and in two days they had everything running like a charm with a new Rheem A/C and Rheem furnace. I filled out a request on the Mitsubishi website for a contractor... within an hour Bobby, the owner called me back. I told about my project, and although it was out of his service (Cabo San Lucas) area he proceeded to help me figure out exactly what I need and how how much it should cost. Next, he told me about some rebates going on for my house in Costa Mesa and I told him I was interested in having him quote me. He came down that afternoon to look over the job.
