I just got back from watching the UFC fight and I have to say I was absolutely blown away by the service Keely provided our ragtag group. We come and go at random times, and she was awesome the whole night - she kept the bevs and frosted mugs coming, and was on top of the food situation, too. She was super-friendly, and even went out of her way to find a stool with a back for one of my friends so my friend could be more comfy for the night. As for my food, it was alright. I got a buffalo chicken sandwich. It was good, but I should have gone with a hotter sauce. The fries were bland and lukewarm, so there's some love that needs to be given to them to step up their game. Yet over the last couple years and the staff has changed I've noticed that if you have an equal man to chick ratio or kid under the age of 6 at the table you have to beg for service. This particular Location is usually the right spot for a laid back and enjoyable Hooters experience! I USUALLY would score 3-4 stars... HOWEVER, last Saturday our large party of 12 was asked to pay our tabs and leave because we asked for service!!! Sounds crazy yes... but this is what happens when a manager and staff get too emotionally involved with specific regular customers, and do not address and handle situations as they are trained to and know how to. The regional manager sent me an apology letter, and some gift vouchers. So in this effort to make good, I am increasing my rating to 2 stars... I also ate at this establishment on Christmas and I have to say that I appreciate all the service persons sacrificing their family time on Christmas to serve others. I was happy to find there was no wait and while the food my have taken 30 minutes to come out, I completely understood due to the large number of people in the establishment. I like the wings here but sometimes the service is a bit slow. I also don't like the fact that if you order a side salad to go with the wings they get brought out together. I like my salad first and I know next time to tell them that. Tuesday's is Kids Eat Free and yes I bring my kid here. It isn't a strip club for God's sake. They dont serve milk, so mine either drinks lemonade or water. Nothing really spectacular stands out here, but I think I like Hooter's wings better than any other. Went here with my some 24yr old coworkers, and his friends. good time was had by everyone, because hooter-girls were interested in earning their tip. Beer on the other hand was weak, blue moon usually never disappoints but somehow they didn't have the right keg of blue moon. Then I wanted a chilled Gin, when our under age waiter (yes she was 19.75 yr old) can't do because it is considered a shot of alcohol. So she instead brought me a drink of Gin on rocks, with a spoon and glass to scoop out my own ice. worked out. So apparently these under-age big breasted tight short-tee wearing babes can serve alcohol, and entertain men 21-99 yr old, but cannot drink, little convoluted, but who is complaining. I've been going to this location for 8 years it's the closest location to our home, and it has consistently gotten worse every time we go. Cold food, wrong food, wrong drinks, bad mixed drinks, 30 min to 1.5 hrs waiting for food with 2 young kids, we always have a group of 6 or more, I've been going to hooters locations since the early 90s, I lived I Clearwater Fl, I lived in Chicago I've been to so many different locations across the country and I truly believe that I have found the worst location right here. We've spoken to management when we've had issues, never an apology they just try to fix the issue at that time, I've never been offered a free dessert, drink, or a percentage off. I will never visit this location again, I will travel further to another location or go to buffalo wild wings. read more

We went here for UFC 190. I LOVE wings, but I'm very particular and I have to say these wings were okay to me (had the bonless medium buffalo); I prefer them over Buffalo Wild Wings and this would be my place of choice to watch UFC between the two. There were plenty of TVs in all directions and it wasn't too crowded between tables. We arrived early and there was plenty of seating (I know by the time we arrive BWW would have been absolutely packed). We have a variety of appetizers, wings, and drinks. All were pretty good, but not my first choice for food and drinks. Oh and for those of you that like eye candy, the waitresses were all very pretty and the service was attentive and pleasant. We were there for several hours and pacing our eating and drinking throughout with no issues. This was our third time Going to this Hooters every single time we had to wait over an hour for our food. We decided to give it one last try. We watched people come in, eat, and leave after we did. Tonight we were there for about an hour and forty five minutes. When we asked what was taking so long we were told multiple times that half our meal was done. They are waiting on the other half. That was for a good 20 minutes before we finally just gave up. So in the hour and 45 minutes we were at that restaurant, we just had our drinks (with no refills). Then ended up leaving. I would suggest going elsewhere, or another Hooters. This is the only one we have ever been to that is this awful. read more

Went to this Hooter's location Saturday October 14th around 4pm. The place was moderately busy. We waited 5 minutes to be greeted. It took 3 more minutes to be seated because all the tables were dirty. We were sat but no Waitress came to our table so we left. As we were leaving several other Customers got up and left for the same reason. The place was filthy. No service. Bad attitudes by the staff. Lastly, the could care less that we and others got up and left. Clearly the satire was not managed. Extremely poor experience which Hooters is beginning to be the standard. This location has turned into the Chuck E Cheez of Hooters. Unsupervised very young kids running all around the restaurant at times. No restriction of an under-21 crowd from the bar. We've been to Hooters many times over the years. We've been to this Hooters several times before and generally have good food and good service. Our server, Teresa, was very friendly and tried hard to do a good job. It took about 10 minutes to be greeted once we were sitting at the table, but from that point on, she was very attentive. We ordered buffalo shrimp with medium sauce, a kids cheeseburger with tots, 7 ct boneless wings with medium sauce, Daytona Beach wings with breading, an order of wings with medium sauce, two Blue Moon beers, and curly fries. The kids cheeseburger had no cheese and the tots were overcooked. Both the boneless wings and the wings with medium heat sauce came out with no sauce at all. We sent these 3 items back to get sauce added and a new kids cheeseburger. The kids burger came back out with cheese, but the new tots brought out were still overcooked. The boneless wings tasted like they had mild sauce, not medium. The wings still did not appear to have any sauce on them so we asked for a side of the medium sauce to pour over it ourselves. The buffalo shrimp, curly fries and the Daytona Beach wings were good. We got two slices of the chocolate cake to go. The manager finally came by after everything was sent back and asked how things were. I started to tell him, turning my head away to reference my daughter's cheeseburger, and when I turned back he was gone. He brought the kids burger back and said it would be comped, then walked away again. He seemed completely detached, almost as if he did not want to hear that not only did we send the wings back to have sauce added, but we then still had to ask for more sauce to put on the wings. Avoid this location at all costs. I had to go find a waitress after sitting at our table for over 5 minutes and no one came by. Then asked to change a channel for the Auburn Alabama game. Took a full quarter to get that done after reminding her on 3 separate occasions. I can understand if they were busy, but a total of 7 tables were occupied in the dining room area. The Fries that came out were stale and cold. I was halfway thru my philly, before Emma ever came back. Tea went empty as she walked past 5 times before I stopped her and asked for more and not a single manager in sight the entire time I was there. When we got our boneless wings, they shorted us some pieces of the 10 piece. Our waitress never came back, so we flagged down a manager who said ok, took about 10 mins to bring us one boneless wing on a plate. The wings weren't bad but much smaller than the "40% larger" it said on the menu. We also ordered some wings to go, that we are still searching for?!?. We sat for about another 20 mins just waiting for our server to come back and bring us the bill. Hooters use to be a high quality spot, not sure if it's just this location, but I'd rather have waited the hour and eaten at Pluckers next door. Maybe even Buffalo Wild Wings. We got to an almost empty restaurant at 435 on a Saturday. There were two tables of people, the rest of the place was empty (rightfully so). There were 5 hostesses waiting at the stand when we walked in, and a GUY took us to a dirty table, in a restaurant with over 50 clean tables available. We refused, and he took us to another table where we would be left by ourselves for ten minutes.. no drinks nothing. We got up to leave, as I wandered to the kitchen, I saw four waitresses on their phones, and a collection of 7 more at the door with their manager! I'll never spend another dime at a hooters. Just a bunch of pretentious women who expect everything to be given to them or done for them. Worst experience ever! Go to Pluckers right next door. All said and done we were in that restraint for over two hours and to top it off they charged us for the picture of beer that was supposed to be comped. The food is ok, on par with other Hooters restaurants. My main problem with this Hooters is that 75% of the building is reserved as the smoking section. You walk in the door and it hits you right away. They send the non smokers to the very back corner, but not far enough away from the smoke smell. When I left, my clothes reeked of cigarettes. If I need to get my wing fix, I'll go to the Lewisville or Arlington location where smoking is banned. read more
