My husband and I reguarly go to Hooters for dinner. We love the place. We even go when we're on vacation. Now here's our thing about the Chantilly location- every time we go our waitress gets our order wrong. No matter what. We've been 4 times in the last few months, and every single time something goes wrong. I will say it doesn't stop us from loving the food! If this was any other restaurant, I'd probably rate it 3 stars, but I'll give it 4. Also- the parking outside is awful with the roadwork they are doing on 28. Curley fries and boneless hot wings. Yes Please! read more

Ordered wings for pick up. Arrived there 15 minutes later. The bar tender said it was going to take another ten. Fine. Wait another 25 and no sign of our order. The bar tender keeps saying it's coming. So i walk up to the manager and tell him we've been waiting for 40 mins. The manager shrugs and says " Do you want me to cancel the order?". Really!!!?? Mediocre wings too. This manager made me not to go to any hooters again. read more

My family and I placed a To Go order using the online system at 3pm, for it to be ready at 4:40pm. While it was a fairly decent sized order (50 boneless bbq wings, 20 bacon wrapped Daytona, a kids boneless with curly fries and Mild buffalo sauce on the side) we figured we gave them ample time. We were wrong. Got to Hooters at 4:40 to pick it up and were told our order wasn't ready. There was a gentlemen waiting on a pick up order too. His food came out and they forgot his fries and his wings were ice cold, so we started to worry. 30 minutes later our food was finally ready. We were in such a rush to get home that we didn't even think to check it. Thankfully all of our food was in the bag and tasted great. However NONE of the Ranch we requested was there and we got 1 set of silverware for 5 people. I won't be back to this location, but I absolutely recommend the Fairfax Location. read more

Hooters - Chicken Wings Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

After being snowed in at work all weekend and living out of vending machines, my team was very excited to find out that Hooters was open Sunday evening. HOT FOOD!!!! We ordered 5 or 6 meals takeout. The food was stale. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich that arrived without sauce and very dry. The only topping that came with a chicken patty and bread was a slice of tomato that had seen better days. I understand that the staff was probably not too happy to be working the back-end of a snow storm, but if you are going to open your doors for business, you are responsible for the quality of your food. This was incredibly disappointing. It was worse than the vending machine sandwiches and 4x more expensive. I will not be back. read more

In a word; AWFUL! The beer was flat (not just me, but the guy sitting in the booth next to me), service was painfully slow, and the food unimpressive. When the guy in the next booth called the manager to complain about the beer, to me it's a "no brainer"! The manager should have taken the beer off the bill. at least the beer should have been free. But to listen to the manager haggle with this guy was simply too much. I paid my bill, and told the guy in the next booth I'll never return. read more

Great place to watch football. 25oz beers for $3.25. Nuff said. Oh also - don't get the crab legs. I would never order them here but someone at the table got a pound and the smell drove me nuts so I had to get some. The pound ain't a pound and they were dried out, pale (not the good bright red) and the meat stuck to the inside of the shells. Also, naked wings are the way to go. And if you make a mess of yourself with the sauce, maybe someone will feel bad for you and lend you their tanktop. read more

Hooters. Yes, a review of Hooters. Not your ordinary, cramped, low ceiling Hooters (Fairfax Hooters, I'm talkin' to you). This Hooters, where the Applebees was once located off Willard Drive in Chantilly, is arranged like a real cookie cutter chain restaurant, complete with a U-shaped bar. You don't go to Hooters expecting a great meal, although I was surprised at the crab legs and oysters on the "raw bar" menu. I wonder how fresh those items are. The Hooters girls look more like cookie cutter Barbie dolls than ever before, and I didn't see one tramp stamp, so hopefully the "no tattoo" policy is still intact (unlike the new breastaurant chain "Tilted Kilt"). There were plenty every type of male, in all age groups, you can think of....including a few toddlers there with their dads. Possibly coming from the gun show at the nearby Dulles Expo Center (guns and Hooters - a fine time for the entire family). Since the food is basically one notch above Wendy's, let's concentrate on the other ASSets. We sat at the bar (visit on a non football day). Service was fast and friendly. I get the feeling the girls are ordered to really push the beer - my beer was only half finished when she was asking if I wanted another. The beer list is impressive....with two Virginia crafts (Starr Hill and Devil's Backbone), plus all of the usual suspects including PBR, I give them good marks. They don't turn the volume up on the TVs. This was especially appreciated when a UFC fight/gay softcore porn came on. The music blasting is terrible - that "new rock" that blasts in supermarkets to make sure you get your groceries and leave. Luckily the juke box is loaded with nuggets across several genres. And unlike some other places that shall be nameless, they don't unplug the jukebox after a patron pours $10 to change the mood to real music because an important game is being blasted. Probably a longer review than a place like Hooters deserves. But after spending about 5 hours in this place last Saturday, we were able to take some copious notes. The verdict is we will be returning, even though they got rid of Buzztime trivia (grrrrrrrr..................) read more

The Hooters in Virginia is very nice. The location is in the shopping plaza. You can't miss the big Hooters sign from the main road. I came here three times during my stay in DC. All three times the food was good. All of the girls were very nice and took their photos with me. The manager even came over and was asking how I like the food. The girls signed a shirt for me too. I'm the type of guy that really does like wings. I like a really crispy outside on my wings. I have been to a couple different Hooters across the country. I always end up getting beer and wings here. Hooters does offer many different items on their menu not just wings. I have never had anything but wings here. When I used to go to the Hooters in St. Petersburg Florida. The St. Petersburg hooters had an exclusive wing sauce called Daytona. This sauce was exclusively sold only at the St. Petersburg Hooters. I open the menu at the Hooters in Virginia and I saw that they had Daytona sauce. I asked the waitress why they had the sauce on their menu and the waitress told me that all of the Hooters have Daytona sauce now because it was so popular. If you are going to get wings I highly highly recommend the Daytona sauce. I ended up asking for a copy of their hottest sauce that they offered just to try. This was a really bad idea they're hottest sauce is very hot and I only dip the edge of the fork into the sauce. My mouth went completely numb and I could feel it in my chest. It felt like I was in a room filled with smoke and the smoke was going right into my lungs. I do not recommend getting there hottest wings sauce unless you have all of your taste buds completely ripped off your tung because they are hottest sauce is brutal. The waitress did feel really bad for me and she ended up getting me a cup of butter and she said that would help. All of their beer is served in these huge steins. This Hooters did have a good beer selection. The staff here was very friendly. All of the girls took photos with me and we even had the manager come over and ask how I like my food. Overall this Hooters was solid. The staff was nice I ate here three nights in a row and the food was good all three nights. If you are in the DC area I do recommend coming to this Hooters. read more

Having grown up with Hooters this review pains me. And I try to limit the number of chain resto's I review but I feel like I have to weigh in when things get this bad. Actually, I suppose its been pretty bad for a while but I can remember a time 15-20 years ago when you could get a decent lunch at Hooters. What passes for wings these days at Hooters has more in common with plastic and stale grease. I'm not sure how someone can turn fried, breaded chicken crust into the texture and consistency of plastic, but Hooters has. At least the girls in this location were attractive but that's pretty much the last time I'll ever go back to Hooters. Sad. read more

I stopped by the Chantilly Hooters after work today. The atmosphere was typical for the chain, the food was good and the service was as bad as I've experienced in years. I had the Fish Sand which with curly fries. The fish was cooked nicely and the portion was huge. Very good. My waitress was MIA for most of the visit. She claimed to be training two new employees. If that's the case, it is a poor indicator for things to come. I waited for a beer, I waited to place my dinner order, I waited for a refill, and I waited for my check. Honestly, I was left alone for fifteen minutes at a time and was never checked on. Finally, in disgust, I approached the bartender and asked her to send the manager by so that so could get my check. He arrived and I explained the situation. He was extremely apologetic and offered to pay for my dinner. I told him that it wasn't necessary but he insisted. Based on the service, I'd give this place one star. However, the managers response warrants an upgrade. I'm still not sure that I'll return... read more

The bathrooms are disgusting. I complained first to my waitress who laughed and said ok and then to a manager who apologized, said I'll get the female manager to clean it up and still, after several hours, nothing has been done. All the feminine trash receptacles are full to bursting. The floors have soap and water on them to the point where while I was in the stall my feet went out from under me and I almost fell. Out of three stalls, one had a broken lock, another had no toilet paper, and the handicap stall had a floor that was wet and slippery. There is soaked toilet paper plastered to the floor. But never mind all that, they have a Wet Floor sign out! I am not happy about being ignored especially since it almost resulted in me getting hurt. You know you have a problem when you have customers talking about going next door to use the restroom. I have many friends who are or were servers, and in most other restaurants it is generally a rule to maintain and check the restrooms. It takes 2 minutes to poke your head in and check and another 10 minutes to break out the mop and extra trash bags. I will not be back, my business will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Alex, the hourly manager, was in the restroom while my friends and I were talking about our reviews. She asked us what was going on and we explained to her what happened. She was very upset and assured us she would talk to the GM. I really hope it happens. Thank you Alex for listening and agreeing that the bathrooms and behavior of staff here are sub par and require immediate attention. read more

The bartender, Jamie was the only good thing about this place. My husband and I were starving after a 12 hour road trip and all I wanted was a beer; so we decided to stop in. We sat at the bar and Jamie did a great job of serving us. Everything went down hill as soon as we saw a server EATING fries off OUR plates as she brought the food out! My husband and I were grossed out and I've had a stomach bug ever since. I've served before, and I understand that you get hungry but you should never touch someones food! BOTTOM LINE: SIT AT THE BAR WHERE YOU CAN SEE INTO THE KITCHEN & ASK FOR JAMIE! read more

First time at hooters this location. Good quality food. The restaurant was about 40% occupied on a Tuesday at 9 p.m. It took about 10 mins for us to get our food after placing the order. The strawberry lemonade was great - but they won't refill that. They only refill the regular lemonade. We ordered the10 piece wings 7.99. Medium spicy was barely that - I should have ordered "hot". I ordered the mushroom burger - it was ok except the lettuce was pre-shredded. I would have preferred whole pieces, not that Taco Bell variety lettuce. My friend ordered the BBQ pork sandwich. He said it was decent. Both of us thought fries were Included with our orders BUT THEY WERE CHARGED separately at 2.49 each! So, If you want fries, be prepared to pay extra . Kady was our waitress and she was fantastic!! We'll be back. read more

I've been to this place several times and service is consistently sub standard. I ordered fried pickles and noticed that they had nachos and immediately called out to our waitress to change the order. She through a hissy fit and made sure we heard her! Already a start of a bad service. Then I ordered for my meal the burger sliders and she asked me if I want onion rings, blue cheese, and hot sauce. She never said those would be added cost since she was the one that offered, not my requests. Plus she never stopped by to see if we need anything after the meals were delivered nor filled our water. Much to say that this type of service is consistent in the past. I try to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves but I guess sub standard service is the best they can ever be. Additionally the bathroom is disgusting. It's completely dirty and it appears mgmt and staff don't care to have it cleaned regularly during the day. read more

Yesterday me and my buddies decided to watch the NFL Championship games @ Hooters. We were able to sit at the bar right in front of the big HD TV. I gave 4 stars because too many Steelers fans BOO!!!!! read more

When here a few times, but they simply change the TVs even if you are in thr middle of a game. About 10 of us were watching a game and they came up and changed the channel. We asked them why and they said they had to show the "local game", on almost every TV in the restaurant. We just said find and left. The next week I am watching a game on a small tv and some guy comes in and has one of the large TVs changed to a soccer game in Spain, though the Virginia tech game was playing. Then five minutes later one of thr mangers simply walks up and changes the channel of the game im watching, a Big Ten Game, I asked why. And she looks at me and says were you watching that? My food order was a complete mess, I paid my bill and left....Hooters lost a good customer that day...I will never go back to a Hooters, especially after I heard the manager call one of the girls "stupid" and brought her to tears. read more

Great food!! Good location. Parking is a little cramped, but they get busy for good reason! Sara, the server, was wonderful, attentive, helpful with choices (we chose the all you can eat wings), and didn't try to push sales. The manager is great! He came over to ensure everything was okay after we ordered, which is a rare personal touch. It was a great experience for my friend who's new to the US, all you can eat, and the Hooter's brand. A great location, well staffed & managed!! read more

I've never been to Hooters or eaten their food and after my experience, I never will again. I ordered carryout for my boyfriend and I. Buffalo Shrimp with extra ranch, sliders, side of fries and a taco salad with chicken, no sour cream and no cheese and ordered 8 packets of mayo and ketchup. Went to the bar and picked it up and also gave a 15% tip even though it's just carryout. Received very cold and soggy buffalo shrimp with a tiny side of ranch. No extra ranch. Lackluster sliders. Good fries. Bowl of cabbage with some grilled chicken chunks. (No pico or cilantro or lettuce. No ketchup, no mayo but about 30 wet naps. Had to drive back and ask for a manager for some ketchup, mayo, ranch, cilantro and pico. Manager was kind enough to give me what I requested from him. read more

Love this Hooters. My wife and two kids go there often when we go out - I know, you think that's crazy. But here's the deal - the food is good, the beer is cold, the service is always exceptional, the price is very good, and nobody cares if my kids make noise. Jennifer, Rochelle, and Kady are amongst the best girls there (although I could be biased because they adore my kids). Oh, and to top it all off, they have helium balloons for the kids. Seriously, my wife loves going here with the kids when we have a night out. What's not to love? read more

I gotta give 5 stars... My friends and I come here every other Sunday to catch up and have a good time. By now we have certain waitresses that can put up with us, so we keep it that way. This is by far the best Hooters I've ever been too. The servers and the bar tenders were pretty, attentive and friendly. The food is the food but atmosphere at Hooters can sometimes vary even though it shouldn't. I like this one. I joked to my fiancee that if I knew they had free WiFi, I'd be studying at that place every day. O.K. I wan't joking but she wasn't too happy about that idea so I decided to scrap it. Great location for the quality of food that you get, because you can walk right out of there and go get something else which is what I did. Hey ladies, if you need your man's belly rubbed, Dyamond can help. In all seriousness, we had a good meal; I'm only giving two stars because the food was good, but the service was a bit of a surprise. I've never seen a server rub a customer's stomach; my significant other with me sitting right next to him. We were both caught off guard. It was completely disrespectful and inappropriate. I did speak to the manager and he was very apologetic, but we will not be returning to this establishment. Touching a customer, especially when not invited to do so is an absolute no no. read more

Small azz wings! I thought I was getting adult chicken wings, it looked more like cornish hen wings... a waste of money. Never again...

I think this is the best of the Hooters in the area. Laid out much better than the one in Fairfax. Never really had a bad experience at this place. I've had the occasional flake waitress before when getting served initally, but it almost comes w/ the territory from time to time. I haven't been in a Hooters in awhile, and boy has the quality gone down. The service is good, but the wings I ordered weren't spun, I got wings that were drenched in thick, cold BBQ sauce. Come on, maaaaaan. The portion of fries you get are barely enough for a kid. For $16, a quick lunch has to be better than this. read more

I have only been in two locations just to be sure it wasn't just the one bad location, but the wings were 'different' but not better than other places. The girls were cute, but I guess I did not enjoy the sluttiness & company of the girl while we were eating. So, she got the hint and went and sat with the AC/Heating company guys who were there for a birthday party. Potomac Mills was the worst of the two I went to. Too much vinegar!! Nice sports coverage on several TVs. read more

Not sure why I'm seeing the mediocre reviews here. I first came to this Hooters approximately 8 months after a meeting nearby. Since then, I've been hooked! The food is amazing and every single person I've brought with me has been amazed by the wings. Shrimp, fries, onion rings, wings, quesadillas, and salads are all excellent. Haven't tried the other stuff to judge. Service is great and almost never had a problem. The staff is exceptionally courteous and you can tell they enjoy working there. A special shoutout to Kelsey, my favorite server. Very attentive and makes sure all your needs are met. Even when it's crazy busy, she handles it well and makes sure everything is taken care of. I've been to 3 other Hooters locations in my life, and this by far is the best of all of them. Highly recommended. read more

I enjoy my visits to Hooters - Chantilly primarily because of certain team members. My primary servers are Sarah M. and Kassy H. -- they take care of my friends and I each time. They are very friendly and seem to enjoy working there. They are efficient and have good customer awareness as well. In addition, I appreciate that the manager, George, greets me on each visit. The food is good, but sometimes too salty and too fried. I try to stay away from fried and too salty. I recently had a very good club sandwich. Overall, however, from a few years ago, the menu and food quality is better. In addition, the beer and beverages are competitively priced and there are many choices. I also joined the Hoot Club and if you are a regular customer, you will benefit from joining the club. Glenn P. Fairfax, VA read more

I had lunch here on Labor Day Saturday assuming would be slow. Ordered 20 wings medium, bone in, 12 buffalo shrimp, and Tater Tots. The 20 wings medium were the best I have even had and I have eaten at hooters for here to Singapore. They seemed to be bigger than normal and they were cooked just right. Two snaps up. The buffalo shrimp have been better BUT they were still very good. No shells detected and the sauce was great and cooked correctly, still soft and moist Sometime the Medium Sauce is too hot for wifey but today it was just righ for us heat whimps. I love tater tots but not with the Hooters cheese sauce, bacon, and sour cream, too much and not PC for tots; ordered "naked tots", tots only. They also were cooked just right; very crispy on the outside and very tender on the inside. tots are like calamari; they are east to under or over cook leading to a hard-to-eat tots. Service was good, about average for Hooters (since I was with wifey not paid as much attention than just a group of guys would). read more
