This is the best hooters in the region. The service way above standard and the food is exceptional. It's clear the trainer (Daisy) has it all together and management supports staff and customers. I'm a big fan of there weekly specials too and I will return. "Delightfully Tacky yet unrefined!" read more

I love the girls and the food is what you would expect. I think this was an Applebees prior to Hooters. Great location if you are out this way. Wings are great and I also like the Burgers. Amy is one of the best. Still have not figured out why some websites say it is in Herndon. It is nowhere near Herndon. read more

Sometimes just sometimes food shouldnt be serious, you should always be able to eat hot wings , drink cold beer ,shovel oysters in your mouth, watch hula hoop contests and have waitresses pay you alot of attention, especially ones most real men could not get to talk to them outside .Hooters is smart business, big beer, little outfits, hot wings, sports and instant popularity. .One of my favorites.I absolutely adore HOOTERS.Most women dont like the idea of their man at HOOTERS. I say if you cant beat em join em.There going to go anyway go with them. eat, drink, be merry admire the little young waitresses for they are CUTE! .Fave thing is the oysters Second is buffalo shrimp third is crab legs fourth is mild wings. , Best wings on the planet never found any I like better .Steamed shrimp, boneless wings, crab legs, burgers, fries, fried pickles, burgers, quesadillas, hot dog, philly cheese, steak ,soup, salads, chili,.The service here is excellent and the waitresses are attentive and pleasant iThe drinks are strong and pitchers of beer are a hit on coworkers having lunch.I like Hooters energy drinks. Believe it or not the waitresses here give my kids alot of attention, bring them crayons and balloons and talk to them and treat them better then alot of places I have been.My children are both male so of course they adore HOOTERS girls. The thing about Hooters is Is the food is suprisingly good and I often see families here.I became a fan in another state.I like the hula hoop contests, 80s night, bike night and other crowd gathering events they had I dont know if HOOTERS here has that.I would def be there if I could! There is always sports on which most men like.Nova ladies this is where the boys go.Have a ladies night get some wings and watch the hooters girl magic of writing their names on a napkin, rubbing shoulders of the patrons, and hanging on the customers every word like the president was speaking. Now thats customer service. Also how men like it hence why always full of men.But the food does rock. read more

Horrible.... I just called to find out the specials for tonight. The woman told me that they weren't aloud to give info over the phone which I don't understand. The second time she said loudly "WE DONT HAVE SPECIALS" I know these women may be beautiful but there is no need to be stuck up and ignorant never going to that hooters read more

Let me start off my saying that the food at Hooters is delicious so the low rating is for the service, particularly the online ordering/pickup service. I put in an online order today that (per my receipt) indicated my food would be ready for pickup by 3:35pm today. I get to the restaurant at 3:30 and wait at the hostess stand. After several minutes of waiting, a waitress begrudgingly walks over and asks if I need assistance. I tell her I'm here for an online order and she tells me it isn't ready yet and directs me to the back of the restaurant, telling me someone will bring my food out to me when it's ready. I waited several minutes and several waitresses walk by without saying a word to me or checking to ask if I need anything. Finally, 3:50pm rolls around and I've been standing waiting for someone to bring me my food (as a very visibly pregnant woman) for 20 minutes. And not a single person came to check on me. I walk back to the hostess stand and wait another several minutes for someone to come over to ask if I need assistance. This time, a different waitress walks over and she is even more rude than the last lady. I ask if she can check my order as (per my receipt), my food was supposed to be ready by 3:35 and it's now 4pm. She barely says a word and goes to the back and reappears a minute later with my food. The note on the bag says my order was sitting and ready since 3:36. Hooters, please do better with you check out process for those who have ordered online. Please also have a manager or someone who actually cares about the customers go around and ask if people need things. This was the coldest and worst customer service I've had in awhile and I'm not sure if it was because I'm a woman and alone so the waitresses weren't expecting me to tip as well as the drunken men in the restaurant . I love the food here but I won't be back anytime soon as my business certainly didn't seem welcomed or appreciated. Do better Hooters! read more

This is probably one of the worst hooters I have been to - not because of the food, beer, or crowd, but because of the bartender, Alex. She was extremely rude to the customers, employees, and manager. I asked one of the sub bartenders while Alex was out to smoke if Alex is always that way - she said yes. I asked who the manager was and she pointed to the Asian woman who Alex had been bossing around the entire evening. Not sure what her problem is but corporate should definitely make a change to prevent losing further customers. read more

Busy Friday lunch crowd. My actual order was taken and delivered by the male manager. Food came out fresh and hot so no complaints there. Subtle improvements in seating although I was seated off myself. Overall a less than perfect experience thus only 3 stars. read more

There have been a lot of changes that has happened at this Hooters. The management is great and all the servers are amazing. If you stopped coming a while ago, you must give it another chance. read more

AVOID the bar when Nina is bartending. I used to really like this place. Unfortunately certain bartenders cut you off way too early and ruin the experience. Otherwise, this place is about average for a hooters. You get what you you expect. read more

One of my co-workers decides to order wings. I order wings as well and paid extra for drums only. He drives 20 minutes to pick them up and when he returns the wrong order is in the bag. I get shrimp. I call the manager and he gets my wing order ready, so I drive 20 minutes there and pick them up because now I'm in a hurry I didn't check the bag for sauces. So when I get back I have dry wings and no sauces and wings and drums. Thanks Mr. Manager for taking care of me. They subtracted the charges, But still didn't get what I ordered. read more

The wait staff is extremely slow and not the friendliest. They seem more interested in loading around and chit chatting with One another instead of serving their patrons. read more

Love this h00ters but am fed up with the restroom situation!!! Every time I come here, whether its football sunday or a wednesday after work. The bathrooms are always awful. Wet floors, broken toilets, trash all over the floor. Please clean the bathrooms!!! read more

Food is good but the bar tenders are terrible. If your expecting good customer service from a bartender go to another Hooters.

Their closing timings on Sundays is 11 pm and they closed kitchen at 10:10 and waitress named Amenda knew I was going to order something after my appetizer and she just showed up and said kitchen closed then i asked what time Bar closed never came back and then in 20 minutes at 10:33 she starts cleaning the area where I was sitting with my wife I asked again she is now ohh yeah bar is closed too at 10:35 wow no wonder because of these employees business is getting really hurt read more

I ordered boneless wings and curly fries. One of My wings had a long black hair IN it.They took it off my bill but management never came to address it. My server also informed me that "she wasn't the one that cooked the wings " I served for 6 years ..i would never say anything like that. read more

My first experience here was last weekend, and will probably be the last time I go back. There were so many things wrong with the service here. 1. The hostess sat us at a table that was completely dirty, and walked away before we could even ask for it to be wiped down. 2. When our waitress came to the table she went ahead and asked if she could wipe the table.......that was nice right?.......no, she then proceeded to wipe ALL of the pieces of food onto us. Im a waitress myself and thats a big no no. 3. The food took incredibly long to come out. 4. The streak and cheese sandwich was disgusting....it smelled/tasted weird, had a weird consistency, and just straight up looked like wet dog food. This place was definitely not worth $34.....Service and food really needs improvement. read more

I went in during a birthday celebration and was not acknowledged for 10 minutes. I got up and left.

Quite possibly the worst hooters food I've ever had. I've been to a few hooters and each time it's actually very good (the wings). However these wings were disgusting. I had the unlimited wings and my first order was cold which made me suspect that they reheated it. Overall the wings were overly breaded and the sauce tasted terrible. The only thing that was good was their celery. read more

Arrived - asked for a table with chairs. Hostess acts like she doesn't hear the request. Takes us to a table with stools. I asked for a booth then since that was her first recommendation. She takes us to a booth with a seat pad that is completely torn up, by the door where the waitresses come in and out from the smoker section. There are dozens of tables open yet the airhead at the front can't listen or find a table for us to sit that isn't shredded apart like an old nerf football. Never again read more

This particular location sucks. In all departments. Food. Front of house, back of house and I imagine management. Was part of a group of 15 coming in at 7 for early drinks and dinner on a Saturday night. Dining room was only half full as was the bar. But server had to bring in a partner to take half the table. Ok whatever. But after an hour of waiting for our orders of wings and burgers, the server said the kitchen was backed up and it would take longer. And that's actually how she said it to us, "it's backed up, so you know... It will take longer." That's messed up. No apology. No offer to make it better or comp apps or drinks. Just deal with it? Apparently so cause it took another hour before any food hit the table. And when it did, it did so two or three dishes at a time. The last two of our party to get their food got theirs a full half hour after everyone else. Reason? "Kitchen must have delivered it to the wrong table by accident." Again, that's it? We effed up, deal with it. When I saw that one half of our table got their checks from their server, I asked our server for ours. She replied, "when I get a chance, ok?" Ridiculous. It's a Hooters. I'm not expectation greatness. I just want crispy, hot wings, cold beer and attentive service. At least the beer was cold. Cause the food sucked - the wings were gelatinous and not even warm. Slow kitchen is one thing but the rude service was really too much to take. It's bad enough that it took two hours to make something complicated like a burger or nachos. But to be jerky about it? Oy. read more

Service very poor include the manager I never come back I not recommended this place!!!!

The food was great, especially since it was half off appetizers. But the only thing that made the visit bad was this hooters girl name Kelsey. She gave me and my girlfriend attitude because we didn't know what we wanted to eat. She brought us our drinks and they were half filled. Maybe she was having a bad day, but definitely worst server I ever had. Someone else ended up taking our table. I never saw her again since the drinks. My friends also complained last week about her during the paquiao fight. Hopefully I don't get her again, I love Hooters read more

Food is excellent here! Wings are burgers are a must! Molly has always been a premier server with out stating customer service.

These wings at this hooters is straight bad. I love hooters wings and I had these wings like 2 months ago. They were really bad then and so I thought it was maybe they were having a bad day. So I went back again today ordered 10 hot wings all flats and they just taste like they aren't done yet...very bad...they have really good customer service but just bad food. read more

I got food poisoning from this Hooters location a few years ago but somehow have managed to eat here like once a year. Attempted to call in a to go order today and was immediately put on hold after saying I wanted to place a to go order. After Having ordered several to go orders from places throughout out my lifetime, I knew something was wrong when I was still on hold 5 minutes later. After realizing they forgot about me..... I hang up, call right back and my order is taken immediately. Now to the food. Like I said I eat here infrequently....but I thought the buffalo platter used to come with wings, shrimp and tenders... maybe not. Nonetheless the poor excuse for boneless wings I got today was insulting. The meal as a whole was underwhelming and I'm not so sure when I will ever return. The food used to be so good a few years back, not sure what changed. read more

I really didn't know what to expect from this place. I knew all my guy friends only come here for one thing and it's definitely not for food or the beers. It took us 30-45 minutes to be seen and we were the only people in this girls section. She was wearing a "Debbie" name tag but she stated that her name was Erica. She seemed kinda out of it. I would understand if she just finished dealing with a rush but the whole time she was taking out orders she looked like she would rather hit on my friends for tips than to tend to her customers. She forgot our drinks, wouldn't look at me and forget that she's taking our orders. Did absolutely anything to make sure her boobs were on the table and in my boyfriends face. I have a feeling that she's new because she didn't really know anything about the menu. Once my food came out it was half hot and half cold like they just shoved it in the microwave. Once it came to the check she asked if we were all on one or separate. We explained that my boyfriend and I were on one and our friends were separate. As soon as we said that she gave us the most disgusting face reiterating in a tone beyond belief like she was confused that we were together. I've never felt so insulted. And to top the whole thing off she charged us for a beer we never got and never came back to the table for us to tell her read more

We went there a few weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. We were told that much of the menu was not available because then ran out of flour. Ran out?! There's a Walmart next door - send an employee over a buy a few bags! We returned on 19 Aug and had a horrible experience. We waited 20 minutes for drinks, The waitress barely spoke to us, and an hour later we got half of our food. We didn't have the opportunity to complain as the waitress didn't return until it was time to pay. Of course, she runs off and the check contains everything. A manager just happened to stop by and ask us how things were going. We explained that we weren't impressed. She ran off, came back and had trouble articulating what she was doing for us. I think that she comp the 1/2 meal, but we are still uncertain. So we left. I may owe them money, still not certain. They should hire at least one or two smart people. read more

Absolutely horrible! I was there with my son and a friend and did not raise my voice, had a few beers, and, even though I am disabled was trying to have some dinner and relax. I was denied continued service due to some kind of complaint, which the manager did not wish to reveal the nature of. I feel discriminated against as a disabled paying woman. I do not recommend this location to any freedom loving American! read more

Kristina is nice, friendly and fast! Just the way a bartender should be......recommend the shrimp on the appetizer menu too! Very good!

Currently watching the Canelo and Cotto fight. Waited to get seated about 20 mins until one of the girl decided to come over.. Sucks that there is a $10 cover charge when in other places they aren't. The only good thing is that there were seats available ... The food is OK. read more

Horrible service. The food was OK at best and service was extremely slow. The waitress wasn't very attentive, but I guess that's because she couldn't do much flirting since my whole family was there. read more

Came in last weekend for the Bricks Expo, I had Olivia as a server and she was a complete sweetheart. Not only was she super patient with both me and my son, but she even gathered the girls to sing for my son's birthday. Our experience was very pleasant and we will definitely be returning. Great job Olivia, can't wait to see you. read more

Worst service at the bar for a Friday night. Bartender cannot keep more interested in her phone then folks at the bar. The lead bartender must be off tonight because is is usually spot on. Daisy behind the bar is the worst. Managers take note read more

This place used to be my go-to spot for lunch on Fridays. Not anymore. Service is usually good, and the food is as you'd expect from most Hooters. However, today, on Friday, August 8 2014, my coworkers and I arrived at Hooters at 12:08. We were seated immediately, only to not be addressed by a waitress for almost 20 minutes! And the waitress wasnt even our waitress! She said shed get our server for us, and we said okay. 10 more minutes went by before the same waitress asked us if we had seen our server had come by. She had not. She said shed see where she was. We left and went to Burger King because we knew we'd get to eat read more

I eat here with friends or my kid about once a month and I've never had a problem. Food is always good, service is always good and friendly, menu has good choices. It's normally always busy but that has never been a problem. Plenty of TV's. Writing this review because of the stellar service we received from Kirsten yesterday. She was a rock star. Always have had great service but she took it to the next level. Her and Cecilia are def my 2 favorite when it comes to this place. read more

WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. My family and friends enjoy going to hooters, but our experience tonight was so ridiculous we will never be going to a Hooters again, they lost lifetime costumers by being scheming and sneaky. Tonight while we were eating a meal that already required us to pay extra for celery and ranch (so cheap, are they going to charge for ice and napkins next?!) our waitress brought over a tray with teeny tiny shot glasses with cookie mousse in it and asked if we wanted to sample one of their desserts. Since this was the only time we saw her since she gave us our food we accepted, thinking it was a kindness due to the awful service. Fast forward an hour and she brings us the bill -mind you she had not returned or been by the table since, we even needed to ask for refills on our drinks from another staff member- and she charged us $6 for the dessert aka two cookie crumbs. That is so repulsive and sneaky and it's a completely unacceptable way to treat customers. We can't let restaurants get away with that kind of behavior, it's one thing to have shitty service, that's almost expected at a place like this, but to purposefully deceive customers by offering samples and then charging for it is just disgusting. If you are in Chantilly I'd recommend The Hitch to people looking for alternatives to this dump, the waitstaff is very attentive and the food is amazing, they even have great wings! I am posting this review on as many sites as possible so people can know exactly how Hooters treats its costumers. Let's teach this greedy business that we won't tolerate this kinda of behavior. read more

Should have believed the reviews on the awful service. Sat down and was told waitress would be with me shortly. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting for any hint of a waitress. I got up and left. The 2 tables by me were visited by 2 separate waitresses, so I guess there's that. read more
