I just went to hooters with my wife and a few of my buddies and I was very disappointed. The service was horrific. My buddy didn't get a water at first and waited 45 minutes until he asked for it again. The food took another 45 minutes and it came out cold and the fries were under cooked. It was my first time there and I hated the experience. I heard very very good things about hooters, but it was terrible. read more

This is my second home. I only go there for booze, UFC, Footballs, & of course Hooters. I've been going here ever since it open and always has been treated with up most respect and fun. Granted the revolving door of girls causes new ladies all the time and for you to forget the names, but I go there quite a bit to kill time and enjoy the clean atmosphere. Love it here. read more

I have been here a few times out of convenience however I am going to find a new place to watch the ufc fights. The service is very slow, the food is overly greasy or over cooked, the women's bathroom smells disgusting and always has a puddle of water on the floor. Gross! read more

Chocolate cake is sooo good. It was really loud and service took a while. But the food was alright. :)

I came here for the first time with my family. I wish I could comment on the food, or even drinks for that matter! When we walked in there was no one at the host stand. After a few minutes, one of the servers came by and said she would be right with us, but then disappeared. Then ANOTHER server came and took us to a booth towards the back of the restaurant. We sat there for almost 30 minutes without any acknowledgement from any server there. I could see that this was a problem for other tables around us. Eventually, we had enough and left. I tried to find someone to let them know we were leaving, but there was no one to be found. Later, we tried calling the restaurant to let them know what we went through, and perhaps get an explanation. No one picked up the phone. It is a real shame, but I guess my advice would be not to go here when it is crowded..otherwise you'll run the risk of not being served. read more

Food n company is decent although the ALWAYS DISGUSTING RESTROOMS TAKES THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE OUT OF IT. DON'T EVERY HAVE TO SIT IN A STALL!!! Urine all over the seats n floor, clogged toilets, and lack of toilet paper. Sink and mirror is also nasty.. I never write bad reviews and visit Hooters often although the men's room is always disgusting!!!!! This Hooters location in Chantilly takes no pride in being clean... read more

If they had a 0 star it maybe worth it. This place sucks!! Staff gathering around a table hugging each other. Food was not good and not up to standard. FOOD WAS COLD COLD IT TOOK SO LONG AND WAITERS WAS VERY SLOW I would never go here again ever!! read more

Wait staff were great and fast despite the number of customers. Disappointed in the serving portions of the boneless chicken wings. I order the $10 wing meal and the size of each wing surprisingly tiny even when compared to the menu picture, it was a single bite size for my 10 year old. It had been a while since I last went to a Hooter's but remembered the portion sizes to be larger. The wait staff said changes have been made and this was the appropriate size. I expressed my dissatisfaction and the management team brought me a second serving of them, this made my experience better. I am however, not pleased knowing that future visits will result in the smaller portions. Will likely not return to a Hooter's unless they fix the portions. Three stars because the management team brought a second serving, if they had not it would be a two star rating. read more

Worst service ever.... I very rarely give bad ratings but this is the second time in three days that I've been to this restaurant and the service has been horrible both times. The first time my friend never get his shrimp and no reason was really provided and waiter constantly talked about how she didn't want to be at work. The second time it took 15min for anyone to take our order then one our order was placed it took another 15 to get 2 not 3 waters like we asked for.... another 5min after that to get drinks and I stopped timing for food. read more

The Manager just commented on my review, saying they have not changed distributers on their wings. But believe me they are not the same. Please don't be fooled there is no meat on their wings. They are definitely not the same. No excuses. and no apologies accepted read more

I have been here several times and each time I have received horrible service. The waitresses seem more concerned with flirting with the male patrons than getting refills for female patrons. My friend and I were completely ignored by our waitress. We even placed our empty cups at the end of the table to signal to her that we needed refills. She walked by several times and didn't stop to ask if we were ok and didn't return with refills. There were only 2 employees who were nice to us and asked how everything was. They were the tall, thin, blonde hostess, and the african-american female manager. They were very friendly. If it wasn't for them, I would've given it zero stars. read more

So I went here for the game last night to watch some good old american football with some pretty ladies. Got the wings, which were awesome. My waitress was pretty dang good looking too. Only thing I did not like was that they did not have enough craft brews on tap. Guess I should not expect much from Hooters in that regard. read more

Today was my first time going to Hooters and my opinion of the franchise was even worse than before I ate there. The wings sauces, mild, medium, and hot, were absolutely pitiful. The flavors from all three sauces had no tangy nor spicy flavors to it because it was mostly butter. Not to mention the sauce itself was not in a liquified form but rather a fluff or whipped manner. The music was so loud that I couldn't hear the person next to me speaking directly to me. The way the girls were dressed was totally unacceptable and trashy. My overall experience was lower than that indicated on yelp, and I will never go and would never recommend it to anyone. read more

Similar to my post on the Fairfax Hooters, if you are by yourself, regardless of how busy the place is, you may sit for 15 min or do and not get served. I've gotten comped for it by the manager which is I give them a chance. But it is a common characteristic of both the Fairfax snd Chantilly locations. If you are by yourself, I cannot recommend the NoVa Hooters locations. If you're in a group, probably not an issue. By the way, any other part of the country (even DC), I never have this problem. read more

The worst service I have ever had in hooters .... The food was so cold the fries taste

Can't explain the amount of great service at this location. Came in late one night exhausted and the amazing bartender Lora helped me pick my crab legs! Amazing service from a amazing bartender!!! 5 stars all day read more

Was craving wings so we stopped in here and the wings were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly as well and the other girls stopped by our table too to see our twin baby boys :) All the food we ordered turned out great but I was disappointed by my margarita, it's probably the worst one I've ever had. It didn't taste fresh and barely had ice in it. You wouldn't even believe it was a margarita since it didn't come with a salted rim or a lime or a straw, it seems no effort was put into my drink and I did not enjoy it. I have twin boys so I really think I deserved a well made margarita, oh well. The bathroom floors were sticky and I went in there twice to change diapers and both times there was a putrid disgusting smell that I cannot even quite describe. I think the whole restroom needs to be coated in bleach and demolished because that level of dirtiness is truly unacceptable. I love the food so I'll probably go to another location if the bathroom situation or bartender does not improve. read more

I walked in after a long day with my daughter and sat down in a very busy restaurant. It was a Wednesday and there was an all you can eat boneless wing special, however we were never told about this special when we asked about the specials of the day. We had two waitresses approach us one was a seasoned waitress and the other girl was her "helper" as she was introduced. My daughter and I both ordered the AUCE boneless wings and for and appetizer fried pickles. The fried pickles came out rather quickly and were cooked very well and the food was hot and crispy. We next waited on our order of wings, the 1st plate of boneless wings came to me within 25 minutes my daughter who ordered the same exact plate as I did, did not get her food for an extra 10 minutes after my plate arrived. We ate the food which was barely warm. The helper waitress came back and checked on us we let her know we wanted another order of wings, she said sure she will be right back. About a 5-10 minute wait the main waitress asked if we needed anything else I said "yes we want to put in another order of wins, we told the last girl but she ran off" the waitress said sure she will put the order in for us. We waited another 25 minutes for a small plate of boneless wings and fries. This time the wings and fries were actually hot, but the wait time at this establishment is beyond ridiculous. read more

We have tried coming here a few times and every time the service stinks, the servers are very slow and it seems they want to be anywhere else but there. We do like the food and decided to try to-go last time. We had only done to-go once before and were not impressed with the quality but decided to give it another shot. It was even worse this time. Just because we ordered to-go does not mean we should get the crappy food they don't want to serve the dine-in guests. The wings were cold and flavorless and small - too small. The curly fries were also cold. Thank goodness there are some other places nearby with good wings because we won't be back to Hooters. read more

I normally post lovely reviews, however, I am appalled and disgusted with this place. I will never come back and I will make sure my 2,000 followers know all about it. I really enjoy Hooters Daytona shrimp and wings. I like the bartender Daisy. I have been to this location many times on my own and or with friends. Tonight I simply called to order food for my three year old and I. I arrived at 10:50 pm after placing my order at 10:40 pm. I walked in with my daughter to pick up the food I ordered. I quickly said hi and gave my credit card to the childish bimbo working the front left table section obviously during the evening shift. I said "Hi, I made sure to come get my food before 11:00 pm, here is my card." She said, " Ugh, what's this?" then walked away. She walked passed my daughter and I many times. I assumed she was not the person to pick up the food from and I stood there with my daughter until 11:09 pm like a statue. I was annoyed as my daughter was inhaling the second hand smoke. More so vexed because the .68 Gpa moron that I first approached and the rest of the staff left me standing there after seeing me. Not once did the waitress lacking brain cells say HEY YOU CAN GO TO THE BAR AND GET YOUR FOOD. Or even point me in the right direction. I mean she didn't even say hi for starters. I didn't say anything nasty to her as my daughter was present. I did tell her that I ordered food and I didn't know where to go and because of her poor customer service, actually complete lack of customer service, I guess I will be leaving it. She shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes to the back of her empty head. I took my business else where. God please bless herself with common sense. MANAGEMENT please train your staff basic mannerisms such as hello, good bye, this way, and good day. And how to make it right. I was rushed to arrive to wait twenty minutes around drunks and not one person said hello. When I told her I was going to leave she didn't care. #Unacceptable #unprofessional #Whereisthecustomerservice #youdonotneedadegreeforcommonsensejobs #Trainbetter #hooterschantillyNEVERAGAIN it's almost funny how obnoxious the whole thing played out. I've been to numerous Hooters in the past 19 years. The Chantilly location now open for over 3 years is the best there is. I gotta say the wait staff and Bill, the manager are great...this review would be 5 stars if it weren't for GUS the manager. GUS is the worst manager I've ever dealt with from any location. I would rather visit the DMV and dentist then deal with GUS. He's very impersonal and picks and chooses who receives good service. My brother-in-law filed a complaint against him and Hooters just copied and pasted a generic reply. GUS SUCKS!!! If you go here and GUS isn't working your money...EVERYONE else is great he's the one and only downfall of this establishment. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars!!!! Worst service ever...cold food....no silverware...WTF happened to this place!!!!

Came in to watch sports and the NCAA Championship. Awesome staff, Daisy and Kristina were very friendly and funny. Other staff members were engaging and truly making my visit a good one. As always, I had my wings and beer, but it was the friendly environment that made my experience and prompted me to recognize everyone for their outstanding job. I will most definitely come back when in the DC area. Aloha. read more

I haven't been here in years, however, after watching Undercover Boss recently, I began craving wings. Tiffany was our server and was as sweet and efficient as can be. The bartender, not so much. We ordered 2 beers (Vienna Lager and a Blue Moon) twice. Both times, they took FOREVER! Being next to the bar, and attentive having 3 server/bartenders at our table, were observant and never saw the bartender bat an eye, towards the ticket machine at least. I think we had our appetizer before the beer. Then the best part was that the lager came out five minutes before the Blue Moon both times. I don't understand why the bartender couldn't pour both beers at the same time when they were both ordered at the same time?!?!? Is this wheat beer racism?!?!?!? The dozen oysters were delivered and after dispersing them I immediately smelled a bad one. It turned my stomach and ruined it for me. I told the waitress to smell and she too just knew it was bad as well. It was blatantly different than the others. How it got past the kitchen is beyond me. So, just be careful I guess if you don't want poisoned. Wings were great as usual and I tried the tiny dessert. The size was laughable at first, but in the end we shared and it was just right for both of us!!!!! read more

You should expect good food at any Hooters, and this location is no exception!! The food service was fast, and everything came out was just as ordered. Katie was our server and did an fantastic job! She divided her time between 4 tables, but managed to make it seem that you were her only table! I will ask for Katie's section when I go back. A manager, Mike, stopped by to chat for a minute or two as well, enhancing my opinion of this Hooters. The location was very clean with tables that were nicely spaced and LOTS of large, flat screen TVs. I travel for a living, so truly good service is very easy to spot. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to stop into this Hooters for some delicious food and good times!!! read more

Food was great! Butt Why we will not go to Hooters in chantilly agin!! ---Some folks ruin fun for others. Why does alcohol and young girls make some guys stupid? The wife and I stopped in Hooters for a beers a wingers last evening about 6:00pm these guys were wasted drinking beer and highballs. They were loud and rude, it was a celebration of a guy beating courts on a accident that involved an older couple. There was an older guy kept stumbled out so often making rude remarks to anyone around an bragging how much he drank..really sad. He was the oldest but acted worst Turns out he was a smoker he could not walk straight butt got into a van with the name trifase on the side, my wife talked me out of calling the business I hope he did not wreck and cause another person harm. I should have called the Trifase company but maybe if you read this you will watch out for this companies vans!! Allen read more

Again, my husband liked it so we went a few times. Overall it had ok food (a little salty for me), but the burgers were decent. My husband and I went to this location last night. A Gentlemen in front of us got seated immediately and we had to wait right after him for about 5 or 6 minutes then we got noticed. When we were seated the waitress gave no eye contact and rushed off. Once we ordered she was looking off to everyone else amd not really listening to us. Half way through our meal two gentlemen got seated behind us and she took their order. She proceeds to laugh and have a conversation and make sure she listened to EVERY word they said. When she brought our food my husband ordered hot wings and they were anything but hot. He got his half of the order and I got half of mine. I have a side of curly fries and cheese sauce and it took 15 minutes to get those. Once the check was about to come is when she finally asked how everything was and smiled. She didnt want to give good service until she was about to receive her tip. Pictures below are the women restroom. Will not be going back for a long time. read more

You know bad management when you walk through the door. Having to wait at the hostess station...first flag. You have one job. Hostess. Not running around and passing your station WHEN SOMEONE IS STANDING THERE. Then I sat at the bar. Crumbs all over the bar in front of me. When "Daisy" was finally done on the phone with pick up orders, (some one else should be doing this), she proceeded to run around filling drinks before she came back my way, to answer the phone. When she finally asked me for my order, no attempt to clean up the bar. In fact I never saw her wipe down the bar anywhere during my visit. Soon enough my order came. Well the wings did. Daisy left the fries over at the serving station. And then proceeded to take other orders and fill beers around. I had to kinda point towards my fries. Also, I sat there eating my wings with one napkin from my silverware. No paper towel station. Oh here come the fries! Oh they are not cooked thoroughly! I had asked for ketchup but I guess that comes later... So at this point, I figure, I just need to get done with the wings and get out. Still no paper towel rack with the ketchup and salt and pepper. I see it over by the register though! Oh here it is now! Now the best part...I am not making this up... Daisy comes over and takes my fries away! She comes back and tells me they were "nasty" and she ordered new ones. I did agree with her, but now I have 2 wings left and I'm finishing those. So I finish up and tell her not to worry, just tab me out. She asks if I want the fries to go? (!!!) I decline... She says not to worry, she won't charge me for them. (Oh Hey!). She did charge me for the 2 cokes I had, which I thought was silly. Why? Because my experience was a disaster. And worse, she didn't seem to have a clue that perhaps the service was ridiculous. I've worked in restaurant management. This is a clear cut case of management failure. As this all played out, I watched around the place to see how things were playing out. Chaos. Everybody was trying to do everything, meaning no one had their set duties to carry out. I watched one gal fill 3 glasses of ice at the drink station and then wander off into the kitchen and stand around, deliver food to a tale and return to the soda machine to fill sodas. Why not just fill them and take them to their table then go to the kitchen to check on orders? I actually want to go back, to watch the worst restaurant management ever play out again. But not to eat...the wings were nasty too. Hooter's has fallen by the way. The food is as tired as the uniform designs. An 80's relic. I tipped 20% out of sympathy. read more

How is it that this place ranks a close second to a solid ruby Tuesday's? No that is not a compliment! If I wanted to be ignored I would have stayed home for the fantasy draft. Doesn't Hooters play up that this is the place to be for a draft? I would have rather stayed home and been ignored by my wife tonight. What a shame that a once great brand doesn't offer customer service anymore. Just another place to cross off the list. Good job Hooters! I know where I will not be stopping for next years draft! read more

It was my first time at this location and I went with my husband, in-laws, and my 10 month old son. I've been to a few Hooters in my time and always love the wings, crab legs, shrimp, and sangria. I think I would have had more fun if I had come to watch the game, sat in the bar, and could actually eat wings, but with a little one, I got a salad. Something I could eat with a fork and still feed my son. It was just ok. It seemed like it took forever for the food to come out- I think we waited 20 minutes, maybe longer. My husband had the pork sliders and there wasn't much pork on it and it was dry. When my father in-law ordered the cheese sticks, the server told her they would be the best cheese sticks he would ever have. They weren't. Our server was of course sweet, especially to my son, but she talked really fast and my in-laws could not understand anything she said. When the food finally came out, she stood there and started telling us stories for almost five minutes while we were trying to eat and it was just awkward. I know that is what they are supposed to do, but maybe with a table of guys, not a table with a family where half obviously can't understand you because they haven't been able to respond to anything you've said. I think you have to train them to know when to stick around to chat, and when to move on. I'll go back, but with friends, not family. read more

Let's be honest, Hooters isn't necessarily where you go if you want good food and good service. This location was across the way from the laser tag place so we figured we'd stop in for a drink before acting like kids again. We were seated right away at a large table next to the bar; our server seemed a little intimidated by our group (there were only 8 of us)..we ordered a round of drinks that took a pretty long time to get to us, there were 7 people at the bar and about 30 throughout the restaurant. My friend and I ordered a jack and ginger eat and both of them tasted really off- we mentioned this to our server who literally gave us the blankest "what do you want me to do about it" stare I have ever seen....I politely said, "I think the ginger ale might be flat, may I have a..." She seemed offended by us ordering new drinks and at that point I opted to not get any food so we could all finish our drinks quickly and leave. I won't be coming back to this location, maybe the Fairfax one in the future, but a refresher lesson on hospitality would be beneficial. read more

I come here for the women. Kidding...I actually come for the wings. Oh and beer of course. I love love LOVE wings and Hooters is my favorite place for that. I always get breaded 911 wings and it's full of deliciousness. I could probably eat at Hooters everyday. The service isn't all that great. It's rather slow and that's probably the only thing I would complain about. They're not really attentive and don't check in on you much. Sure, most of them seem pretty nice. As long as I get my yummy wings, I'm happy. read more

We have been to this place many time and has had no problems, this time we didn't even get to sit down before walking out, one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. As we walked in and asked for a table for 8 the waitress was rude from the start rolling her eyes as she brought us to the table she throws the menus on the table and walks away with out bring us the high chair and to a table of only 6 and when she came back over and said "what's the problem?" As we told her about the table and high chair so information us we can grab some chairs and fit at this small table. After we asked for a manager, we all watch her go over to multiple co workers and point and laughed at us. As we inform the manager of what was going she acted like it was okay for a employee to treat people like that. So we informed the manager we would rather leave then have our food messed up or spit in. The manager was not very helpful or even cared about how we were being treated. For more information the place wasn't not busy and we always leave a great tip. We will not be coming back and calling corporate to inform, also inform everyone we know not to be coming here! read more
