Fantastic First Visit to Honeygrow (Dock Street, Baltimore) I stopped by Honeygrow on Dock Street in Baltimore on Friday, April 17th, 2026 around 5 p.m., and the entire experience was outstanding. I ordered a stir‑fry with brown rice, red curry, coconut tofu, kale, scallions, jalapeños, carrots, pineapple, chili flakes, cilantro, and the red coconut curry sauce -- plus an extra portion of the red cocoa base. It came to $17.43, including a dark cherry punch that was refreshing and not sugary at all. The food was incredibly delicious -- savory, balanced, and genuinely fulfilling. Every ingredient tasted fresh, and the flavors came together perfectly. Easily one of the best fast‑casual bowls I've had. The atmosphere was active and vibrant, with a clean, open cooking area where you can watch your meal being prepared. The entire facility felt well‑maintained and organized. Parking was surprisingly easy; I found a great spot right out front on the street and paid $2.75 for an hour, which was plenty of time to enjoy my meal. The weather was a beautiful 80°, and the whole area felt safe and peaceful -- a great day to be out and about. A special shout‑out to Craig, who made the visit even better. He walked me through the menu since it was my first time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt taken care of. Excellent customer service goes a long way, and he nailed it. I never tried honeygrow before but I was starving on my way to get my nails done and this location was right next door. It took me a while to decide what I wanted, the salads and stir fries are actually pretty high in calories. Eventually I decided on the OG cob salad. I subbed the chicken for grilled shrimp and removed the blue cheese crumbles. The salad was really good and fresh. I didn't even realize that there were diced apples in the salad but it actually worked really well. I don't usually put fruit in my salad, but now I'm open to experimenting with it. I was the only person in there but the service was quick, I was literally in and out and in the chair at the salon in like 5 mins. I'll definitely have to try their stir fry to get a better feel for the quality/taste of their food. A salad is pretty much a salad, it's not super complicated. read more

I didn't even know fast casual could be done at such a high level. This place is truly insane. The cheesecake honey bar is incredible, I've had a few varieties of noodle bowls with different sauces all with tofu and they are all amazing. I'd legitimately be happy to go out and get this from a full service restaurant. Prices are good and especially on Uber Eats for at least the last few weeks has been buy one get one on byo bowls and with the fees and tip it is literally only a few extra dollars to get a bomb a meal delivered to your door. So hyped on this place and will show it to everyone. I only hope the inevitable private equity acquisition will not destroy the incredible quality of this place because it is something that is frankly hard to believe at this point. To order your food, they have 4 kiosks, I don't care for this system because the screens are a bed of germs. They offer hand sanitizer upon entry. I find these kiosks very confusing to use, you start with the basic standard dish as displayed, then remove, add, substitute to taylor it to your preferences. It seems simple, maybe if you did it everyday, there is probably a flow to it, yet to be discovered by me.I needed help and the young lady came right over, start to finish. She was wonderful. Absolutely love this place. I come here all the time. The staff here is always super friendly. The egg noodles here are some of the best. I believe they make their own garlic oil that they use for their stir fry, but I also request EVOO as well. The food here is great and relatively healthy. I tried their brownie for the first time and it was delicious. I was surprised to find out they offer seltzer at their soda fountain. Super bubbly, I like. I was so pleasantly surprised by this place! First - all menu items are extremely customizable (for a gluten free diner, this is perfection). You order from a screen and literally pick and choose each part of your meal. Super importantly, the staff is wonderful and kind (even though you don't order directly with them) - I loved the customer service and just the friendliness. Average to me but popular for the ease of ordering. Modern twist on pasta. Eurasian style. You can pretty much mix and match any type of pasta or salad that you want. Portion sizes were average. It comes in a take out box. I Personally devoured all of my food. There was no left over. So portion size is also average and maybe on the small size. My pasta was around 12$. The taste was good but for the portion size and price is why I gave it 3 instead of 4. I stopped into this place since I happened to be visiting a business next door and I am so glad that I did. The dining area, food ordering and pickup area are wide open and clean. They have a convenient kiosk that you order from. So many options and so detailed. I ordered the Spicy Garlic Stir Fry. It was so so so good! The flavors were bursting and was picture perfect. I also ordered the Strawberry Guava Lemonade which was very good. Not too sweet, not bitter. My food was so good that I went back and ordered a duplicate meal to take home. The sauce was sweet upon first taste before quickly turning spicy. However, the flavors could be a bit more nuanced - after eating the dish for a while, spice was the only flavor. So why did we order from a chain when we were visiting Baltimore? Besides wanting to take it easy on the calories at lunch so I could splurge a little at dinner, I am always interested in trying new salad places. honeygrow is one we do not have in South Florida yet but it would be nice to have them! Besides salads, honeygrow has stir fries. You can order a one of their suggested recipes or build your own. Salads come with a base and three add ons. Proteins and premium add ins are extra. I built my own salad with romaine, tofu, broccoli, roasted mushrooms, crunchy chick peas, feta, blueberries, strawberries, glazed nuts, and a rose vinaigrette on the side. The veggies were all tasty. The salad really worked. My only feedback is that it would be nice to be able to order double portions of add ins. The salad also came squished in the bowl which made it difficult to mix. 15 year old really enjoyed his stir fry. Would definitely welcome a honeygrow in my neighborhood! read more
