Baltimore, MD (Mount Vernon) - a solid pick for quick, decent Thai food. As per the namesake, this is mostly a takeout operation, though there are a few tables and chairs for dining in. The pork dumplings I ordered are shumai-style - not bursting with flavor, but at $6 for six meaty dumplings the size of a baby's fist, I ain't complaining. The chicken pad Thai is not bad, and points for offering pork belly as a protein option. Thin noodles are used but they have a good spring to them, though the flavor leans a bit more tart than my taste buds would prefer. Everything on the menu looks tempting, and it's refreshingly focused. If I lived nearby, I would definitely be back to try more items. read more

My Thai Go is a gift! I love ordering takeout from here. It's fast, convenient, flavorful, and well-priced. My go-tos are the basil fried rice with veggies (they give you sooo many amazing, fresh veggies) and the chicken pad thai. Each dish can easily be 3-4 portions depending on how hungry you are. But recently, I ordered the tom ka soup for the first time. I've only had tom ka maybe once or twice in my life before and never thought to order it from here but it will now be a staple for me, especially in these colder months. It was just $7 for a good sized bowl filled with mushrooms, tofu and herbs. The broth was fragrant and balanced. So comforting, especially served with the large chunks of tofu I opted for. Their hours can be limited, (closed on Tuesday and open until 8pm most days) otherwise I'd be eating here more frequently. read more

If I could give this restaurant more stars I would. Before we get into the food deets let's chat about the young lady providing top tier customer service!!! I walked in and was greeted immediately. She offered suggestions and emphasized everything is good which I believe because honey they were busy and it smelled so good inside! I love the jazz playing. It's quite small inside so it's not necessarily room big enough for a large large group. This is a cute date night spot for lunch. I ordered the drunken noodle dish. To me for 19 bucks total (including the tip), it was spicy just how I like it and made with love. I loved the abundance of veggies. I'd been missing Thai food in Mt. Vernon. I think maybe My Thai Go may fill the spot. Stopped in for a bite on VDay! The location is small. They do offer dine in though. They have all of your Thai faves but, not a very huge menu. I ordered the beef drunken noodles. My meal was done in a great amount of time. It didn't disappoint. The beef was perfectly cooked and savory. The noodles well seasoned and not over done. With Thai food, it depends on the cook. My drunken noodles had a few more veggies than I'm use to but, more veggies is never a bad thing...just add more beef for the pricing. Outside of that, I will be back for some pad thai! Ps. I had such a good time here and the food was absolutely delicious! I can't recommend them enough. I came here for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, and I got the Pad Thai with shrimp as well as a Thai Tea. The customer service was really good, and she was so helpful and patient. There is a bit of street parking directly in front and across but it is limited-- there is a parking lot next to it, but I believe it is paid parking. There are vegan/vegetarian options where you can add tofu or dishes that don't have meat in them. The food tastes so fresh and flavorful and is reasonably priced. I love My Thai Go. They have a chokehold on me and it's crazy how amazingly delicious their food is. The veggies are fresh. Dishes are seasoned. They're so flavorful and tangy. It's everything.
