The patch work was not part of the contract but set us up with one to get the patch work complete. My only recommendation for future would be to remind customers it is not included so that the patch work can be scheduled ahead to happen shortly after work is complete. Although, the patchwork was only a few days after. We just covered up the outside holes until someone came. Noted a couple of issues that popped up shortly after work was done, but they came back and fixed it right up. Overall, a pleasant experience, good value, and would recommend them.

After figuring out a good time, Brett came in and was both chill and respectful. I called Honey Do after seeing their high Yelp reviews to unplug a bathroom tub. I was not disappointed. The plumber, Josh, came out during the slotted time. He was very professional and listened to my concerns regarding the clog. Within 30 minutes he was finished the job and made sure the problem was solved by running some upstream appliances. I called Tim at TRZ which gave me a honest quote over the phone of $250. He got to my residence in about 25 mins and fixed the problem in about an hour and half because it was clogged so bad! I never write reviews on yelp but this man not only gave me a honest quote, he did not charge me anything more, I only had $300 on me which I told him over the phone. I wish I was able to tip the man more because he deserved more than $300 for canceling his plans on a Saturday night.
