Having never been, I wasn't sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Okay, hear me out. This place is one of the most overstimulating places in fast casual dining I've ever been to. The moment you walk in during a lunch rush, good luck being able to concentrate. I just made a pickup order. It could not have been all that long from the time it was made until picked up and I'm only 5 minutes away. The food is not cold in the least. There's hardly any of the poke, and I was willing to look over this until I saw that half spoonful of goat cheese. I paid $1 for a half spoon of goat cheese and $1.25 for extra sauce. Sauce cannot be THAT expensive that the charge is so high, given that it is most likely tossed at the end of the day and it is also not quite enough to cover the amount of food in the bowl, not to mention it was also not cold or even cool. I ended up just grabbing ranch from the fridge. I used to like this place but I don't think the quality or service that I tipped 15% on despite not being full table service would ever be worth it in the future. Edit: Customer service was wonderful and prompt in rectifying the situation. I'll chalk it up to a fluke as most other times the experience has been great. read more

I also love Honest Mary's sipping broths, and enjoy their lemon and parsley, and ginger and turmeric add-ins. Honest Mary's dine in area is clean and comfortable, and their employees are always very kind and helpful. My only complaint is that they don't have a South location. The interiors are beautiful and modern, and a great place for friends to have brunch. It's not super loud in there, and there is plenty of seating both inside and outside on their little patio (the street area might be a little louder). I got the farmer's market bowl (instead of a protein, you can pick an additional veggie) with forbidden black rice, roasted broccoli, roasted brussel sprouts, and beets with cucumber salad topping. I loved the cucumber salad since it contains fresh cucumber, tomatoes, pickled onions, and red bell pepper. Highly recommend that to contrast all the warm roasted veggies. I also love the cashew lime crema - it added a lot of flavor. I would definitely come back to get another bowl.
