When I returned I took it in to the store and informed them it was defective. They had to test it which took about 15 min. I said it didn't work why would I pay for another. They asked a manager but couldn't get an answer. After 25 min I just purchased another. I don't have time for horrible customer service. I came home and called the manager and they apologized but no refund. I don't care about the $24, it's the really poor customer service. Horrible

It's not the employees fault so I am always gracious. But it's too much. The conversations can become more than necessary when I'm just trying to get in and out. The asking of questions about my home and spending way too much time chatting about it when I just came for a paint brush. I had 2 different employees stop me. One I chatted with for way too long for my liking. Again, not their fault so I am gracious. Please consider customers are constantly harassed by solicitors. I can't even park before someone spots me heading in the store to ask for money for something. Then to go in the store and have the same thing happen. Soliciting really makes my nerves bad and sometimes when I see a stand outside I go to another location. I don't want to start having to do that with Lowe's and go to another business to patronize. I have huge projects and will be in and out often. I cannot deal with constant solicitation; it gives me anxiety. There has to be a better way to advertise or market these services.

Every time that I've gone to this location I've always been able to go in & find what I need but if not there's always an associate there to help look for it at another location for me so they can put it on hold until I get to the other store! On this particular trip I needed boxes so my husband could wrap an antique glass curio cabinet that we bought! The boxes were such good quality, very sturdy that I knew my antique glass curio cabinet would arrive in one piece as long as it was wrapped properly... which it did!!! The shelves were well stocked for it being a Sunday so I had a nice variety of sizes to choose from... they also had lots of different sized bubble wraps for your delicates! Don't forget the shrink wrap to keep everything in place, Home Depot definitely has all your packing needs

I had to go to the back of the store . One of the helpers went into where they store the online merchandise. He came back with the can and handed me a brand new can that had streaks of dust and dirt all over. It's not a big deal but I thought to myself, you would think the store would take some pride in keeping their products looking clean and new. He could NOT understand why I no longer had the flimsy baggie they put screws in and I had changed them to a more Durable, sturdy and smaller bag with a "Zip-Loc" style closure. When the manager figured out that he was loosing he turned away from me and told the cashier to give me my $3.20, I told them he could keep it, I no longer wanted the refund, if $3.20 was going to make such a large difference in his Daily Cash inflow, they are in much more trouble that I knew. I came in looking for thrift (drain cleaner), the moment I walked through the door not even a welcome in, and then the old African American man and this older Caucasian woman treated me like I was an idiot. Just pointing instead of helping the other lady just laughing as the man disrespected me. Now I've worked in retail myself. But to be this condescending to your customers is no bloody wonder why this place is bombarded with terrible reviews. Besides the terrible service there isn't anything there worth buying not mentioning the ridiculous prices. Take my word for it, you have more luck buying off Amazon than this depressing store. P.S there is a Home Depot down the road and they treated me way better.
