The service is abysmal. My husband spent an hour trying to get someone to help him. One person offered to call a clerk for him but either she never did or the clerk didn't respond. I'm not sure what people are putting in their pipes when smoking? Lowes off of Watson Rd AZ is INCREDIBLE. Customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD! An associate name Matthew whom works in the lumber department is one amazing guy. Customer service 5* easily. He was sorting through some bad 2×4×8 and when I asked about purchasing them, his reply was sure. 202 pieces of 2×4×8 fir savings of $600+. shady business , they Steal money from their customers! zero stars is what they deserve. I purchased a refrigerator online. after they delivered it, I went into the Buckeye Lowe's and realized the refrigerator I just purchased was about $400 cheaper in store. They agreed to price match my purchase. So they refunded the refrigerator to my Lowe's credit card and recharged me the exact same price I previously paid for my refrigerator. therefore not price matching. I basically went through all that trouble to re-purchase my same refrigerator same price ‍. unfortunately, I was trusting Lowe's to credit that to my Lowe's account. however, months later, I realize they never credited my account. I have gone into the store, spoke with an assistant manager Manny who agreed I was missing the price match adjustment. He told me he would speak to the manager and give me a call back. It's been two months, i it's impossible to get a hold to any assistant manager or manager at this location and the problem is still not solved. make sure you double check your receipts and if you're supposed to receive a credit verify that before you throw out that receipt. This store used to offer military discounts for active duty, veteran and retired military service members. They have decided to offer those discounts only on select merchandise. Which means that if it is an item they want to get rid of then they offer the discounts for those who have served their country. But if it is an item that sells well, then they do not offer the military discount. Don't use this store or any other Lowes store until they get back on track. There are other sources for everything that they sell. read more

Just went to Lowes in Buckeye. Spent $40 on replacement knobs for a stove. Crazy! Here's what happened. I'm trying to pay for my grossly priced knobs and I realize THERE ARE NO CHECKOUT CLERKS. I now HAVE TO check my purchases out myself. WOW! Dear Lowes CEO. That makes Lowes not price competitive and certainly removes any iota of customer service your stores had left. There is no longer any reason for us to visit your store. We went to Goodyear Lowes to buy a vanity top for the bathroom. Took forever to get someone to help us. They said they had 6 in stock but could not locate one. I asked to order it and was told they couldn't because it said they were in stock. They told us to go to the Buckeye, AZ, store. We went there, they had the sink top, the side splash and the faucet we needed. They were pleasant at the checkout and asked if hubby was a veteran. We said yes, but he hadn't signed up yet. She gave us the 10% discount and told us to sign up. She called someone to help load in the car. When we got home, found that side splash was not in the car. Had to go back on Monday. They were pleasant and helpful. Today we opened the vanity top for installation, and it was totally wrong. Not even close to what we chose. The box must have been mismarked at the manufacturer. We had to go back again to exchange. The new one cost $30 more because they would not honor the initial 10% military discount. They were not pleasant when asked about it. Nope, can't do it! The $30 is not much but it is the principle, particularly because we had to go to the store 3 times to get what 1 trip should have accomplished. read more

I purchased several items a couple Sundays ago. One was a bbq and one was a mini fridge. The mini fridge was trash so I took it back the following Sunday. First they weren't going to take it as they apparently have a 48 Hr return policy on appliances (it says nothing anywhere in the store, nor did anyone ever tell me that on the day I bought it). However one of the managers allowed me to return it and upgrade to a much nicer one and I appreciated that. (On a side note, the day of purchase I applied for a Lowe's card because I was told it would take $100 off the bbq which was reasonable). When I received my Lowe's statement in the mail last night, it was much lower than it should be based on the mini fridge upgrade. $380 to be exact. I looked at my return receipt and it appears the girl making the mini fridge exchange, gave me credit back for the bbq by mistake (hence, the lower amount on the statement). So I call Lowe's last night and ask to speak to a manager so I can figure out how to pay them what I owe them. A person gets on the phone and (very rudely I might add) says "This is Christina!" So I asked if she was the manager. She did not answer the question, she just rudely repeated her name. I again asked if she was the manager and she finally said yes. I get one sentence in explaining why I'm calling and she RUDELY cuts me off and interrupts me and barks at me and says "I have a customer in front of me, you're going to have to hold" and puts me on hold. There was no "do you mind if I put you on hold?" Or "I apologize I have someone in front of me, can I get your number and call you right back?" Needless to say, I hung up. Zero professionalism. Zero people skills. Completely rude. I tried to call and give them the $380 I owe them and can't get an ounce of professionalism. Are employers so desperate that these are the people they settle for? I feel sorry for the real store manager. He obviously has no idea how completely rude and unprofessional Christina is. read more

Horrible will never shop here. Husband tried returning some items we purchased here and they would not return it or even give store credit. This is the only location that does this and we will not be returning. They even had him sign up for the number thing so we could look up the items we purchased and for some reason it wasn't on there. This is useless. read more

They call installation "delivery+hookup", therefore you don't have a one year installation warranty, a great way to scam you as a customer.

The staff is always so rude! No customer service skills at all. If the staff doesn't know something or aren't informed on a product instead of just saying they don't know they would either make you look stupid and "whisper" about it with the other staff. read more

Horrible Service. Had seen a tool box online so went to the store to purchase. I walked around the tool department to try and find someone to help me but that was a failure. So I went to the self checkout to see if they could have someone come to help. Waited 5 minutes and nobody, so asked again if they could have someone come over. Another 5 minutes and nobody. The cashier I talked to looked at me 20 times but never offered any further assistance. She just saw me standing there waiting. Apparently picking up the phone was about all she was good for today. Also had two other employees walk past me saying nothing, that I asked for help and also got the "I'll get someone for you" answer. Welp, off to Home Depot we go. read more

Very poor customer service. Every time I go in there I have a hard time getting the staff to help me find anything. And don't ask them to ever cut wood as their machine is always "broken" and you can't find anyone willing to do it anyway. I say "broken" because I was told this once when I asked for wood to be cut, but when I asked a manager they stated "it's not broken." Honestly, it's worth the 25min drive into town to go to the Home Depot. read more

If I could deduct more stars I would. I will never in my life take my business here. I bought a washer and dryer almost 2000.00, and they couldn't deliver. 6 time they attempted and always found an excuse why they couldn't. Finally took my business to conns they got the job done in less that 24hrs!! Never tired even making it right. So I will never give them another penny nor recommend them for anything. This Lowes really needs to step up their game, this may be Buckeye but they need to make sure that they have plenty of stock of common items and they need to make sure that their people are around to answer questions when people have them. Well, don't be tricked into not taking a paper receipt. I know Greta will be mad. I went to return an item bought just two days before. At checkout I selected no receipt since I purchased it with my Lowes account number. One of the benefits of the program is it records your purchases, so no need for a receipt right? Horrible horrible service. This Lowe's in Buckeye Arizona has the worst delivery service on the planet. I went into the store to the pro desk and ordered seven sheets of bead board and asked to have them delivered in one week. When it came time for delivery I was told they do not deliver to my area that day and it would have to be rescheduled. What a fiasco that was. This place is a total disaster. For some reason, my small pickup orders that should be placed in a locker frequently end up at the customer service desk. Because of this, I had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up my order. I could have shopped for it myself in that amount of time. The crew is always full of excuses (you know, "we're busy"). Well, this is one of the least busy Lowe's I've ever seen, but somehow the inept staff manages to just ruin the experience. It looks like they're sleepwalking, they're so slow. Garden center management in Lowes Buckeye Az store should at least make sure the plants are watered on a daily basis. There are numerous racks and carts throughout the garden center with dead, dried up plants for a discount! Really? Many many plants are dried up and dying...what a waste of overpriced plants. Wasteful. There is also an aphid breakout on each rose bush, and I'm sure infesting all of the plants. Horrible display of a garden center. read more

Dealt with an associate or manager named Rose. She was useless. Asked her to send someone who could drive a forklift to load a pallet of block into my truck. She said she doesnt do that and that i had to walk over to customer service amd ask them. then walk back and wait for someone else to open a gate. last i checked i was the customer and her job is to assist customers. I havent had any kind of negative experience with anyone in the garden center. All are very helpful people with great attitudes. The rest of the store has some people who arent that nice, but the positive people make them not really matter. Would greatly recommend this location. read more

I hardly leave reviews but I felt like my experience here needed to be stated somewhere. I walked around the lumber area for about 15 minutes, no one to ask a question. Fine, what ever. I figured out what I needed by myself. Now I need my wood cut, I ask the lady at the register to page someone. I also pressed the need help button by the wood cutting station. 20 minutes go by and no one. So I left. This isn't the first time I received no customer service here before. read more

ATTENTION: Store Manager Jordan Murphy. Recently went to Buckeye 's Lowes to purchase Titan Security Screen Door for my front door. They came to measure our door area and all was fine. The salesperson called us the afternoon of when the door was measured, Ronald Cason, and told us that we needed all new wood on the door jam and had to remove and replace the doorbell at my own cost. Our neighbor has the exact same house & measurements. He had none of those issues. Not sure whether it was incompetence  or just "jack up the price" at the Buckeye Lowes but will not ever be returning to this store. From the reviews, looks like they have lost many, many customers due to poor staffing. I gave it a 1-star only b/c I couldn't select a lesser. read more

This place is sad, primarily because it's right down the street from my house. But I can no longer shop at Lowe's. The staff are not exactly friendly (assuming you can find one to help you), and good luck getting competent help once you find a staff member. On my second to last visit, I asked an employee where the AC filters were. Well, he was about 3 rows off. I just happened to find them by accident when I was looking for something else in the same area. And this was not the first time I was directed to the wrong location for an item I was looking for. I also 'love' it when the store decides to rearrange merchandise. I get it when it's for the season, like Christmas or the Spring. But I'm starting to think the manager is actually the villain Dr. Heinz "Doof" Doofenshmirtz from the cartoon Phineas and Ferb, and they get a devious kick out of customers roaming around trying to find things after a product shuffle. My last (and final) visit was a kicker though. The cashier lines are a joke most times, in where you'll have one lane open for 10+ customers. But my last visit really took the cake. I was buying a water filter for my refrigerator, and they normally run about $50. Well, the cashier tells me after I purchased it that I can find it on Amazon for $20 cheaper. The way she made it seem was though I couldn't return it and get the filter online. But the kicker was that my particular filter was the same price on Amazon. My whole point is why tell that to a customer? It's like this store is going out of its way to make me not want to shop there. Well, mission accomplished folks! read more

I would not recommend shopping at this location. They give you the hardest time about any returns. We purchased 3k worth of wood tile for our home remodel and have about 700 dollars in unopened boxes we ended up not using and because we paid cash and do not know exact date we purchased they will not refund in any manor not even a gift card and they still have the tile in stock! The manager refused to talk to me and the new employee at the counter told me every store has their own policy not all are the same????! Not happy at all with this store. It seems like they never have what I'm looking for. The prices are ridiculous. I bought a 25' garden hose which cost over $25. It broke within two weeks. I wanted some fire bricks, they didn't have any. I wanted a small piece of wire screen mesh, they didn't have it. My wife wanted to plant some creeping fig vines, of course they don't have it. I ordered 42 bags of concrete and 10 - ten foot pieces of rebar to be delivered to my home. It'll be there by 10 AM they said, they call you a couple of hours before. I called them at noon, transferred three times then I'm told "The internet guy was supposed to call you, I'll get ahold of him and someone will call you right back. I'm sure by now you guessed it. No call. This store sucks. read more

lowes steals from families!!!!!! my wife and i bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and a washer and dryer all samsung back in march of 2020 we were supposed to get a rebate of 10 percent back which was $450. we submitted all paperwork right away. months went by and nothing. then we received an email that with covid we needed to resubmit in july! so i did that. now its october 20th still nothing. 8 months later. fucking joke. when i call them they sent me to a tier 2 team they did nothing but sent me an email saying there is nothing they can do. well you are now getting reported to bbb and every other place i can complain to lowes is stealing money from families. fuck you lowes i will never spend my hard earned money in your store again. and i will continue to tell everyone i know until i die to never shop with lowes. here is my email. livingstondj@hotmail.com read more
