Fast response time, great customer service, friendly staff, and a job well done. We signed up for the initial service with the condition that we would only sign on for monthly service once we see the effect of their initial service. They came in for the initial service, and we had to call them back for another round of spraying two weeks later, but they were more than happy to do so, and we were so happy with their performance that we signed up for their monthly service! read more

I requested a quote and they got back to me to schedule a free inspection within an hour. The next day Josh came by to check out our termite situation and his service was great. He was communicative, kind, extremely thorough, patient in explaining everything he was doing and seeing, and clearly outlined what we should expect next. Would recommend. read more

It's one day after our initial treatment, and there are no more ants in the kitchen or swarming the living room or bathroom. They were popping up from 3 different locations, all around the stove, windows, doorways, and in the center of the home... gross! Our technician was responsive by text, giving us a courtesy text the day before, and confirming an ETA on that day. He politely asked questions as we walked around the property inside and out. At the end, I realized he had forgotten the garage, and I ran out to catch him before he put his gear away. He was apologetic and said it was an oversight on his part. And it didn't take long for him to treat the garage as well. Hoping that the eco-pet-friendly product has a long positive effect. But so far, it was such a relief to get immediate results and also to have a quality company with genuinely kind customer interface. They were the first to call me back and respond immediately. Nice! read more

I want to say that Thomas, today's technician has excellent customer service skills, very respectful with a helpful attitude, and did a thorough job. It made me really glad that I signed up with your company after pondering it for over a month. I am hoping all the technicians are as good but if they are, I recommend them. Now, this was the first visit, so I will review if the eco spray is working on the bug but at the same time not damaging the plants read more

Today I had a termite treatment done to my house. The technician that did the treatment is Luis Barron. He did a great job, fast and through in his work. He was very respectful to me and to my property, answered questions and took the time to repair anything that needed to be replaced. Thank you Luis for a good experience for an ugly problem. read more

Was having a horrible ant and spider problem and decided after seeing the reviews to give Homeshield a try. They were very responsive and the two guys that initially came out were friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up signing up for the quarterly service (they've been out twice so far). Haven't seen any ants in the problem areas and no spiders inside the house since. I'm terrified of bugs (all kinds and sizes) so I'm grateful for their quality and their reasonable prices. Carlos is now our regular guy, he's very nice and extremely accommodating. We are very pleased with their service and highly recommend. read more

We have had an ant problem for a long time and barely kept it in under control with a variety of ant killing sprays. Finally we called HomeShield for a complete treatment. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and worked both inside our house and relevant areas outdoor. Months have passed and we have not seen a single ant in our house. Highly recommend HomeShield. Great work at a reasonable price! read more

I've been a customer of HomeShield since August of 2023, and I can't recommend them enough. I had what I can only describe as a horrible, endemic infestation of fleas for me and my 2 cats. I tried all the OTC remedies and nothing was working, so I called HomeShield as my last best hope. I did this based on their 5 star rating for my area. They got me set up and the first technician arrived shortly after, He explained how he would be treating my home and what I should expect, as well as how to follow up on the treatment he provided. HomeShield continued to maintenance my property until the infestation was fully eradicated, and their knowledge, expertise, and dedication to seeing my home pest-free resulted in me no longer dealing with a problem that I just couldn't have solved without them. 5 stars should be a minimum for the great team at HomeShield, and particular shout outs to Jonathan, Sal, and Jose. Just fantastic. read more

I called to make an appointment with days in advance for an inspection and verified 3 times with the lady on the time and date since I was taking the time off from work. On the day of the appointment I waited at the property for over two hrs to show and no show no call. I called the company and they then inform me that the appointment was for the next day. Unreliable and liars for their own convenience. Do NOT do business with a company who can not keep their appointment and then lie to cover their mess up. Will speak poorly of this company to anyone and everyone I came by which in my field of work in real estate is a lot of people. Go elsewhere and save your time and money for someone who is reliable. read more

I called home shield pest control a few weeks ago to take care of a termite problem. They did an initial inspection and gave me an honest quote. Their service and prices were very competitive and I was very happy with their professionalism and knowledge. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend to a friend anytime. Thanks again read more

Hired Homeshield as we have some termites in exposed beams in our back house and garage. Thankful for the warranty as this is the 3rd time they have treated the beam. Sebastian is the last service professional who came. He was very thorough, took his time to treat the areas he saw termite activity and went over and beyond making sure the beam was treated properly this time around. read more

Great company and service. After one service upon moving into our new place our ant problem was gone. The technician was ver respectful and friendly, working around us putting our cats in crates to keep them away from the chemicals. Also the chemicals are apparently safe and dry quickly so we didn't have to leave the house. They also sent a xmas card which was very sweet and family business of them. read more

Extremely poor customer service, called to schedule a visit and there was a day that seemed to work and the representative just hung up.

You guys are awesome! I called on Tuesday regarding an ant problem in our home, and just like that a technician was at our home same day! Ruben Romeo showed up, he was professional, informative, friendly, and answered all our questions. As he worked on our home, he explained what he was doing, and the effect the chemical would have on the ants. And now, no more ants! I'm glad we called HomeShield, and thanks again to Ruben for eliminating our concerns. Highly recommend. read more

I have been meaning to do this review for some time. I have been using Homeshield Pest Control since moving to Long Bead two years ago. First, the service is great (in office and in field). The field technicians are AWESOME, super friendly and attentive. In particular, CARLOS is THE BEST. He's timely, skilled, friendly and knowledgeable. We have a dog sitting business, and he is mindful of keeping doors shut and making sure the dogs are safe and secure before entering areas. We are on a pest service plan and have had them repair and treat for termites. In case they wonder who posted this review, it is your customers The Bond's. read more

Through my experience the company has been phenomenal with us. When the pandemic started I had a rat problem along with the neighbors. We Started with Homeshield in November 2020. The first week, 5 rats were caught around the property and attic. We would see the rats running across the outside wall. Literally, since the technicians came out the first week we haven't seen one rat. They have done a great job including the home office. Ismael, Carlos, and Dodjer have been amazing technicians. They are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and they just take care of anything you ask for. I highly recommend these particular techs. read more
