Excellent service, easily reachable, professional staff. I needed pest control quickly for my condo unit and they were able to visit within a week. The technician was on time and called me prior to his arrival. I appreciated the customer portal and an update on what they did in my unit. read more

This last week a terrible stench came over the back room of the house. After failing to find a specific source we thought it might be an animal that crawled into the wall or roof and was decaying. We called HomeShield and they were able to set up a free inspection less than 24 hours later. Carlos was extremely friendly, communicative and thorough. He carefully inspected the roof, attic, crawl space, and garage. He identified a number of issues and problem areas where rodents were coming in and out of the roof/attic. He took a ton of photos on his phone and even texted them to me later that day and answered follow up questions after normal business hours. We feel extremely supported and I hope that my landlord chooses to move forward with their bid. HomeShield was the most comprehensive and personable service I've ever experienced in the realm of pest control. Thanks Carlos! read more

After reading various reviews on different pest control companies near me I decide to contact HomeShield. They responded quickly, I shared with them the issue I was having with ants and spiders around my house and backyard and they quickly explain the process and price. Their price was very reasonable and even offer me a discount and warranty. The company sent Matthew a couple days later and Matthew throughly explain how he was going to address the ant and spider issue and he quickly went at it. This is the first time I have hire a pest company to address this issues I have always tried to take care of them on my own, but I'm happy I called them. I saw results the same day and have not seeing a single ant or spiderweb on my backyard or around my house. Give them a call, they're professional, prompt, and very courteous. read more

Ruben did a great job for our termite control. He worked on the interior of our home and in the attic. He was very thorough to explain ahead of time what he was going to do. After he was finished he showed me some videos of the termite treatment he did in our attic. Even explained to me how termite and ant infestation This is my first time to write a yelp review partially because I've had negative experiences with other companies. Manny also did a great job doing the outdoor spot treatments, including treatment, replacing boards, and painting. Such a good job it was hard to tell what he worked on but he showed me the boards he replaced. I could see the termite damage. He told me he enjoys his job and it shows. Seems to take pride in his work. He explained beforehand what he was going to do and after he finished he showed me what he did. Thanks Manny! read more

If I could give this review 10 stars, I would! Bradley truly provides exceptional service each and every time he services our home. He is extremely detailed, takes his time to really spray all the areas that need it most around our home. He also points out when he sees areas of concern so that we can mitigate any potential long term damage. He is truly a stand up guy and I would highly recommend Bradly and Home Shield Pest Control. read more

Had a horrible, sudden mosquito problem end of August/ beginning of September. Needed immediate relief and really didn't trust sprays found at Home depot. My legs were chewed up by mosquitos, didn't matter if it was day or night. I did my research and decided on this company. They communicated to me very clearly on the expectations I should have, were very prompt getting the service done and I couldn't be happier. Had a massive reduction of mosquitos bites after the first night of treatment, just had my 2nd service done a month later and I cannot begin to describe the level of professionalism and how thorough my technician was. I wish I'd caught his name, I was actually home to see how thorough the treatment was and really appreciate it. I'm a diy kind of guy but this is worth every penny. 5 stars in my book! read more

We had some evidence of termite damage and they (Josh F) came out to do a spot treatment and inspection. They were great, punctual, and offered to do treatment of the attic and outside pergola to prevent future termite infestation. They came back a year later and did a free follow-up and did spot treatments. Excellent service! read more

I have used Homeshield Pest Control for several years. They are easy to contact, schedule appointments, and they send out hard working and knowledgeable workers like Josh F. He has come to service our house several times for yearly termites. We can't tent so we have been doing localized treatments during swarming season. Josh F. calls 20 min before he is coming, he is respectful of our home, he wears booties at our request, makes sure to work thoroughly and carefully inside and outside of the house. He doesn't mind getting under the house to check thoroughly and is very knowledgeable about termites. We appreciate him and hope he continues to work hard for Home Shield Pest Control! read more

I'd like to thank HomeShield Pest Control for sending Steve Pegram to the inspection in our Carson home. Steve arrived at the estimated time he provided and was very courteous and customer friendly. He was very thorough, presenting his findings on the inspection with a great level of detail, with the courses of actions available for our review and disposition. He showed me all the problem areas and provided his expert advice on the best course of treatment applicable to the area. He provided me a copy of the estimated cost of recommended services and on the same day, sent the entire inspection report to my email. Talk about efficiency and knowledge of the job! read more

We switched to HomeShield from a previous termite service and have been very happy. We originally had service from Chase, who provided very thorough service and was pleasant to work with. We recently had an issue during this hot weather with live termites in the attic, and Steven P came out and treated them. The technician was professional and polite, and although we don't WANT to see Steven P again - it'd be a pleasure to work with him next time! read more

This company was 100% great to work with. I had to reschedule my inspection due to my own work, and it was no problem. They showed up early after calling to confirm, and the estimate for spot treatment was on my portal in a day. It was very easy to schedule the treatment, and that tech was also so helpful. He explained what he would be doing, and why, as well as what to look for/expect after the treatment. Amazing professionals and not trying to upsell or oversell. We will definitely use them again in the future for our inspections. read more

Everyone I've been in contact with from them has been professional, responsive and patient. Elwin performed the site review and was thorough...surveying the whole property--inside and out. We have an ant and mosquito infestation plus a couple of rodent entry points. He explained the services and cost. Dodjer performed initial treatments and explained what he was doing and that he would likely be the technician that would be assigned to us for the season. read more

I called them to help with flea infestation in my home (because of my sons's cat). Carlos came on the scheduled time, explained the process, answered our questions and concerns. He also inspected the exterior and noticed one of our crawl space vents was missing the screen and he replaced it at no extra cost. Super happy and we are already noticing an improvement indoors. Would happily recommend! read more

Had an ant problem, but not the normal trail of ants or countertop full when you come down in the morning. These were tiny but biting and usually only saw one or two at a time; but eventually it felt like ants were crawling on us constantly. Finally decided to call for help and decided we didn't want the big name brands. Good reviews for HomeShield so we called them. Office was friendly and helpful and set up an appointment. Carlos was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and went to work. Sprayed all baseboards in all room, window sills on first floor, exterior of house and outside planters and walls too. That was 3 days ago and NO ANTS! We signed up for 3 more treatments over the next year but Carlos said if we see any in between, just call and they'll be right out. Highly recommend!! read more

I recently had a bed bug problem and was very impressed by the service I got from HomeShield Pest Control. The call center was great because they called me back with an earlier appointment than the one I initially scheduled. Carlos met with me and confirmed my problem and went over the solution and the steps I needed to take before treatment. Johnathan was the technician who treated my condo and I was very impressed by his knowledge, expertise and thoroughness. Overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their pest control needs. read more

Bradly has been working at our house for almost a year now and always goes above and beyond previous companies we have used in the past. We're always happy with the service. The chemicals are safe which is nice with dogs, kids, and a pregnant wife. Recommend for any one looking for pest control. Only downside is that you receive a text 2 days before they show up that does not contain a time window. This could be tough for anyone with a busy schedule especially since they show up every 2 months. read more

It took several days for the company to come and inspect the house. I was clear that I did not want a company that just put out traps. I needed a company that could seal the house, put out traps and then sanitize the areas of the house where they found rat droppings. They came and did the inspection and then told me they could not perform the work since the house had too many issues with sealing the house. They told me they had another contractor who could do all of the work needed, Critter Busters. They came out and told me the same thing - sorry can't do this work. Try a different company if you want rats removed. read more
