Ruben did a great job for our termite control. He worked on the interior of our home and in the attic. He was very thorough to explain ahead of time what he was going to do. After he was finished he showed me some videos of the termite treatment he did in our attic. Even explained to me how termite and ant infestation This is my first time to write a yelp review partially because I've had negative experiences with other companies. Manny also did a great job doing the outdoor spot treatments, including treatment, replacing boards, and painting. Such a good job it was hard to tell what he worked on but he showed me the boards he replaced. I could see the termite damage. He told me he enjoys his job and it shows. It's one day after our initial treatment, and there are no more ants in the kitchen or swarming the living room or bathroom. They were popping up from 3 different locations, all around the stove, windows, doorways, and in the center of the home... gross! Our technician was responsive by text, giving us a courtesy text the day before, and confirming an ETA on that day. He politely asked questions as we walked around the property inside and out. At the end, I realized he had forgotten the garage, and I ran out to catch him before he put his gear away. He was apologetic and said it was an oversight on his part. And it didn't take long for him to treat the garage as well. Hoping that the eco-pet-friendly product has a long positive effect. Had an ant problem, but not the normal trail of ants or countertop full when you come down in the morning. These were tiny but biting and usually only saw one or two at a time; but eventually it felt like ants were crawling on us constantly. Finally decided to call for help and decided we didn't want the big name brands. Good reviews for HomeShield so we called them. Office was friendly and helpful and set up an appointment. Carlos was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, answered all our questions and went to work. Sprayed all baseboards in all room, window sills on first floor, exterior of house and outside planters and walls too. That was 3 days ago and NO ANTS! We signed up for 3 more treatments over the next year but Carlos said if we see any in between, just call and they'll be right out. Highly recommend!! read more

Bradly has been working at our house for almost a year now and always goes above and beyond previous companies we have used in the past. We're always happy with the service. The chemicals are safe which is nice with dogs, kids, and a pregnant wife. Recommend for any one looking for pest control. Only downside is that you receive a text 2 days before they show up that does not contain a time window. It took several days for the company to come and inspect the house. I was clear that I did not want a company that just put out traps. I needed a company that could seal the house, put out traps and then sanitize the areas of the house where they found rat droppings. They came and did the inspection and then told me they could not perform the work since the house had too many issues with sealing the house. They told me they had another contractor who could do all of the work needed, Critter Busters. They came out and told me the same thing - sorry can't do this work. Try a different company if you want rats removed. read more

Was having a horrible ant and spider problem and decided after seeing the reviews to give Homeshield a try. They were very responsive and the two guys that initially came out were friendly and knowledgeable. We ended up signing up for the quarterly service (they've been out twice so far). Haven't seen any ants in the problem areas and no spiders inside the house since. I'm terrified of bugs (all kinds and sizes) so I'm grateful for their quality and their reasonable prices.
