Abraham is always very communicative about the service and does a great job. Rey happy with the service.

The staff was very responsive and answered all of my questions when booking. I have a young child at home and wanted to do my part to keep bugs away. We notice a lot of spider webs and mosquitoes in our yard. We have earwigs popping up in the house. Sergio came at his scheduled time and sprayed some parts of the interior. I was on a zoom meeting and didn't follow him around but he finished in a couple minutes. He moved to the exterior and also finished quickly. When I asked about certain parts being sprayed, he said he would spray them if I wanted. He was super lax about spraying. I was kind of counting on his expertise to spray locations that needed to be sprayed. The longest part of the visit was knocking down the spider webs. After the service, I still noticed these bugs. I reached out to Sergio and he said this was normal as we flushed the bugs out of their homes. He would push up our 30 days visit. That was the last I heard from Sergio and the company. The prices are competitive but I still paid $154 for this visits (after a discount). No one bothered to schedule my future appointment. Like many people, I'm very busy which is why I was willing that pay those prices. I thought this company would stay on top of my pest control. I didn't realize I would still need to reach out and remind them to provide services. Today I reached out to cancel. I spoke with Marnel and he offered to come service the house himself. Honestly, I'm over it. This is too much work, I can just do it myself at this point. I will pay for convenience and this place did not pan out as convenient. 10/27/22 Update Marnel reached out after this review went live. He offered to refund my money. Although I never asked for a refund, I accepted this offer. He then asked that I take the review down. Since this refund came with stipulations, I declined the refund. No monies or services were received in exchange for this review. read more

Abraham was excellent! Very effective at communicating when he would be arriving and did a thorough job once he was here!

Client for a year. Terrible German cockroach problem in my friend's house that I moved into - totally gone. Abraham is fantastic - he's been super effective and patient, giving me coaching and extra support to somehow defeat the roaches. How can you put a price on that? Sí se puede with Abraham and HomeShield! read more

Abraham is always so communicative and on top of it. I really appreciate the five star service and would recommend HSPC to anyone.

We had an ant infestation recently and they would not stop! Called HomeShield and set up an appointment. There was a good initial discount on the first service and I signed up for a quarterly maintenance plan. They sprayed outside and indoors and cleared spider webs. I've noticed the spider webs haven't come back, so that's definitely an added bonus! The spiders were taking over. Ty was new, but she was very friendly and informative. It was good to learn what she was doing. Ultimately very pleased with the treatment. Also at ease knowing the chemicals are more environmentally friendly. I don't really put too much stock in that as it's still a pesticide, but nice that it's slightly safer. read more

Abraham just left the property. He did a great job, as always, and was a a pleasure to work with. We dropped the ball on scheduling recently, inconveniencing him, but he rolled with it and made it a non-issue. Honestly, everyone over at HomeShield is pretty awesome. Highly recommend! read more

Abraham is always wonderful when providing service to our house. He always communicates what the service entails beforehand and then also checks in case we need anything else. Great service!! They communicated well and did a great job overall. We will continue to use their services

I'm so angry with this company. It used to be that I paid quarterly: $138 every 3 months. Now, they've moved to a monthly payment, which gouges the customer, but I'm still only receiving quarterly service. Unbelievable! I tried calling to cancel my service today, and no one would answer my calls--three times--even though I called within business hours. I live in a gated community and now have heard rodents in my attic. I was going to use HomeShield to service this problem since I'm paying monthly now, but after reading a review from Alyjaa S. and seeing how this company doesn't even set traps, I don't have a whole lot of faith that they can fix my problem. I'm canceling as soon as I can get someone on the phone! My HOA recommends Anderson Pest Innovations, so I've called them to fix my rodent issue. Anderson is coming this week. Meanwhile, Homeshield couldn't send someone until the following week. I can no longer wait. If Anderson does a good job, I will likely switch to them for my spider problem, which is what I had originally used HomeShield for. HomeShield does not reward loyalty, so what's the point in staying? read more

I have had nothing but great experiences with HomeShield. From being met with understanding and care for my dogs to their responsiveness. Specifically, Brad Baker has been amazing! He takes the time to ask about the areas of greatest concern and ensures that he covers what we need the most. Also, no ants! Our house used to be stormed by thousands of little stinkers! We haven't had a problem since beginning services! read more

Abraham is wonderful. HomeShield is hit or miss if I'm honest. Huge appointment windows. But Abraham makes up for any shortcomings. He texts the day before he's coming and is in constant communication about when he can be expected. And then his service is always thorough and nips any pest problems in the bud. read more

I am having some work done on my house and Abraham was incredibly accommodating, offering to come first thing in the morning at 7am to ensure that was able to complete his work efficiently. I trust his opinion and have already seen the results. Thank you Abraham read more

When you sign your contract be sure and read the fine print because their representative won't tell you about needing to contact them to cancel their service even though you sign up for service for a specific period of time. They will continue to bill you until you contact them and cancel. They get 2 stars because they did the job we hired them to do, and our problem was solved. read more

I had an amazing experience with Abraham today. He went above and beyond to take care of our home. I was alone with the baby and he even helped to move our fridge to reach our problem area. Abraham came to spray down our home for ants. He was timely, and very informative when describing the approach and any watchouts. He was also great at laying out a few options for how we can go about it since we weren't ready to spray down the indoors. Overall great experience and hope there won't be any more ants later read more

Today (1/15/2025) Abraham came for our by monthly pest inspection. His service, as always, was superb. He came on time. (Actually he came a little bit early, but most customers I'm sure love this attribute.) He was very efficient in his work. He is friendly, professional, and competent. We always enjoy his visits. Five stars people. Here is my story. For over a year I did my best to battle ants in our 2700 sf Fullerton home - on my own. They would show up downstairs, upstairs, in closets, in the kitchen, in the bathroom. Craziness! I used Terro ant bait everywhere. I must have gone through 16 of those little bottles of clear gel during several months "Use Terro.. my friends said, you'll never see ants again!" I was already using the stuff - lots of it. Sure enough, ants would circle the bait as if it was laced with cocaine. I would see no more ants after a day or two. But then a few weeks later they were back. I did my best to locate where they were entering the house (when a trail formed) and I would immediately caulk up the cracks (inside and out) - also placing ant bait at the site of exit and entry. I did this religiously for a year. Nothing worked permanently. I discovered the ants were coming from three major nests out in the yard on each side of my house. Massive trails of ants would traverse the property. I poured boiling water down the holes of the nests. I sprayed your standard Lowes/Home Depot bug and ant killer all over the place. It was all out war. Everything I did helped for a few weeks and then the ants were back. After a year of this my wife suggested I call a pest company. I looked through the reviews on Yelp and called HomeSheild. AFTER.ONE.SPRAYING..... I have not seen a single ant in my house or yard. The change was so dramatic I was sorry I didn't call a year earlier. We've stuck to their (visit once every two months) spraying schedule and have had no pests. Hats off to the friendly staff like Bradley Baker and the rest of the HomeShield team. I give them five stars - easy... read more

This company is great! Since my initial service, I haven't seen as many bugs...especially spiders. Bradley just came by for the one month service to get all of the newly hatched bugs and he was great. He swept down everything and sprayed the yard, patio furniture and my garage, then asked if I had any questions. Thanks Brad! I highly recommend this company. That peace of mind knowing you don't have to worry about the bugs - you can't beat that. read more

HomeShield Pest Control has always been great to work with. They always keep us informed about what & when service is to be provided. Since they have been servicing our house, we have not had any issues with pests. And what can I say about Saul, our HomeShield Specialist. He's always smiling, let's us know what he's going to do & asks if there are any concerns to address. Plus, he is so personable & makes you feel like you've known him for years. I highly recommend giving HomeShield a call if you're in need of pest control. You'll be glad you did. read more

I needed to have a dead rodent removed and disinfected in an accessible area. Of course they have to do an inspection first then schedule the service, in the meantime the place smells. Brian came and showed my wife where all the places were that rodents can get in, etc. sent us a quote for 1800.00 and quoted a monthly maintenance fee. We spoke on the phone, I told him I am a contractor and can fix all the holes, could you just come out and clean up the mess. I called the office after the weekend and he hadn't submitted the paperwork so the office could schedule the clean up. He finally called a day later. He told me he would have to write up another whole estimate. That was the last I heard from anyone. I guess since I wasn't interested in the money making portion he was no longer interested. read more

Our technician is Dodjer and he is awesome. It was so stressful having ants that wouldn't go away. We couldn't solve the problem with our other pest company, so we chose to hire HomeShield instead. It was the best decision! Since Dodjer has been our technician we've had ZERO ants. Plus he is so professional and respectful. It really makes life so much easier when you deal with contractors who are kind, professional, and obviously take pride in what they do. If you're shopping for pest control services, go with HomeShield. You will not regret it!!! read more
