Sergio was awesome with communications! We had a situation that occurred last night with cockroaches and they were quick to respond and show up on site! Sergio was thorough with his inspection and treating the home. Thank you guys! read more

We scheduled service with HomeShield Pest Control originally due to an interior flea infestation and have continued for bi-monthly exterior service. Abraham has been great, he is extremely responsive, quick and so nice to work with! We have not had any issues with pests since starting with HomeShield. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an effective and reliable pest control solution. read more

I initially had some issues with scheduling, but Jason called me, apologized, and went above and beyond to ensure I'm satisfied.

The only company that could get the ant infestation under control. The staff is thorough. Each time they have visited the technician was kind and patient (I always have to lock up my dogs). read more

Updating this review after the manager and staff graciously reached out to me- it seems they do in fact care about keeping business from current customers. I really appreciate the effort to keep my business and remedy the poor experience I had trying to book again. Unfortunately by the time I heard from them I already booked with another company but I will reach out to them next time and hope I don't get turned away if I don't want a monthly service. read more

Just had first on-site visit with Abraham. He is super informative and answered all of our questions. Customer service team (Ian & Jarett) also knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. Primary service is for rodents but service also includes all pests. read more

Abraham is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly! I highly recommend him and HomeShield.

I called Saturday and was able to get an appointment Monday. Abraham came and checked out the situation and set out bait and traps. He was efficient, friendly, and in and out of here quickly. Thank you, Abraham! read more

Love our technician Carlos Jolson. Very responsive and good communicator to make sure everything we wanted got done. They are generous with the spray and made sure we were satisfied with service before they left. It's always a good sign when we get the same person throughout the year so they get to know you and how you want things done. read more

This is my second review for this amazing company. I had a slight scare about a possible issue. Not only was i able to send in pictures but they were prompt in answering questions and getting back to me. After it was decided that they wanted to come out to have a look in person, Adam came, was friendly and knowledgeable as always and gave me such a piece of mind reassuring me that there was 110% no issue. Whats more, because i was a member they were able to come out and confirm no issue for FREE!! .. FREE OF CHARGE .. no bill, no invoice, no question.. who does that?! Homeshield Inspection does. Thank you homeshield for your continued service and amazing customer service. I will continue to use only you and recommend only you. One last bit.. I really like that this company is a small family owned company.. they really are able to give thoughtful responses. Thank you again! read more

Have been living a Stephen King nightmare from hell with worms and mites crawling out of my skin, nose, ears and pores! Living in a hoarders Paradise, being dismissed and discriminated upon by the medical community. I was a set up by the Orkin man, how dare they. Emily, bless her beautiful heart picked up the phone and was so kind and accommodating. Took my intake right away, and reassured me she would have somebody here as soon as possible and if there was a cancellation she would feel that spot with me in mind. I look forward to having Dodger over ASAP. Say goodbye to my little friends. Thank you Emily, sending prayers for your angelic sore. God bless this home grown company. read more

Our service technician, Abraham, was wonderful. Super kind, efficient, and very knowledgeable.

Abraham always takes extra good care of us. He's a real pro! Great customer service.

Abraham came to spray my apartment twice (and George was also with him one of those times). I can't thank both of them enough. Super efficient, genuinely kind people. They helped put me at ease and even answered questions for me while off the clock. Thank you both for being very helpful and kind during a stressful time!! read more

The service I recently received was 5-star. My technician, Sergio, went above and beyond to address the concerns that I stated. He accommodated my requests with courtesy and professionalism. read more

I called several companies to get an estimate on resolving a rodent issue. When Carlos came to do the inspection he was very courteous and professional, and took the time to explain what he discovered including reviewing pictures of the problems. He presented the appropriate remedies, gave me very straightforward pricing (which was about 1/4 of the ther quotes) and explained that if we decided to accept the quote, he would start the treatment that day (he placed traps in the attic). We accepted and the main service was scheduled for about a week later. When that day came, their technician Ruben was at my house at 8AM ready to begin. I was very impressed with the entire process. He was courteous, clean and thorough. Another technician came as well, Marco, that was equally efficient. I'm very pleased and will recommend this Homeshield office to anyone. read more

extremely professional, timely, accountable. I highly recommend hole shield and sincerely appreciate the rock star Abraham for amazing service!! Not only does the company confirm the appointment the day prior, our tech Abraham accommodates us by texting an hour before he arrives allowing us to plan our day. He's the best!! read more

I have two homes each with a pest contract and a termite contract with Homeshield . I've been happy with the company and particularly like working with serviceman Abraham, who is extremely pleasant, respectful, and very communicative regarding his arrivals departures and what he does each visit. Thank you Abraham! read more

Our main technician is Abraham and I cannot say enough great things about him! Super communicative, so I always know exactly when to expect him. He's extremely nice, respectful and considerate, and happy to help whenever I have a specific issue or request. And overall am very happy with HomeShield's service and quality. read more

Abraham with HomeShield made everything easy. He was attentive to my concerns and followed up with informative responses. I'd definitely recommend using him for your pest control needs. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience using Homeshield. They seem to operate their business to what is convenient for THEM, not for the customer. As far as a service company, they failed me in a big way. I won't ever call these people again. Edit 1/2/24: One of the things I was upset about was being billed for the full amount of the contract before they had completed the job. This was almost a month ago. I get a call from them today saying they want my card info because I still owe them. They're really quite clueless. read more

The first couple visits were thorough and good. The last two, possibly with a new technician were non-existent. The guy parked in front of my house but never performed any actual service (twice). I emailed (twice) no response. I called, was told I was speaking to the San Diego office but that the LA regional manager would call me back. Never did. Do you guys respond here? I am about to switch providers. read more

Just had a service done at my house for the first time. They gave me an appointment the following day which was great. They have great price and customer service. Technician Abraham was on time and had great communication. He did a great job! read more

I would definitely recommend Bryan Gonzalez and HomeShield Pest Control again. Bryan was very informative, truthful and helpful when coming out. read more

I have a year long subscription from april. I had Saul treating my home and he was wonderful!! I would give him 10/5 stars if i could. He would text the day before, be very thorough, genuine and kind. Very understanding and even when we gave him access to garage and home to spray when we were gone he was so honest. However home shield changed to Elias without any notice. We were notified day before without any time frame as usually done by Saul. Elias called day of 5 min before, we weren't aware and able to open the door so he literally sprayed none of the artificial grass on exterior ( because we didn't open the dog gate) . All of this is on our yard camera. When I called and asked Elias said none of the grass is included in the "exterior foundation" . I had to call the office and confirm whats on my contract which specifically included that grass area. I changed technicians... hope I have a better experience. Without Saul I will most likely stop my subscription and may change providers. read more

Abraham performed our service today. He was professional and went out of his way to ensure all of our trouble spots were addressed, even moving obstacles (kids toys, furniture, etc..) to get it all of the areas. Overall, our service has been excellent. read more

Dee was the inspector at our home recently and what an amazing job he did! On time, courteous, friendly and to the point. Took his time during the inspection, pointed out the issues, and answered all of my questions. Would recommend to all home owners. read more

We had a terrible problem with ants getting into our home. As first time home owners, I tried my best to fix it on my own with the sprays and traps and everything else. It helped a little, but they kept coming back. It was starting to drive us mad. I jumped on Yelp and got some quick quotes. HomeShield gave a competitive quote for the job, as well as pricing for ongoing maintenance. Since we have a little one at home, we ended up going with them because they use safe, organic ingredients. We've been using them for over half a year now. Everyone who shows up at our door has been courteous, kind, wears a mask and shoe covers indoors, and just knows what to do. We couldn't be happier with the service and our now ant-free home! read more

The service was just what I hoped it would be. Responsive, not too expensive, and friendly.

I've been looking for a pet-friendly pest control company and finally found one I felt comfortable with. I'm glad I gave Homeshield a try because they provide incredible service (I saw spiders making their way out of crevices on the spot) and they have the best customer service! read more

Manny Preciado, Did a very thorough job of stopping the termite problem in our under house crawl space . He was efficient in spraying all necessary areas. Also reviewed the exterior termite Manny was top notch in closing off the crawl space entrance when finished, these are detail which a good attitude . Earning a 5star rating. And showing the Quality of Home Shield pest control, Chalisa was very patient and helpful in correcting some Email problems. Job well done. read more

My husband & I used HomeShield a few days ago. We called in because we have been having a problem with ants. We got serviced recently & needed service again so I called in to request another treatment. I was helped by Lupe, who was very helpful making us understand how the service works and the time we need to wait which is about 7-14 days, for us to start seeing results and request services again if needed. He was very nice and very informative, wanted to thank him for everything. read more

Five months ago we started using HomeShield for termite and pest control. After the first round my garage was covered in expired spiders and crickets. I have been using HomeShield to control spiders, ants, termites and crickets. I have a tree wrapping around my porch, and since they suggested spot treatment for termites I didn't have to cut it down to tent. They give two hour windows for appointments, and have only been late once. The technicians always wear masks, act appropriately, and grab a ladder to spray parts of my roof when I happen to notice ant trails. The technicians never appear rushed, and always take the time to walk around with me and discuss what I've been finding. They deweb the house every visit (though I'm a little surprised we still need to) and always take care of business. I like that they offer an extra service between paid services (q3 months) for keeping the yard under control. I had to call them for an extra visit when I started noticing silverfish bugs around the house. Usually I only have the perimeters sprayed. They didn't mind addressing a different issue or part of the house. I'm glad I went with HomeShield. I had made several calls to other business prior to addressing termites after buying my new home. The other companies had longer wait times, had difficulty following basic directions, and larger visit windows. Only HomeShield verbalized being able to offer a written pest control plan within 2 days and I got it initially on the spot. read more

Abraham does an outstanding job, always provides the best customer service. Thank you HomeShield!!
